Been going here for years! This station offers great service, they are trustworthy, honest and friendly and they get the job done right in a timely manner. Always a pleasant experience. I go there for everything from inspections and oil changes to repairs and of course gas! They fill it up for you - full service station! Highly recommend...Jimmy and his staff are great!

Worth the drive from New Jersey! After moving to White plains we have been using this station for years and have been very loyal customers with various European Luxury Makes. When we finally moved to the Morristown area in NJ we were not able to find the same quality mechanic and decided to continue to drive the 56 Miles for our service and experience.

Jim literally sets the Golden Standard for Auto Service. If I could give 6+ stars I would. Its almost unfair for me to have gone to Jim, because I feel as if theres no other Auto Mechanic service that can achieve the level of professionalism and trust from just one meeting. I would recommend anyone, family members, strangers and/or enemies, to go to Jim for auto service. Heres some information from my experience: Called the shop at 8:01am and Jim answered the phone promptly. We set up an immediate time to bring the car over for a quick inspection. Within 5 minutes of driving my car, Jim insisted that I leave the car (due to safety concerns), and even offered to drive me home (within 5 miles from the shop). This was rather unexpected, but very much appreciated. Jim wasnt confident that hed be able to inspect the vehicle that day, and I understood that expectation. Around noon, Jim had identified the problem and reached out to me through phone AND email. When the car work was completed (around 4:45p), Jim contacted me again and offered to pick me up (in my own fixed vehicle)! [Can't assume Jim will pick-up/drop off every customer, but it was still very appreciated.] I honestly cant say that Ive ever had a better experience with auto service. To give you an idea, I am saying that Jim puts some restaurants to shame with the level of service that he provided to a new customer. Seriously, if you are on the fence with where to go, and need maintenance done to your vehicle; go to Jim first. Jim gained a Forever Customer today.

I am an actual customer, not related to the management. I always have great experience with J&J. They are my preferred gas station, and also both I and my husband serve our cars there. Very friendly, honest - they tell us straight if they are busy and there is going to be waiting time, but most times there is no waiting anyway. It is a family owned business, as far as I understand, and when I deal with them, I always get a feeling that they love their job. I am very happy I found them.

Jim, the guy who runs the place, is the man. He was very thorough, very personable and nice, and he treated me like a real person (which you rarely get). He was very fairly priced, even waived a fee for me because he felt bad that another mechanic screwed me over. Great place, will go there as long as I live in White Plains.

The most honest mechanic I have ever met, not to mention very reasonable prices and super quick. Jim is a great guy. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!

Quick - Waited maybe 30 minutes for a NYC inspection.
The place is hard to find as there is no sign that says "J&J Presto"
