Sat all day waiting for a pretty pricey repair, saw other cars pulling up after me but pulling in before me. After hours of waiting I was asked to return the next day and they would not honor the first price I was quoted and wanted to charge me more because they seen I had cash. I didn't return and would never return, terrible customer interaction and inflation on prices is enough aside from the unnecessary long wait.

We're from out of town, picked up a screw in our tire. Asked if they could helped us, granted it was just before closing, girl at counter stated they were closed, I told her it wasn't 4:00 yet, she says with a bit of an attitude they quit taking cars at 3:30. Took my '87 Caddy to my auto many times in the past with great results, but not too long ago had to have distributor replaced. Quality of work was poor, but Jim Lodge, the owner heard that I was dissatisfied and called me. He had me bring it back and personally oversaw that it was done right. I did not know Jim, but he is an owner that believes in integrity and makes sure his employees do too. I find this rare in an auto shop. That is why I only use My Auto Service.

Came here today for a oil change. After being quoted a price on the phone by a gentleman that knew about my vehicle without typing it in the computer. Was done in under 45 min and my price was $5 less than quoted! Even though I have a maintenance package with my vehicle the $20 was worth saving 2 hours of my time going to the dealer! Thanks guys! I recently became a Customer at the Flamingo/Rainbow location to be exact 6765 w Flamingo. I had a A/C Evacuate and recharge on my 2002 Hyundai Sonata, at a unbeatable Price Other locations charge double, even though its a promo, But they did A great job, and My A/C is working just Fine,.. I also had a R- Axle replaced, at a very reasonable price. I also just had a third Service, a Smog Service, and my car passed with flying colors, and the Service Manager, of the store Daniel, is very knowledgeable, and very honest up front, and will treat U right. Also Kristina, the receptionist is also very hospitable, and prompt, with her service. All in all I'm very pleased with this place, and I am coming back again. Thank You My Auto Service. If I could give them a negative number I would. In my career I was an auto and power plant mechanic at Travis AFB in California. I'm sixty now with a myriad of disabling back lash from racing days (some nasty accidents have come home to roost!), so I took my truck in, a 1971 F100 classic to get some warranty work done including a frozen slave cylinder or possibly lead-lag shoe displacement, carburetor adjustment and possible timing tuning. I had brought the truck to the Craig Street facility, but after the brakes, they said they don't have anyone there for carb and timing, so they sent the truck to the Ann road office. I had to bring the truck right back because it was stalling first right out of the driveway and pulling like hell during braking...that's dangerous..(auto tranny), then it stalled several times around town. I took it back to Ann st to get it done right this time, but the girl at the counter became extremely rude when I told her I needed it done right this time. I was angry, but I did not press her because of it. She ignored me whie I stood there apparently to pay me back for being authoritative. I asked about cab services they would recommend to get home and she said "We don't do that, we don't recommend cab services...she went back to ignoring me. I asked again if I could borrow a phone book to look up a cab, and she said they don't have any...and went back to ignoring me...There were two othe seniors there, one ten years my senior and a WWII vet! Twenty years my senior...being a disabled vet as myself. At one point the lady of seventy said I should get a hold of the owner. Then the girl behind the counter said "We usually drop customers off at home, but we don't have anyone free"...I asked why she didn't tell me that in the first place...she ignored me again. She tried to compensate after seeing this was turning into a dog and pony show in front of other customers and gave me a number for an "Uber" car...why not a cab company I have no clue. I don't know about you, but disrespect of your elder's pisses me off to no end, especially when you are supporting their job with your money. By now, the 80 year+ veteran got up and walked over to me and whispered that I ought to get a hold of the owner and let him know what has happened. They conitued to ignore me and the truck. I asked the girl why she was not answering me and being rude, she started to talk and a mechanic with mouse brown hair about 5'7 or maybe 5'8 (Hard for me to gauge since I'm six-two) with tattoos on his arms told her to quit talking to me...at that point, fifteen years ago I would have grabbed his shirt collar and dragged him over the counter to the woodshed. These people have no respect for others...I can only assume the attitude comes from the top. I finally demanded my keys back and went elsewhere, and after my move this month into a house I purchased, I will demand a partial refund or go to small claims and provide BBB and Consumer Affairs the info. To summarize this, they did not repair the brake issue at Craig street, and the Ann street garage screwed up the timing and carburetor adjustment worse than I brought it in. I took the truck to "Classics and Collectibles" where Phil, the mechanic fixed the whole thing in a couple of hours. He found the vacuum hose on a wrong fitting on the carburetor which explained some of the rough running...how in the hell you screw that up I have no idea. The timing was advanced too far, in my opinion the My Auto mechanic on Ann guessed at what was wrong and how to repair it instead of doing any research. The timing was advanced to overcome the issue they had created by putting the vacuum line on the wrong part of the carb. Phil also found the shoes were disintegrated. Craig street My Auto was supposed to have fixed that. So there you go...you have been informed. Semper Fi.

Decided to get a second opinion with another mechanic and guess what? He said the water pump they had "supposedly replaced" was leaking and it didn't even look new. Needless to say I was livid. that alone they charged me $350. Called and told them I needed a refund and of course they refused saying they did replace it. Will never be taking me car there again that was go to place for oil changes.

We started going here because of the great price of the oil change. However, we went back because our breaks had been squeaking. They had fine customer service, but soon after our breaks were squeaking again. We took it back and they replaced the pads. A few weeks later, squeaking again, we took it back and they replaced the pads. This was becoming very inconvenient as my husband and I both work full time and we have 3 small children, we can't be coming to sit for hours every few weeks-months to get something looked at that was supposedly fixed already. The last time we went there they said they were going to put in the best break pads, so we waited a few days for them to order them and them to come in. Our breaks are squeaking just a short time later, we had another mechanic look at it and they said that first of all, they only changed 2 of them--not 4 like they had said. He also said they definitely did not put the best, it was just the regular ones and that's probably why it kept squeaking as we have a large SUV. For charging 600+ I would've assumed that this establishment would've taken care of it the first time, if not the 2nd or 3rd time when realizing what they were putting in wasn't standing up. They obviously don't have a high standard of ethics here.

I LOVE this shop! I cannot say enough amazing things about them. The first shop I took my car to told me I needed $4000 in repairs after hitting a curb. I decided to get a second opinion and took it to My Auto Service. They told me I really only needed a new rack and an alignment.
I told them that I just moved here, just started training for two new jobs and they took pity upon me. I walked out of the shop the same day with a fixed car and it only cost me $550. A huge improvement against the $4000 I was originally told at another shop.
They even did the alignment for free and gave me a ride to work!! They saved me from spending thousands that I didn't have. Now I can go to work tomorrow with a fixed car that has power steering. Thank you My Auto Service. I will never go anywhere else!!

My wife and I have been going to My Auto for 12 years and they have continually come through for us. They have an honest & friendly staff. They are great for oil changes, but they also go above & beyond on the bigger ticket repairs. I've had my timing belt replaced; wife had her brakes done there; and I just got a new set of Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires from them. The shop manager, Roy, and Matt got the tires I wanted delivered, mounted, and balanced for me the same day. They made sure I got what I wanted at a good price. My friend also had his transfer case replaced there a few years back & they did a good job. We'll keep going to My Auto & we recommend them to our friends.

I love this shop!!! I was told no by a few auto places because I have lifetime breaks and rotors so I have my own parts when ever they go bad. The receptionist was so nice really helpful and the service that they did was great they I didn't wait an extremely long time their location is prime because there's food and ice cream and different things and I absolutely love the service that I received here. And the price was great even tho I had my own they didn't try to over charge to make up any type of cost like some places do! I recommended a few people to go here ans if I need anything I will go back most definitely! My kids were even comfortable and we got to go pass time and get ice cream! This auto repair business is the BEST and HONEST business in Las Vegas!
I was in a jam with my Mercedes and Josh took on my issue quickly and efficiently and saved me a few thousand of dollars. I needed a new engine and Josh made sure my car was made better than new. And he was conscious of the time I was without my car, so his team under his leadership worked quickly and efficiently!

As of right now, I am not very happy. We have used my Auto since 2007 and our satisfaction has declined.
Brought the SUV in two weeks ago to replace the headlight switch on the steering column. $360.00 for that. Took the car home, turned on the headlights at night and there was a loud clicking sound behind the dash that had never been there before.
Took the car back, was told that the clicking was from a faulty actuator. $550.00 for that. Picked the car up in the afternoon, went to get gas because they ran it out test driving it. Turned on the headlights, clicking sound back as loud as ever.
Took the car back. Turned on the headlights for them to show them the clicking sound. They said the actuator was under warranty and they would fix it. This was 8:00 AM on Tuesday. Called them in the afternoon, they said the part had not come in yet they would have it Wednesday. I went to pick up the car, got the key, battery dead! They left the headlights on all day!
I told them we could not bring the car back until Saturday. Ok, just drop it off in the morning and we'll get it fixed.
Brought it there this morning, no part, no idea when it would be there. Still waiting for a call back disputed two calls of my own to them.
I have serious doubts that these people know what they are doing anymore. $910.00 later and nothing has been fixed. Count this as a minus star rating.
I wish we had just brought it to Bozarth. They would have gouged us as well but at least they would have known what they were doing.

I have been a customer here for the last couple years. I've had oil changes and some mild work done on my Scion xB. I've always had a pleasant experience with the girl at the front desk, communication has always been effective and seemingly honest, as someone who knows a bit about cars, and the work has always been successful and fairly priced. Today I stayed in the office and worked on my laptop while my oil was changed (usually I drop off) and my experience was pleasant. The staff seem to enjoy each other and the guy who I took for the manager was very friendly with customers and myself. It was a nice experience in an unpleasant day so kudos.

I use to like this place a lot but my last trip will be my last going to this auto repair shop. I had my steering rack and tie rods replace from them. The price was reasonable but they didn't do a good job I staying the steering rack. When I looked under my truck to see what was wrong, they did not tighten the tie rods to the steering rack. Which was cause a lot of vibration whine driving higher speeds. I took my truck back to get fixed and they were saying it as something else causing the problem. Like I said I use to like this place but for some reason they have gone down hill.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and high quality work from this shop. Best auto shop I've found! They were able to fix up my Subaru quicker and at a better price than the dealership. They also found a few overlooked items that the dealership had missed.
When the rear wheel bearings seized up they were able to take the car in quickly and gave me the option of quicker timeline by them getting the part from the dealership or they had already called a number of junk yards to acquire the part but it would take a little longer to ship.
Above and beyond my expectations!

Completely honest service. You know exactly what it costs and there's never a surprise, they always keep you informed. The manager Josh is very knowledgeable (and one of the main reason i only come here) along with there experienced mechanics. I've had work on cars and trucks ranging from Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Honda, and Mercedes. Less expensive than all dealerships and great service and guarantees. I recommend everyone to come here. I can't speak for the other locations of My Auto, but Centennial is fantastic.

About a year and a half ago I got this place to replace my fuel pump in my Nissan Sentra. Recently, I've discovered that my fuel pump is failing. The stock fuel pump, the one that I paid them $950 to replace. Needless to say my experience was terrible they do not care about their customers. I don't understand how a so-called reputable business gets away with this sort of thing.

Brought my truck in for coolant leak only. They diagnosed the radiator, hoses, and pump as failures and were leaking so they had to replace and install a new one. Rightfully so the radiator has cracks but I'm pump and hoses are suspect still. After having driven home, the truck is still leaking coolant and what then seemed to be oil as well.?? Shrugged it off and thought it might just be due to excess fluids running down the system. I brought it back a couple of times for them to check and did some adjustments. Great coolant leaks gone, but was still leaking oil (why did it start leaking after they did their repairs) and water (was told that it was condensation from AC - even if my truck has never leaked such amount of water in its lifetime).
A week of oil leaking made me bring it back again to the shop. What wasn't a problem 2 weeks ago is now a major issue after they've done their previous work. They then have to drop the transmission to replace the rear main seal and oil pan gasket. This is another $650~ as I couldn't prove that they caused the problem.
The car is not leaking any fluid any longer after $1800 and 3 weeks of back and forth with this shop.
They were very accommodating in the beginning but when we had to complain about the oil leaks they became very defensive, both the front desk and manager.
Never coming back to this shop ever.

I needed a smog check to renew my registration. There was another auto center right next door, but this one had better reviews so I pulled in. I was greeted very courteously, they gave me the cost and the time and both were absolutely accurate!! Within 10 min it was done and I was on my way. I appreciated their service so much that I took my wife's car there 2 days later. Again they were very courteous and timely. It was a Saturday so it did take a little longer than it did during the week but it was still accurately communicated. I will be returning for my other auto needs!! I decided to take my 2 year old, my girlfriend, and my dog to Mt Charleston on new years eve. Got 13 miles up the mountain, and my transmission blew. Pulled over, waited 4 hours for a tow, and they dropped us at my auto service. Again, it was friday Dec 31, and my auto service was closing at 4. We arrived at 3:45, and the gentleman Josh came out and said they wouldn't get to it till the following Monday. As my truck was being lowered from the tow truck, Josh noticed I had my little girl and my dog. He asked how we we're getting home, since he saw we lived in Henderson. We really weren't sure, so he was able to provide us with a ride. He really went above and beyond to meet our needs. Monday came, he called me right away and told me I needed a new transmission. Gave me the estimate and completed the job. His quote was on the lower side for a transmission installation. I couldn't get up to my auto until Wednesday, and they were totally ok with it. When I got there, there were no added prices or hidden fees. Drove the truck out of the parking lot and it felt brand new. These people were very honest and very sympathetic. Josh really made a terrible situation not all that bad. New transmission was a terrible way to start the new year, but I'm glad we were able to be towed to my auto service and not some shady place trying to take advantage of me.

I have used My Auto over the past few years for minor things such as oil changes and smog checks and they were fine.
Strike 1 - It finally came time to have the rear struts replaced (wheels were splayed out like a bow-legged cowboy). They did the repair and when I picked it up, it looked exactly the same. It was late so I took it home and thought maybe it was just me. Drove it for two days and several people commented on the way the car was sitting in the parking lot. Took it back and they had to re-align the rear struts. Much better after two visits.
Strike 2 - I took the vehicle in a few months later for a water leak and overheating. They replaced the radiator, intake manifold gasket, and hoses. They installed the parts and flushed the system. I told them I had 2 gallons of radiator fluid in the trunk that they could use rather than charge me for it. After I picked up the car and got home, I looked at the bill and found they had changed me for 2 gallons of radiator fluid. Looked in the trunk and my fluid was gone. That was $50 I didn't need to spend (again). I thought maybe it was an honest mistake and didn't press the issue.
Strike 3 - Took the vehicle back the next weekend to have the same leak fixed. Now I'm told it is the Timing Chain Cover gasket. They quoted me over $1200. They asked if I would like to go ahead and change the water pump at the same time since they had to remove it anyway. I said I would but wanted to get more information before they started work. I called two dealers and another auto shop and they quoted me $875 for the same work. I went back to the shop with the intent to pick up my car and leave. I told the manager that I hated dishonest mechanic shops and felt like they were nickel and diming me since they had not fixed the original problem. I also went off on the fact that the estimate was almost $400 more than the dealer. He tried to defend the estimate and started listing the itemized charges. I stopped him when he quoted additional labor to remove and install the water pump? I could barely contain myself. I pointed out that they had to remove the water pump as part of the repair for the timing chain cover so it is covered in that charge. I asked him why they would charge me again since it had to come off to begin with. I asked if they planned to reinstall the old pump and then pull it apart again to install the new water pump? The excuse he gave me was that the estimator (who ever that was) had made a mistake on the model of the car. He told me they would do the work for $85 under the dealer price to keep my business. Long story short, I left the vehicle again to see if they could solve the water leak and overheating problem since anything else should have been covered under their. I told them I just had the oil changed with High-Mileage Synthetic and that I wanted the same oil put back in when they were done with the timing chain cover repair.
Strike 4 - They put regular oil in the car so I had to have it changed again to synthetic at a different shop.
Strike 5 - The car still overheats and has developed a slow radiator fluid leak. I took it back to have the leak checked and fixed. They replaced the hose from the fluid reservoir and sent me on my way. The vehicle still leaks fluid.
As they say at a baseball game "You're out of here" - I can't recommend them for anything except an oil change (maybe) and a smog check. I am now looking for someone to fix the $2500 worth of repairs that aren't right yet.
Any good recommendations are appreciated.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I went in for a smog test and they called me over and told me bad news, "It failed". With no check engine light or indicators. Then they pushed for an $85 diagnostic check and that's on top of what they would've charged me to fix it. I said no and took it to Honest One off of Craig rd. Where they told me they don't know why it failed the inspection since everything came out ok. They referred me to the smog test place at Sinclairs of of Craig, and it passed no problem.
Do yourself a favor and don't take your care here unless you want to lose your money on malpractice. Thanks for taking my money and wasting my time "My Auto."

These guys are awesome!!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful which I find rare in auto service. The guy at the front desk is one of the nicest people and provides really awesome service. I think its Steve so go see him!

So disappointed. We used My Auto Service in 2013 and I gave them a 5 star rating. Two years later I am giving them only 1 star (I would give them 0 if that were possible). Gallo is no longer at the front desk and we brought our car in for a smog test. The car failed and they said it would cost $1,200 to fix it. I called my mechanics back home in Chicago and they said that the parts they were charging me for were part of the charcoal canister and should not have a separate price of approx $100. He also informed me that two of the parts they were having us replace ... the roll-over valve and another valve, never go bad on Toyotas and replacing the roll-over valve doesn't make sense. We declined having the work done to the car and when we picked it up they explained that the cost would only be $1,000 and that they had made an error while using the calculator. We are going to write a complaint with the DMV and warn people to stay away from this place.

Best auto service in Vegas! Prices, parts and warranty. Owner is fantastic and management is pleasant. First honest auto service I have been to where they show you the problem and fix the issue to OEM. I did my brakes and oil here for 75% off the dealer cost. Will be back.

My wife and I went to the shop and they where very pleasant even explaining that it would be $49.99 to diagnose. Then my wife went back and it's true it's $49.99 to diagnose and then free if you get it fixed there but the part they don't tell you is that they will over charge you for getting it fixed there.
They wanted $310.00 to fix the EGR valve (cost for part $68.99) and my son in law put it in in 10 minutes. Next was $180.00 for spark plugs ($15 for the part) one hour to be replaced. Finally $269.95 for the O2 sensor (part is $17.99) and that was put in at the same time as the spark plugs. There was no cost break down, for example labor time and or the parts. My wife paid the $49.99 and said goodbye.
Now I understand making a profit but it seems to me they where trying to make a a killing on us when even at $95.00 an hour for labor (times 2 hours) the most we would've paid would be $292.00 and not a whopping $760.00.
Before you go there shop around first.

If only every vehicle services shop was like this one! Not only do they have the utmost respect and standards for their customers, but they bring the bar to a whole new level. I had my truck in there recently and as we all know vehicles are always going to have problems, I used to absolutely dread going to the shop to get it fixed because it was normally a headache and normally financially frustrating, not anymore! I go in KNOWING my vehicle is in good hands, and I trust NO ONE, not only that they have the fairest prices! They worked hard, long and diligently until my truck was fixed, and for that they are the best in town, don't waste your money anywhere else, Nate, the manager will have his crew take care of you, and Josh, the GM has served our country and is continuing to serve his country and you will see this at this shop, they have work ethic and courtesy, which is really rare to find! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! I will continue to never bat an eye anywhere but this My Auto Service!

It took 50 min for a battery with one person in front of me. They gave me a bad battery before. I went into their office for a paper and the lady in there was smoking with all the doors closed and windows shut. Very very unsafe and I'm pretty sure it violates labor laws.

I would say after 20 years of living in Vegas and going to so many so called "professional " mechanics I would say that my auto is the BEST in the business. I almost wanna keep this place a secret so I won't have to wait when I go there. If people only knew how good these guys were there would be a line out the door!! The manager Nathan is amazingly nice, quick with a diagnosis and super honest when it comes to what my car needs and DOES NOT need. If your sick and tired of getting screwed when it comes to auto repairs then stop messing around and get your self down to my Auto. You'll see what I'm talking about

I went there a few weeks ago because of my breaks and I found out I had to get them replaced. I don't know much about cars but one thing I do know is that I was ripped off. $350 for breaks! RIDICULOUS.. So after I left guess what happens? My car completely shuts off in the middle of the road!!!! I swear those guys messed with something so I could keep coming back. Truth is, I will NEVER come back to this place ever again.

Went there yesterday to have an oil change and they were great! They let me know my brakes were on the outs (no surprise there) and the pricing but I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting sales pitched to get them done. I will definitely be back to these guys. It's nice to have found an honest shop!

I went into the shop at 8:30 am on Thursday, September 19, 2013. My battery was about to die. I had a 10 appointment. I asked if they were able to get me out by 9:30 am so that I can make my 10 am. They were very busy and they got me out a 9:15 am.
i have gone to this shop many times for oil changes, tires flats, etc.

This place is outstanding! I always get my vehicle serviced there because I know I can trust them. Everytime I get a price quote on a repair it's cheaper than any of the other shops in town AND they stick to that price. I had two catalytic converters and two O2 sensors replaced. During the repair they discovered damage to my exhaust pipes and hangers and they repaired it at no extra cost. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. And nobody was smoking when I was there.

I came in for an oil change and possible brakes.... I believe the manager, Eric was an extremely helpful guy. I felt as if he was being genuine and wasn't trying to rip me off. Since a lot of other auto shops see a female and try to screw me over. Eric and the mechanic who helped me did an amazing job. The service was prompt and I felt like I picked the right place... Honestly some of the last good mechanic's in town. I will not trust my car with anyone else. Josh is by far the nicest and honest guy out of all of them! He will always tell me a fair price, they always get the work done on time.

I took my car to this location for the first time and the guy at the counter was not friendly and had a very sharp and nasty attitude. When called by a different guy to pick up my car, he too was also very Rude not mention had no mannerismn for calling my name incorrectly.
I got my paperwork and went out the door, there was NO thank you, have a nice day, Kiss my TUSH nothing. Little do they know I DO know the owner and have been with him and my entire family for YEARS, So when I see Jim, I WILL mention this to him in HOW I was treated, but I will NO LONGER Return to this Location EVER. I would rather stand in the Nude in the State of Alaska and feel the Real chill there then the Chill in a Mechanic shop where I am BRINGING YOU my money, my business, my cars( as I have 3).

I defected from Purrfect Auto to My Auto Services for all my oil changes and smog tests. You can't beat $25 to do both, including smog certificate, which has my sister in California burning with jealousy.
All the folks at the Ann Rd. branch are helpful and courteous and pretty accurate on estimating how long it will take to do the work. Plus they have a welcome sense of humor.
I highly recommend this branch and will send all my friends there. Thanks, guys!

I was really happy when I found this location. I have been a customer of "My Auto Service" on West Cheyenne Rd. for many years. Even though the Cheyenne location had excellent service, I always hated driving to that particular geographic area of Las Vegas. The traffic in that area is always really bad, and due to the area being "low income" and MY AUTO SERVICE's prices being insanely low there is always a ton of people in front of you in line. I guess, that's why I like this location on Ann Road. The location is in an area that has minimal traffic, and the community is more upscale. And what really rocks is that the prices remain insanely low. I got a smog check here for $10, and you don't need a coupon at all.
Wait time was minimal. I might have waited less than 20 minutes. Usually at their other location, I gotta wait about an hour due to how busy it is over there.
Customer service is pretty good at all the locations including this one.
Sorry I can't write a more detailed review, but I was in-and-out really quickly.

Think no more, this is where you need to go for all your automotive needs! There are a few things that you must find when you move, a good dentist, good doctor and a good mechanic. I found them all, but it has taken some time. I consider myself quite resourceful and try to have a general knowledge of most necessities but when it comes to cars, short of the basics, car mechanics can be tricky to find. The key is to literally interrogate anyone who is going to work on your car. I have them explain everything to me in laymen terms until I feel that I have a reasonable understanding. Having said that, I am generally not the most favorable customer as I pose to be a considerable challenge.
Let me introduce you to the team at My Auto Service located off Ann Road. The person to ask for is Trent, and tell him Kendall sent you and he is guaranteed to laugh. The owner is Jim and he is a total sweetheart. They go beyond the call of duty as I have called them from the road in the middle of nowhere many times and they have walked me through steps to keep my car going.Their pricing is fair and when I explained that I needed to just keep one of my older cars running and wanted to avoid any unnecessary expenses they saved me a ton. They have found great deals on parts, even searched the junk yard and when I had to replace my transmission on a 2006 Expedition with a Ford part that turned out to be defective they went to bat for me. Of course, Ford replaced the transmission and proceeded to try and charge me a crazy amounts for all these additional things I needed. I immediately checked with Trent to compare the pricing, labor etc. and instead I purchased the additional parts and had everything installed for 1/2 the cost.. I have been dealing with them since 2006 and would not consider anyone else. I just bought a new car and before making my deal I ran everything by them including the extended warranty and they were very helpful.

They used to be very good and manager was honest. They have turned in typically rip off Vegas repair show now. Last time in they gave my daughter a synthetic oil change after she had been getting regular change for many visits. They also tried to tell her that all her belts were bad when they were fine. Now they tried to charge my son $850 for a job he got done else where for $280. Beware. Too bad to because they used to be good.

I have an 89 Mercury Cougar with a display panel that doesn't work and a brake warning light that is always on. AC hasn't worked in months but when the AC compressor broke and it sounded like the engine was falling apart I had to bite the bullet and take it in. It wasn't cheap but when they turned it back over to me not only was the AC working, but they had fixed the panel display and brake warning light without asking or charging. It is easy finding somebody who will fix a car, hard to find someone who will take pride in their work. Thanks Josh and My Auto.

I had them do my 60k service instead of the Toyota dealership, printed out the list of stuff the dealer would've done and wound up paying only $82 instead of the $465 it would've been at the dealer after they handled everything plus some things that weren't on the list. Fast and friendly service.

I've been coming to this shop for years now, ever since they were located next door and were a perfect auto shop. But when perfect autos corporate office tried to mess with these guys they didn't take it lying down they opened My Auto right next door. Now the old shop looks like it belongs in a ghost town because there's never anyone there and My Auto has people happily packing there lobby. That type of following says a lot about the type of customer service and quality work they provide at My Auto each and every visit. TJ aka Bubba is the man too he's been in the business for over 15 years and provides the best customer service I've ever recieved in an auto shop.

I just moved to town and I was already having car trouble. A few people suggested My Auto Service to me and I'm glad I went there. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. i had our 2 cars in here for tune ups. they did an ok job and the price was right. i came back 2 weeks later for a multi function switch( the turn signal handle ) and they wanted $216 to replace it. I called midas and they said i can bring in my own part ( which was $62 at auto zone) and they will replace it for $140. My auto service doesnt always take parts that u bring in to replace on your car. they instead mark up the price on a drive belt to $45 ( with a one year warranty) when i got one for $23 with a 3 year warranty at auto zone. when i picked up my car for the diagnostic ($51) they didnt even put my trun signal handle back right , its loose and now wont even activate at all while turning. Thus, i shall not be going back.

The guy at the desk was really nice and the price was OK for my oil change and transmission fluid change but what I hated was the fact that they told me I needed a new timing belt changed which I had done at the dealer early in the year. Maybe that is they way they can make money is lying to customers. Everyone car is important to them and I am sorry I do not have 700.00 to blow out of my pocket again. They even have the nerve to have a sign on their counter saying that they are BBB accredited in 2010. I looked on the BBB website and it shows they aren't even accredited. I will never go back there again.

We passed by this location as we were driving to a local store and decided to stop in for a smog check. Service was fast, but not very honest. Failed smog due to some questionable reasons and was told of a leak. Seemed a little shady under the circumstances, so the next morning I took my vehicle somewhere else. I never mentioned that it was smogged anywhere else and passed with flying colors without any change being done to vehicle. There was no leak, just condensation from a/c running. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
