Had a great experience. Came here because the Yelp community holds this place in such high regard and I can't disagree. Brough my car in for some pre-sales repairs and Janet and Markus took great care of me and the car. They quoted me accurately and communicated with me throughout the process to I knew what my options were when some unexpected things came up during the repair. Every girl, especially an LA girl, needs a trustworthy salon, doctor, and repair shop. Well people, here is your repair shop. Janet and her husband are two kind, professional, honest, hard-working individuals who will go above and beyond to help you out when your car is hurting. Let me give you examples of the things they did for me:
-Janet kept me updated at each stage of the repair with calls, texts and pictures
-They gave me an extremely accurate quote upfront, none of that up-charging at the last minute like some places. The price was BEYOND reasonable.
-they spoke to me as a human, like a friend, expressing sympathy for my wrecked-car situation and giving me tips for handling insurance agents in the future.
-my priority was saving money and safety. Janet and I communicated multiple times about this. I made it clear that I didn't care about aesthetics and she founds little ways to save me money. For another person, with different priorities, she will find out what you like/want and make sure it happens
-they are very well connected with parts dealers around the city and can find used/after market/hard-to-find parts because of these good connections
In the end they fixed my wrecked car promptly, inexpensively and it drives better than it did before my accident. I couldn't be more pleased and I am recommending Innovative to all my friends in the area.

I really do not know what to say!! Janet and Marcus are two great honest professional people. Their prices are super great. I estimated my car at Innovative Auto Collision and another body shop. I drove past them twice because I didn't see the entrance to the shop. Most auto shops are open-air with entrances on street corners. These guys are between two buildings with the entrance opening directly on to the street. I thought I'd put this piece of advice on top because the rest of this review is going to be talking about how awesome they are and sounds pretty much like every other review here.
Drove my car backwards in to a grey metal pole (in front of a grey wall, while under a grey sky. It was hard to see, okay?). Had a irritating, eye-catching dent right in the middle of my trunk, plus a big chunk of paint chipped off. Brought my car to the shop first thing in the morning. Talked to Marcus, who surveyed my car, assessed the damage, quoted me a price, and then proceeded to give me a bunch of discounts once he found out I attended USC (show dat Trojan pride yo). Compared to other auto shops I've been to, the price was very reasonable.
After I dropped my car off, Marcus dropped ME off all the way back to my front door. He sent me pictures as my car went through the repair process, and called me once they were done. Other reviews said he also gets the car cleaned up as much as possible - it's true! My car was practically sparkling.
Marcus is a real chill guy. Had a great conversation with him talking about music and sports when he was driving me back.

I had nasty scratches and dents in both of my right doors. I took it to multiple collision centers, but Innovative gave me the lowest quote.
Janet and Markus (and their dog) were super nice and fixed up my car in just a little over a week and even covered up scratches I didn't ask them to. During the week they texted me photos of the progress they were making on my car.

I brought my VW Beetle to Innovative Auto after my car door was severely damaged. My sister had her Toyota Pruis fixed up by Innovative Auto Collision a month before after she was rear-ended. Based on her high recommendation, I decided to bring my car to Innovative Auto. As soon as Markus greeted us, I knew I was in the right place. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and his warm smile definitely eased my anxiety. He wrote up an estimate and there was no doubt in my mind that I was in the right hands.
A few days later, Janet called me and told me they removed the door and the damage was too extensive to salvage the door. I, sadly, needed a to get a door replacement. I was freaking out, but Janet sounded calm and confident, and she gave me a great discount. She let me know ahead of time that if the door replacement did not come with working hinges, the price would go up significantly. She said she was hoping and praying the door would come with working hinges. There are two things about this call that stood out to me. First, I love when people let you know the worst possible scenario so that you're prepared and not shocked later with the costs. Second, I was again reassured that I was in the right place because Janet was hoping for the best, even though she doesn't know me personally and her business in no way benefits from my car having less damage! She was genuinely hoping I'd save the money :) I dropped off a deposit that same day and Janet greeted me with a hug. She showed me the door with the horrible damage and I honestly didn't know if my car would ever look the same again :( Again, though, Janet looked calm, cool, and collected, so I knew she'd get my car back in good shape.
A few days later, Janet texted me pictures of my car and let me know the door came with the hinges, so my total cost would be significantly less than I expected! Within a few days, I went to pick up my car, and it looked completely new. They shined and waxed up the exterior, vacuumed and wiped down the interior, cleaned my tires, etc. It looked like nothing ever happened to my car. Janet even gave me great advice on selecting the best car insurance, and Markus gave me a USC/Innovate Auto keychain. I can't recall if I ever told them I'm a USC alum, but regardless, the keychain was a nice gesture that made me smile (and I'm totally using the keychain).
These guys are the best. If you have car damage, these people will not intimidate you or make you feel worse. They will not hide costs from you, and they will make every effort to give you a good deal. They are honest, hardworking and they are really the best in the business. When you're panicking, they will calm you down. And you know what? You should calm down because you're dealing with experts here.
I hope I never have to find a body shop again, but if I do, Innovative will be my spot. I am recommending them to all of my friends, and you can bet I'm never wasting my time at other body shops. I'm just grateful they exist, and I really hope they prosper because they deserve it.
P.S. Janet and Markus have a pitbull puppy who hangs around the office. Be prepared to handle the cuteness.

An honest business run by wonderful people.
I shopped around for places to fix my Mazda after a pretty bad front end collision. I found a few places that all had similar estimates, but the Yelp reviews, proximity to my house, and good vibes made me choose Innovative, and I'm glad I did.
Janet and Marcus never hid anything from me, didn't try to jack up the prices after seeing all the damages, and even cut me some pretty awesome discounts to keep the price down to estimate level after they found they needed to replace my radiator as well. They understood that my insurance wasn't covering any of the damages (my mistake on somehow ignoring collision coverage, lesson learned), and really helped me out with the price.
It took a bit longer than anticipated, but judging by how much was damaged, I'm glad they took the time to do a solid job. I'd say your car should be one place where you don't cut corners.
I'd recommended Innovative to anyone in a heartbeat, and don't forget to check-in with Yelp for the free detail! (Did I mention how dirty my car was when I brought it in? Sweet!)

I highly recommend Marcus and Janet's Innovative Auto Collision!
I had body and paint damage to my rear passenger door, quarter panel, and bumper. Marcus was able to give me a quick 15 minute quotation. After I agreed to let his shop do the repair, it took eight business days for everything to be completed. Marcus was always accessible, and he sent updates throughout the repair process, including photos.
The repair came out great, including their ability to match my car's paint color. No arguments from me regarding the pricing either. Everything was absolutely straight up. Even a small miscommunication between my insurance adjuster regarding my deductible was handled very quickly and politely.
If you are in need of any body or paint work, give Innovative a shot.

I really recommend this place! My neighbor hit my car while leaving our shared parking lot (seriously?) but luckily I saw it all through my window.
To fix my car's dented back bumper, I looked for a reliable place but also one close to USC. Luckily I found this place. Janet, the owner, was extremely nice with me and my neighbor. She gave her a very good deal. Also, my car had a scratch on one of the doors (from an old incident) and they cleaned it up as much as possible.
Bonus points for them: Janet also drives you back to your place when you drop off your car!!
Overall they really try to help their customers as much as she can! I absolutely recommend this body shop!

This place is amazing !!!! I was involved in an accident where I rear ended another car , leaving my hood completely destroyed. I literally live down the street and always noticed that it's always packed full of cars . I read the other reviews and decided to use their services. Definitely would come back here for another repair! The owners Janet and Marcus were so kind and easy to work with. They did a wonderful job fixing my bumper. I HATE getting in accidents esp if it's not my fault because you still have to deal with hassles of getting your car fixed. I was not looking forward to the process since most of my experiences at other shops in the past were bad, but they made the process smooth, efficient and painless. Innovative auto collision is a well-managed, high-quality auto body shop that does excellent work with the utmost professionalism. The new owners Janet & Marcus took over this place about a year ago and brought along their professional experienced team, so please don't assume the previous staff exists under the new ownership.
I was thinking of going to Seidner's Collision Centers; but I found this 5 STAR rating body shop through Yelp and decided to put them to the test on my 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T. I accidentally hit a sign and it put a 8-10 inch (no dent) thick scratch on the driver's side door that removed the clearcoat, paint and primer. The worst thing is that it was right on the body line below the door handle. The work took 4 business days and the work was amazing; they detailed it and my MOPAR looked like the day I drove her off the lot. The work cost me $400 bucks and I am happy with the results. If you need to follow-up they will be glad to work with you. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this place.

Nothing worse than coming out of an awesome art show and seeing that your car has been involved in a hit and run....Yep, that happened to me :/
Super glad I met Janet a few months back at another art show and she kindly gave me her business card. I'm never hesitant to take a card but I remember telling her "I hope I don't have to use it..."
A few months later, here we are!
She took care of every detail with the insurance and since I decided not to get into a rental...They were kind enough to shuttle me back to work.
While the car was being repaired they made sure I was being updated with pictures of the work in progress which really made me feel at ease.
They picked me up when the car was ready and to my surpirse they had buffed some scratches that were not related to this incident & I recieved an awesome discount on my deductible.

Janet is so great! I came in today getting quotes for my claim and Janet was very helpful. She helped me and was super friendly and even offered me help in case I decided to sell my vehicle. Very sympathetic and understanding. I explained what happened to my vehicle and she offered support and general advice! Its always nice to go to a body shop where they can side with the customer--and in my case, the victim of an automobile accident--and aren't looking to cheap out people. Living in Santa Monica, this was worth the trip. And she really helped me with my estimate to make sure I get a decent settlement for my loss.
I can also tell they have a really good rapport with their customers. If you need body work done, come to this shop. They are honest and very, very, very helpful! Overall, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer feels validated and comfortable. Great people :)

One of best shops I've ever visited and some of the best people in the business. I recently brought in my 2009 M3 to get my front lip fixed due to the hardships I put it through on/off the track. Earlier in the day I had called around to see if any shop could take me immediately because my schedule was very hectic and I knew that the job would not take much time. I called my usual shops that are popular on the M3 forums but no one had an opening to do something for me. If you know me you know i baby my car. I spend extra $ to get things done correctly the first time.
I continued to call around to other body shops near and around DTLA and no luck or they wanted to charge me a lot more than what I thought was reasonable. Then I ran across this phone number and dialed it. Janet took me in and told me what opening gap she had available. I showed up and my car was worked on. They explained to me what was wrong with my lip and and how some of the screws weren't correct (my fault i tried to just place something in to hold it). They replaced it with the correct screws and washers and my lip sits perfectly snugged against my bumper again. I'm glad I accidentally ran across this phone number, I'll definitely return here next time I need some body work done to my car. The pricing was perfect and I could not complain. I found this autobody repair shop on Yelp after my car was involved in a collision. The place wasn't difficult to find as the sign was really visible and the gate was open. I pulled in and Janet, the owner, greeted my dad and I. She gave us a roundabout estimate before going into detail. She sat us down inside her neat office and brought together a detailed estimate. She was off by $200 with her first guesstimate. She guaranteed my dad complete satisfaction. She also gave us a nice discount and told us our reparations would be done in less than a week. After doing some quick paperwork, she offered to give us a ride home because we were carless. She also told us where we can rent a car for a discount, so that pleased us as well. During the car ride, something she said stuck w/ me, and that prompted me to write this review.
"People say, 'Treat others how you want to be treated.' I say, "Treat others how you want your parents to be treated.'"
Throughout the week, she sent me pictures of the car showing me the update. She called me a few days earlier than I had expected. Knowing that we didn't have a car to get there, she offered to pick us up. We got to the shop, she showed us the repaired vehicle as well as extra things she fixed up for us. We paid the exact price she had promised.
Overall, 10/10 for everything. Customer service, especially.

Who would've ever thought getting into an accident could turn into a great learning experience.. I'm fairly ignorant toward the whole insurance and claims game and was a bit overwhelmed but Janet not only guided me through the process and shared with me valuable lessons; She took time to communicate throughout the process updating me with the status and any setbacks encountered.

My car was hit in January of this year and I used Yelp to find innovative auto collision. I chose them because they were closer to my house and the first 3 Yelp reviews had me sold. From start to finish Janet and Marcus were great. My car looks like it was never hit. The process took longer than expected because of my dumb a** insurance but they understood. Janet keep me updated through the whole process even fixed something that had nothing to do with my accident. She even had a better rate with enterprise rental. I went to Innovative today and had some work done on my 97 Probe (yes a Probe) they made the paint look like Glass, great Job. Then innovative took my motorcycle helmet and color matched it to my Bike WOW. Im Amazed with their work Every time!! I have nothing but great things to say about this Shop. Janet and Markus Always make it a pleasant experience. They got right on the Job and when the work is complete it looks better than factory. Like other LA drivers im sure have experienced, an object on the road came up and hit my car one morning on the way to work. I was worried about how it would affect my car overall but Janet and Markus put my mind at ease and fixed my ride. I was able to drop it off to them after work and it was ready as promised on the day they told me. I was HIGLY impressed by the work and the extra care they gave me to make sure my car was back to 100%.

My brand new 2013 Honda Civic was victim of a rear end collision. I was so stressed and frustrated with the situation. So, it was great to work with a body shop that took my feelings into consideration. I was referred to Innovative through a friend and Innovative Auto Collision offered great customer service.
The owners were extremely friendly and catered to my work schedule. They even drove me to pick my car rental and worked out great pricing for me at car rental company. Janet, one of the owners, kept me informed throughout the whole process when my car was getting fixed. My car was completed and detailed not too long after. You can tell they took their time in servicing my car and making sure it looked as though no accident ever happened. I recommend Innovative to everyone. Owners are great humble professionals and do their best to help and answer all your questions.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Why? Because I went to other 5 star rated body repair shops in Los Angeles and none of them were nearly as good as Innovative Auto. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. In fact, the first time I went, they made me feel like a regular customer who has been going there for years. When you get a quote, they'll walk you through everything they're going to do so you know that you won't be scammed for extra costs. If you need a ride when dropping off the car, they'll give you a ride home. When they're working on the car, they'll send you pictures so you know everything is going as planned. And lastly, the work they do is perfect. Upon picking up my car, I felt like I was getting a brand new car! Definitely going to be recommending this place to my friends. Could not praise it more.

I want to take the time to write this review as it is a great auto body shop. I highly recommend Innovative body collision. They are fast, affordable, professional and did a great job on my hybrid. I really wish more business were run like this one. Workers are true artist and were able repair my car and blend the paint job to perfection. It is so difficult to express the exceptional job they did for me and given my circumstances, they were able to work on my car in less time that I expected. The main person to talk to or should I say that I vented with over my accident is JANET. She is very friendly, professional, worked with me and took the time to explain step by step what my car needed done. Given that I'm very skeptical about not knowing about prices, I actually had two other estimates done. Janet's was the best. Unfortunately I did not get the same trustworthy feeling from the other body shops and they all appeared to be focus on money... and not my car. I'm not too sure but the business appears to be family owned as Janet's husband does the dirty work. He as well is very involved and even took the time to answer my one hundred questions, his work is truly flawless. I can honestly say that my car look like it just came out of the dealer. I will definitely recommend this shop, it's a hidden gem.

Markus and Janet are awesome! I got into an accident a while back (not my fault) that messed up the fender and front bumper on my Camry. No matter where I went, everyone told me I had to get a new fender. That was until I visited these guys. They gave me a quote for a new fender and for repairing my damaged one. Janet assured me that if I didnt like my repaired fender they'd put in a new one and not charge me extra.
I was so impressed with the quote I even got my rear bumper repainted. And to top it off they even fixed the minor bumps and dents.
Got my car back in 5 days looking like it did when I bought it. I cant thank these guys enough! I hope I don't HAVE to go back but if I or anyone I know gets into an accident, this is the place I'll recommend.

Janet and Markus, the owners of this shop, are super great people. Their customer service skills are on point, and they know how to take care of you. When I got rear ended, the person who crashed into me asked that we not go through his insurance company. He wanted me to find a body shop of my liking and offered to pay the bill. That's what I did (hey, he kept his word!). After going to several body shops where the estimates surpassed $1,200, I decided to come here and I'm glad I did. The final costs were under $1,000, and my car was ready a day earlier than it was supposed to be. They also washed and cleaned my car, which I wasn't expecting! I'm a young single lady who has watched all those investigative news reports on TV where the reporters go undercover and get ripped off at body shops. That was not my experience at Innovative. Now remember, I visited several body shops before coming here, so I had an idea of the extent of the damage my car had from what I had been told at those places. Innovative's prices were VERY fair and the most reasonable. I highly recommend that you bring your car here if you need work done. Your car will be safe, you will be treated with respect, and you will get honest service. I'm very happy with the work they did and I'm glad I chose this place.

5 stars are not enough to rate this shop! They have just been more than amazing! We are 2 travelers on a big roadtrip from Canada to Central America and our Van got badly hit by a car in Malibu. We found this shop and the moment we walked in we felt secure and taken care of liks with family. They helped us with all the insurance and were actually able to get our car fixed in as less as 24 hours. We would have been lost without them! The workers did a great job and the owners Janet and Markus are just angels - in a very professional way! BEST BODY SHOP in LOS ANGELES. it might be located in the heart of South Central but their services and prices definitely outweigh any other shop around. I was in an accident that cost me half a leg(not literally)..BUT thanks to Innovative i got the lowest price i got quoted, not only are they understanding but they really look out for their customers best interest and our pockets, not to mention the quality of customer service by the receptionist (AMAZING and CARING). My car had a fender bender at work. A co-worker of mine recommended Innovative Auto Collision for me at the time of the accident.
When I first arrived, Markus was the one helping me. He took down my information and was very friendly. Once I had the insurance companies involved, Janet was extremely helpful and friendly in handling everything for me, including calling the insurance company and getting things rolling.
They were so helpful that they cleaned my front headlights on my 2001 Honda Prelude, and repainted the front bumper + lip and door. Janet and Markus are the BEST and were very professional in handling everything!! I had them repaint my rear bumper and lip also and their prices are VERY AFFORDABLE! I plan to go back to get my door moldings replaced and will recommend them others.
Really cannot say how amazing they are. How can you give a 6 star out of 5 on yelp? :)

Ok, so I get into an accident. This chick crosses two lanes of traffic and hits the driver side front of my car....Oh my poor baby! Come to find out, she does not have any valid insurance. At this point, I am freaking out and trying to figure out what I am going to do. I call my insurance company and report it, luckily I have the uninsured motorist protection. Now all I have to do is find a repair shop. That is not always such an easy task. So I turn to my old and trusted friend YELP. I check for body shops in my area and enter Innovative Auto Collision! I go in skeptical, as most body shops want to rake you over the coals and rape your pockets, especially if the insurance is covering it, but not I.A.C! I went in and spoke to Janet and let me tell you, she was breath of fresh air. She explained everything and was up front about the fact that we could only see the outside damage and that there might be more on the inside once they got the front end of the car off. My insurance company was fast and Janet kept me informed of EVERYTHING that was happening and what parts were needed. She even sent pictures of the entire process! WHAT AUTO BODY SHOP DO YOU KNOW THAT DOES THAT!? Exactly, so that right there makes this place a cut above the rest. They did all the work at a fair price too, considering the damage. I had my car back in no time and it looked NEWER than when I bought it! (check out the pictures) I cannot say how pleased I was with the process and how nice Janet and Marcus were. I picked the car up last night and it looked so beautiful, I thought I was gonna cry! Flawless work and amazing results! Pictures are worth a thousand words, so take a look at mine as proof. They have a lifelong customer with me and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a shop where there is no BS, this is the place for you. I got into a car accident (not my fault) and I came across this body shop through Yelp (thanks Yelp!!).... Janet, one of the owners, was very helpful and thorough when explaining to me the process. She dealt with my insurance company directly and worked with the adjuster (my insurance company had to go on site to personally inspect the car.. my insurance company policy)...
My car seriously came back looking as new!!! I have read the prior reviews on how they all said the same, but I seriously did not think highly of them and just simply thought they were exaggerating... but they were not. My Son even asked me if I bought a new car (I have a toddler, so his question was acceptable).
I hardly dealt with Mark, but whenever he was around he was very courteous and professional... thank you Innovative for such an awesome job on my car and for fixing those extra scratches! ;)
I would definitely recommend to any family members or friends who may need their services in the future..... (I hope we don't get into any car accidents, but if we do - now I know where to go. :)

A couple months ago I was rear ended, my dad had told me about this shop.
To my surprise it was under new management, Marcus & Janet were great.
The most professional and laid back shop owners.
They took care or my car, after my car was finished it look as if never had been hit, superb job guys.
Janet even took her time to make sure both insurance companies did there job, no one has ever done that for anyone that I know, and for that I definitely appreciate what everyone at innovative did for me, and most definitely will recommend this shop to anyone looking for the best. From start to finish.
Not to mention they also do custom jobs, they tinted my lights and my car looks badass!!!!

What an awesome experience working with Janet and Marcus. I can honestly say they were such a blessing to me and my daughter. We were on a strict budget paying out of pocket for our repairs. Janet not only worked within our price range she went above and beyond to ensure the car was repaired in our time frame. With janet and Marcus I felt like they were there to help. Its hard now a days to find people that will help you instead of taking advantage of you.. I thought I was going to look for a person I trusted with my car for a while but as soon as I talked to janet she reassured me that she was the right person. I had about almost 3000 in damages not to mention a headache from how I was going to pay for it since the driver that hit me took off.
From the first day I talked to her she helped me deal with my insurance company to where I only had to pay my deductible. But she did not stop there janet and marcus gave me a discount of 200 dollars and I only ended up paying 300 dollars to get my car fixed that had almost 3000 dollars in damages. That was shocking what other body shop do you know that does that for their customers.
Wait she also drove me to get a rental car at lax. honestly she didnt have to help me the way she did, other people would just tell you ok this is how much it is see you when the car is ready so I can get paid. But not them they make you feel like you are part of there family by making sure you are taken care of first.
Not to metion that she made my car look better than before. She also had to replace other parts that my car need that my insurance did not cover free of charge. I can say that it looks like if there had been no damage to the car.
she told me the first day that I talk to her that I would not regret taking my car to her she would take care of me, and I can honestly say she made me a believer I didnt not regret my decision . I would take my car back to them if I ever need to because I know they are not just going to try and get money out of me without doing a great job on the car I recommend innovation auto to anyone in need of there car getting fixed. You will not regret it.

This review is coming in a little late but I just wanted to take the time and inform everyone that this place is AMAZING. Let me first just say that I am not from LA I only go to school here, so all my support is back home. So when I got into my very first accident I had to pretty much figure everything out there was only so much my mom could do. My Nissan Sentra was barely drivable so I was pretty much stressed and car-less for about 2 weeks. My mom told me about Innovative and set up a time for me to go there for an estimate. Once I got there I immediately felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders, Janet and Marcus where so nice, helpful,understanding and professional. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me.Janet knew I was away from home so she went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed in a reasonable time without breaking my pocket. My car is looking better than ever, they did a fabulous job! Honestly there's no better place to go.

Met Janet at my job and we clicked right way she told me about her business and of course gave me a business card and told me that If anything happens she'll help me Out.So without knowing 6months later I get in a accident and she was the second person I called other than my insurance and told her I needed her help she got everything ready for me. Told me to tell my insurance that I wanted my car to go to her shop. I normally would take my car to Marcos auto collision but I had faith in her and her company. As I took my car in her n her husband where so nice to me made me feel like I was in good hands. Threw out the whole process of my car she texted me with pictures of my baby getting worked on. Top notch on all levels. Yelp is my favorite application because of businesses like this. fantastic customer service, quick and quality work. I was looking for auto body shops in the Downtown area on Yelp and came across them. I called two other shops before I found Innovative but the other shops over quoted me and were rude men. When I called Innovative Auto Collision I was greeted by a happy, confident and extremely informative woman. I needed work done right away and they made space for me that same day. Upon my arrival at the shop I noticed it was incredibly neat/clean for an auto body shop - that in itself was impressive. I walked into the office and met Janet (one of the coolest people I've ever randomly meet). She remembered me from having spoken with her earlier on the phone and greeted me in the same pleasant demeanor as over the phone. I left my car there and was able to pick it up the next day. To my surprise they went above and beyond my service request and threw in a bonus service!!! How nice is that!!?!! I felt like a very lucky person for finding them on yelp and I was one HAPPY customer. I definitely recommend them.

Apparently I have terrible luck and got into a fender bender in a parking lot early in the morning. I scraped paint off part of my front bumper and bent it a little on one side. After initially freaking out, I immediately thought to take my car to Innovative Auto Collision. Janet, Markus, and their whole crew is amazing! Janet helped me calm down after my initial freak out and gave me a fair price for the work that they finished in a day! You read that right, Janet and her crew are miracle workers and hooked me up because I needed my car to drive home from a late class. Not only that, but Janet and her husband made me feel like one of their own. Janet was nice enough to take me to coffee to calm me down after my scare and drove me to work. I have family members who aren't as nice as the people at this shop. As a repeat customer, I continue to highly recommend this place and the awesome work they do here.
