Dont take your car here.... they keep your car longer then deligated, make up excuses of why its needed longer. The finished product is not to expectation, and you will need to go back and have them redo your vehicle. Not worth giving your business to.

John's many years of experience are obvious in the quality of his work and his customer service skills are terrific too. I plan to take my wife's Subaru to them and have those windows tinted as well. I have used Liberty Collision on a few occasions. The largest job they did for us was doing the repair work on our Mini Cooper that had front end damage. Donnie did a great job of explaining what was damaged and what needed to be replaced. He dealt with the insurance company and had the car done in a timely manner. During the process he did a great job updating us and letting us know what was going on. When we got the car back, it looked better than when we had brought it in. We have also had the windows tinted on two cars at Liberty Collision and they have done a great job both times. One of the times we had a small dent in the fender of our truck and they were able to get that taken care of too. I would highly recommend Liberty Collision if you are looking for an auto body shop in the Reno area. Great work Donnie and team!

Honesty, integrity, exceptional workmanship, excellent communication, professionalism, customer care and an all around "best" business. I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They took a very badly damaged, very expensive car and repaired it to perfection. The attention to detail is something everyone hopes for and rarely receive. This was from my first phone call for a minor repair to a tearful plea for help at the scene of the accident. Donnie restored my faith in mankind in a day and age where it is so difficult to get something done right. On top of that, he is a heck of a nice guy. Take your car to Liberty Collision. There is no better body shop, anywhere.

I had a wreck and was worried about the quality of work that was out there ,ive seen some work that a 5 year old could have done better . Today most businesses dont go out of their way for customers. Donnie and his team went out of their way to make sure it was right. He was willing to meet me on a day they were closed to drop off my vehicle ,since my work schedule did not allow me to get down there during their normal hours. While my truck was down they even offered to fix some previous owners paint work that was very poor for a good price. After adding a few other things to the mix while they had it apart. I still worried about the outcome. Donnie told me from the get go it will look better than it did before it was wrecked. After seeing my truck when the repairs were done. He was right , it looked better than it did before it was wrecked. They matched the older paint and colors perfect. My 97 f250 looks like a brand new truck now. Im very picky about my vehicles and the people at Liberty got it right the first time.

We took our 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman to Liberty Collision after it was in an accident. At first it didn't seem like we had much damage, but Donnie and his team stripped the front off the car and were able to find all the areas that needed repair. It was nice to understand the full impact of the accident and have Donnie explain why he was fixing the various pieces. Throughout the process Donnie did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress. When everything was said and done the car looks like new and had no problems. It has been a few months since the car was fixed and we still haven't had any problems. I would highly recommend Liberty Collision if you are looking for a quality body shop in the Reno Area.

If I could give Liberty Collision more than five stars I would. I have used them in the past for sever jobs and I have used the owner Donnie for years to do all my body work.
I recently had my bumper on my Audi replaced due to some external damage. I was on a serious time crunch to have it replaced but Donnie and his team had no problem repairing my vehicle on short notice. They also did some additional buffing to remove a few scratches. All in all the car turned out great and I couldn't be happier. Liberty Collision does quality work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!!

My Toyota 4Runner got rear ended. Donnie, the new owner, very nice guy, had my truck fixed in due time. Even had a brand new rear lift gate and bumper for the price of a used one.

Just had my bumper fixed here. Great guys and really honest. A couple other shops said that the parts you could not see behind the bumper were definitely damaged and going to cost me an extra $400. These guys said they would take a look first, and then it turned out I did not need the hidden parts. They even cleaned my car when they were done.

Donnie at Liberty is my newest customer, soni took my car there to have some work done on the bumper.
Not only was Liberty Collision very quick about getting my car repaired and back to me, they offered me a loaner.
The biggest suprise is when I got the car back, the owner went through the whole car for me. He showed me in detail what he did, from were there was damage to where he went above and beyond at no cost. Then when I got the car back, the car had a full tank of gas, and was detailed inside. Now I don't really want to write this last part, because I know my job was a decent side one, and I'm a vendor of his, and we now eachother personality out side of business, So don't expext it I guess. But for me out of all the autobody work I've ever received this was the best. Donnie at Liberty goes above and beyond for his customers, and he's local.

I met with Donnie and he seemed a little unprofessional. The person who hit me had insurance that picked the shop you went to out of two estimates you submitted. They chose this shop. They also told me Donnie had lied to them and told them I had prior damage, which was just a paint chip, so the insurance company assumed I was not forthright in my claims and refused to pay for any damage that may have been found as a result of an inspection after the bumper was removed. Donnie is not on your side but rather the people who hit you. I decided I'd rather pay extra money out of my own pock at another shop then take my car here. They also don't understand the rental car part that goes with insurance rentals. Take your car somewhere else. Trust me I've been in the Insurance/auto body/Car Rental businesses and you can find a shop that will treat you better and be there for you.
