This is the most honest automobile repair shop I've ever been too. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I have the 1997 Nissan pathfinder that was in there yesterday 5/21 and numerous times before....thank you soooo much.

This is a very honest, reasonably priced shop. This is the only place I trust to work on my families cars. Update: How can you tell you are at an honest shop? I was out of the country and my wife had problems starting our van. Took it to East Mesa and they called me to tell me the battery needed to be replaced and it looked like it was still under warranty at Walmart. She got a new battery under warranty and East Mesa did not charge anything. You can't get any better than that. Highly recommended.

Quality work and quality customer service. Toyota quoted us almost $3500 for work that was needed on our Prius. East mesa did the work for $999!!! It runs great and we have had no additional problems with the car. I highly recommend East Mesa Auto Repair for your second opinion. You will be happy you did!

Perhaps the best deal in the valley. We have gone here for 9 years and have always been happy with their service and prices. I have had everything done from a complete engine rebuild to a simple oil change from them. What impresses me the most is the honesty of the owner and mechanics that assist in servicing the vehicles. They don't try to "sell" you on fixing everything wrong. If it looks good they don't replace it. So many times you go into a mechanic and they push repairs that aren't necessary. Got a quote once that my shocks and struts needed replacing from a corporate company. I took it here and they said "Everything looks great to us." Saving me over $1,000 of useless repairs. So I give East Mesa Auto all my business.

Once again, the front brakes of our old 2001 Honda CRV (a problem that's been happening more frequently as she ages) had been starting to vibrate each time I needed to come to a stop. Also was concerned about the age of the battery (3+ years) as the heat here in the Valley of the Sun is quite hard on them. Finally, needed to have new wiper blades put on as well as again, the heat and low humidity is hard on wipers (and tires for that matter) as well. Called and made an appointment with Laura who set me up for an 8am drop off. Dropped my car off at 8am and Troy, one of the mechanics kindly gave me a ride back to my home in their new shuttle van. Nice and smooth ride y'all have got there with that new van! Mid afternoon, Laura called to inform me that our Honda was ready and Troy was on his way to pick me up. A few minutes later, Troy called from out in the driveway (now that's awesome service, thanks Troy!) and I went out and he already had my bill which I looked over, good news, battery was still testing strong as was the starter! Yeah! Troy then took us back to the shop. Met with Chad, one of the head mechanics who kindly worked on my car. He went over the items he worked on and confirmed his findings which was good news for me. I did end up getting new front rotors as machining them would make them thinner and thus even more susceptible to future warping. Happy with the work (brakes worked smoothly on the drive home) they performed, topped off the fluid level of the brake reservoir, new wipers front and back and a set of new rotors. Again, battery tested strong as did the starter which was good news. Appreciate the integrity at this place. They've totally earned my trust. Anyway, with parts and labor, $190 which makes our Honda ready for the Arizona biannual vehicle emissions and inspection testing. Many thanks for taking care of our vehicle again to Chad, Troy and of course, Laura who pulled it all together for me! See you all next time when our Honda needs maintenance! Hook 'em! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Had a problem with our Honda shimming when the brakes were applied. Wasn't sure if it the issue was related to the rotors or possibly pads or both. Called East Mesa Auto Repair and Laura scheduled an appointment for me. Took our Honda to the shop @ 7 am this morning. Laura said that they anticipated the job to last less than 2 hours (they kindly offered a ride home if I could not wait.) after they looked at the car and found the front rotors were warped and that it would cost $85.00 to correct the problem. I gave them the green light and in 1 hour and 15 minutes (this included a road test to confirm the repair) our Honda was good as new. I appreciated that they quickly found and corrected the problem with our car at a very reasonable cost. We'll take our vehicle back there for future maintenance and repairs. Very good first experience here. I had thought the fuel pump was broken in my jeep wrangler, but Chad discovered it was different issue and thankfully not as expensive to fix. True test of a company is when something goes wrong. Have used them a few times and always happy. This last time I went to them for a new brake booster. Couple weeks after the replacement it was put to a true test in an emergancy stop on the freeway. I was lucky , was in the right lane and udalized the shoulder, very scary trying to stop and the brakes fail, I knew right away the new brake booster failed. Called East Mesa Auto and they picked up my car via tow quickly, confirmed part failure, got new one replaced same day. Many shops would have tried to charged me for the labor (part warranty not labor crap), the tow, something. Don't advertise my car knowledge being a girl. How I figure out whos honest and whos not. 13 yrs in car business in my past so I KNOW most shops would have tried some game and they never did. 100% they handled the problem without asking for a dime. No fighting or arguing just fixed and returned! Wish didnt get a faulty part, happens, but glad to know they truly did right thing by me and I will continue to use and recommend them.

A while back I had a problem with my car, it was running poorly, shifting really hard, wouldn't always start, blah blah blah. I took it to a shop they told me I needed a new trans, which would be around 2k. I asked why would it run like crap if it was the trans, no explination was given.
I go over to East Mesa Auto, they told me they would figure it out and guarantee the diagnosis. Got a call the next day that my car needed a new fuel pump and would recommend a new fuel filter....TOTAL COST $319.84....They fixed it, worked perfectly no BS no drama. It may just be a little repair shop in the suburbs of Phoenix but they did what they said and charged a great price for doing it. Everyplace should be this good and there would never be a need for these reviews.

About a month ago I chose East Mesa Auto Repair Center based on their Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did.
My car wouldn't start so I called them early and asked if they could look at it same day, he said yes and he did. He fixed my car same day and even picked me up from home when it was ready!
Great service and here it is a month later and my car is still running just fine. I'm so happy I found my new mechanic!

This is the best place to come and get your car repaired in Mesa. They are honest and give you a fair price for repairs. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of and they don't try to "fix" things that are not broken just to get more money out of you.

I took my Toyota Previa in because it failed the emission test. They told me they checked the systems and found I needed a catalytic converter. They replaced it at over $100 cheaper then I had it replaced 10 years ago. Those guys were great. It passed the emissions test with flying colors. Thank you, East Mesa Auto repair

This is the best place to take your car! We drive an hour to get here. The service is phenomenal! If you do live in the area, they will give you a ride home and pick you up when you are done. (I wished I still loved close but they are worth the drive) Their service is fairly quick but they still do a great job! Every time, I get my bill I say, "Is that all?!" Really, I sometimes WANT to pay more but they won't let me! Where else can you say that?! Never have I found more honest, word-working, kind people. They don't need to hike up their prices because they have loyal happy customers. :)
