They got it done.

Metric Motors worked on my Mercedes. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because it seemed to me like it took a little longer than it should have. It took them about 5 days, but they got it done.

Metric Motors worked on my 1974 Mercedes 280C. This little coupe was a really difficult fix... Elfar, the owner took the job on himself. I am so impressed with the friendly, fast and complete service that I received. They are really the best at working on foreign cars. This is a family owned business and the whole family helps out. If you want reliable done with integrity please take your car to Metric Motors... you will be thankful that you did.

I had my Mercedes repaired there. They are a family owned operation which I liked. They were priced fair and took care of the problem without a hitch. They had to keep my car overnight but garanteed me it would be parked inside. They also gave me a ride to my office when I droped it off and picked me up when it was done. This shop is the best..been working on my Benz and Jag for 10 yrs. Trents been gone for 2 yrs. John is the main man. I wouldn't go anywhere else..they never park customer cars outside overnight!

My car broke down while traveling and the folks at Metric were super helpful and got me on the road quickly. They have skilled mechanics who know european cars well. The business is family run and they treat their customers well.

My car ran worse than when I brought it to them after 4 weeks and $3,600 in repairs. $ 600.00 over their worst case scenario estimate for the repair. I had to bring it back again for them to fix their mistakes since car had all these new problems not present prior to repair in addition to the problems I originally brought the car to them for. They refused my getting a second opinion/Mercedes dealer and convinced me to spend an additional $1,300 for an engine computer that still did not fix the car after they guaranteed it would solve my problem. They also forgot to tighten the bolt on my transmission pan resulting in an oil spill in my garage, another mechanics visit and three more rental car days just to figure out why the Mercedes was leaking fluid all over after $5,000 repair. Car still had same problem, and stalling frequently even at 30 mph, which was new problem and very dangerous to drive the car. Total loss. Had to trade in the car.
