Hey, I just had some work done on my car. I have been in customer service one way or another for over 25 years. So when I went to IKE'S Auto Repair hear in Rochester/Centralia I was super pleased. They fixed the car gave a fair price and I talked to both Ike and Aaron who are so extremely nice.I just had to post something regarding his business, because in the past I have worked with car auto repair places and they have been very cold and rushed me to get me off the phone. I am thankful to these people for putting up with all my silly questions and getting the job done.. Your a blessing for us!! Cathy & Perry and Christian

Transmission died in our family vehicle on the way to Great Wolf Lodge from Seattle. As I was coasting into the Lodge, I looked over and saw this shop, and prayed that it was honest and reputable, because I wasn't going to be able to get the vehicle anywhere else safely. Luckily for me, these guys got us in right away, treated us well, and had great communication at each step in the process. Highly recommend.

Difficult to trust the front-office's assessment of how long it will be before the vehicle is ready. I think I'll stick to taking my vehicle into places that specialize in oil changes (when that's all I need) as I can typically just wait while it is done. Also, I opened the hood a few days later to notice that my battery was severely corroded and they didn't let us know. Other than these, no other complaints.
