If I could give no stars for his service I would. We brought our vehicle to him on a Monday morning. My family and I were visiting the area and in route experienced some car problems. Must say for being a female, and not knowing anything about cars, they were honest, caring and willing to work with me. They came and towed my car to the shop, got it done as soon as possible. Warranty their work, and honestly say that! After getting my car back, a hose fell off (not one they did), not under the warranty, they came got my car and fixed it with no cost to me. I will be using them!!!!! Thank you el Jesse!!!!

Straight up guy until something goes wrong! He services my transmission and then the slipping started. He said it usually happens when the transmission is already bad. He also said he usually doesn't recommend the service in this situation. First of all i didn't not know if the transmission was going bad. They check the the old fluid and said there where no signs of metallic debris to tell him it was bad. He was then recommending an over haul. I recommend you have them test drive your car first so they can tell you is the transmission is not running the way it should so they would tell you FIRST! They should not be doing a service and save you that extra cash to use towards a new or rebuild transmission. I'm sure he does other jobs better. Nice guy though.....

I had transmission problem call Jesse. He had tow truck there in 30min with no charge. I had my car transmission fix and he installed motor mount with no extra charge in two day. He guarantee him work more longer than most shops. I been in Las Vegas for 30yrs and honestly can say I found honesty auto repair shop for life. Thanks Jesse and your mechanics

I sent them my 1992 Pontiac Bonneville to diagnose a crank no start. After three weeks in their shop, they could not determine the cause, and returned the car to me. I give them three stars because they did not charge me for anything, when they would have been fully within their rights to do so. They may not be completely knowledgeable about every car, but they are honest and forthright, something I value very highly in a mechanic shop.

Jesse has been there for my 96 ford bronco for just about everything almost, for almost five years that i have had it. When i got it he replaced the differential that was all out of shape and the bearings were toast, but he did it fast and without asking for too much. I go to him every time i need something for my bronco because i trust him and he is affordable. Jesse also has outstanding tow service, I broke down one night off the strip, real late it seemed, but not even thirty minutes was his tow truck guy there to save me.

Great honest work. I had another shop do transmission work, and I had nothing but troubles afterwards. I found el jesse's shop online and brought my Jeep in. They repaired it at a good price, and when something else sprang up after the initial repair they fixed it at only the cost of parts. I'll definitely return if I need any more transmission work.

El Jesse is the absolute best mechanic in Las Vegas with no exaggeration hands down period.They get down and dirty , but they keep their restrooms clean.(Shows alot about a business) The car parts store is right beside his shop in which is very convenient in ordering parts. Great group of guys.Would recommend El jesse to ANYONE that I know who needs work done on their vehicle. Thank U Guys for putting the "Honest" back in "Honest Mechanic"

There are few things more frustrating than a broken down vehicle, exept for a mechanic that is extremely over pricing the parts to fix the vehicle!
Lucky my hubby is aware of how much parts are and called him out on it, so we saved over $1,000!!
Cons:
-El Jesse is fairly rude and abrupt.
- He wanted to charge double for the parts from the dealer! (They're already expensive!)
Pros:
-El Jesse found out what was wrong with my truck after 2 other mechanics could not.
- He fixed my car and got it up and running.

Jesse is completely rude! doesn't seem to care what you have to say & definitely doesn't seem like he's listening to you.
I called in before I came and made sure that he had everything that was needed and he confirmed. I got here, filled out the paperwork and he said, let me make sure I have the part(transmission filter), he came back and said he has it(SECOND confirmation). he told me it'd take two hours to do the work, my fianc and I walked and waited for two hours, came back and he said they didn't have the part and ordered it and they're just waiting for it to come in!!! so, what part did you confirm you had TWICE!? UGH!! I asked him how long it would take to come in and he said, "ANYTIME", my watch doesn't have an "ANYTIME" option! so we sat and waited in the small room, where the sound of him answering his phone so loudly and the other guy behind the desk clearing his throat sounding completely disgusting! after 30mins of waiting, I went out to ask if there was an ETA and he said that they have the part. I asked how much longer, he said he didn't know so I told him I had to be across town in 45mins and he finally went to tell the guys to get it down. Had I not mentioned I had to be somewhere, was he just gonna wait til they got to it? this is ridiculous!
Yes, he gets the job done. just not when he promised and then if you question him, not only is he rude, but he's VAGUE! customer service is just not available in most places these days.

Granted he paid for two of those nights, but we were left with the fees for Uber to transport us and meals. He had me pay for the repairs on Thursday, stating that his receptionist was heading to lunch and the vehicle would soon be ready. He received full payment and the vehicle was not delivered to me until Saturday. We make it back to Washington State only to find that the repairs he charged for and claimed to have made were not done. I called him, he asked that I get a diagnostic report, and call him back. Did that and now he is disputing the report, claiming that the new shop is just trying to make additional money off of me. BEWARE. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. LIAR. NO INTEGRITY.

I told them i'd look around and after I did i saw they had the best prices in town, I took my truck there and after 4 days they had it ready. It's been 8 months and my truck is still runnning strong, don't listen to other people. I would recommend this shop to anybody, if you want great prices and fantastic prices take them here.
