I highly respect and recommend this shop. My VW needed some extensive repairs that I wasn't prepared for. These guys were honest, fair, and thorough with the job that they did, and went above anything expected. I've lived all over the country and to a lot of shops, Keith Cox is by far at the top of my list! I highly, highly recommend them.

My Keith Cox Autobahn story: So, I'm on vacation and my plan is to travel to Camano Island that day and wouldn't you know, my car starts making a funky noise. I take it in to KCA and the lead mechanic (Rick) comes out and immediately sees I have a failing drive belt and the car should not be driven. I tell them of my plans for the day and Rick says "let me see what I can do". A few phone calls later and Dan has squeezed me into their schedule and is telling me to "go to your favorite coffeehouse, come back in an hour and we'll have you taken care of". Now, I understand this is not the kind of thing that can be achieved everyday, but what I can guarantee you is that they will always give their very best when servicing their customers.

Keith made it easy for us to sell our 2013 VW CC on consignment. Moving to Morocco and unable to take our car with us, Keith gave us a fair price while handling all the details of paying off the car's financing, transferring title, etc. He was even able to do some pre-sale scheduled maintenance instead of our taking it to the VW dealer first. Good guy and good company!

The best customer service I have ever experienced by far! I'm from out of town and was traveling through the Bellingham area when I needed a quart of oil for my BMW M3. It was 4:45 PM on a Friday when I stopped at Keith Cox Audubon. In spite of the hour they went out of their way to make sure that my car was taken care of properly. They stayed well past their normal closing time just to take care of me and then they didn't even charge me for the oil. They said that topping off the oil is part of the regular service that they offer all their customers! I only wish I lived closer so I could be one of their regular customers...

The crew at Keith Cox's are all helpful, knowledgeable, and above all honest. I always know that I will receive first class service at a fair price whenever I'm there. Our family uses Keith for all our vehicle maintenance and repairs. He even lets us sneak in our (non-German) pickup truck for work from time to time. The only thing I can think that would improve my opinion of Keith and his crew would be if they provided free beer with every visit. I'm still working on that...

In my 30+ years of owning (mostly German) cars and going to repair workshops, I've never encountered a more professional, knowledgable, sincere and courteous service than what I experienced at Keith Cox Autobahn!
Keith and Dan were very thorough and meticulous, they've gone out of their way to help me identify problems with my car and exceeded my expectations for what I'd consider an excellent service.
Well done guys! I would not go anywhere else if I needed to service my Mercedes!

What great people at Keith Cox they really take care of the customer. I switched getting my service done from the dealer to Keith Cox it is great to not worry about getting over charged for service on my VW and the great part is I know they are taking care of my car too. I have had many VW's over the years and I wish I would have known about Keith Cox sooner I would have saved thousands.

I took my Mini Cooper in for a light on my car that was coming on. They were very nice and disnt pressure me into buying anything that I didnt want to. They replaced my headlight that was out for free and cleaned the interior of my car. I am very satisfied and will be coming back the next time I need work done.

I have never had an Auto Repair experience quite like this one. I would describe it but you would literally not believe some of the details. Keith quickly creates trust and his staff provide a Four Seasons service level except that they do it with with humility and good humor.
Can't say enough: unique vehicle, few repair shops really understand it, no parts available and Sarah was searching Russian language websites (unprompted) to find options. They easily fixed small issues I was convinced would require a new transmission. They laid out multi-stage options for a potentially expensive repair quickly and easily. They communicate well and stay inside their quote.
These guys have great reviews because they are the real deal. Bring your business there. You will not regret it.

I have found my new mechanic! I called them in a bind this morning and they completely took care of me - they fit me right in on super short notice and had my car ready to go by the time I was off work. I'm so glad to have Keith Cox Autobahn to take care of my MiniCooper. His service is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. When I stopped by with a minor issue recently, Keith took care of it personally and right away. I was able to get it looked at, taken care of, and on my way in fifteen minutes or less. My husband and I have been relying on Keith Cox Autobahn for both car maintenance and car purchase advice for almost ten years. We wouldn't consider anywhere else.

The customer service is outstanding, as the other reviewers say, and Keith is an honest, and honorable, owner. They stand by their work and do whatever it takes to fix your car and send you home happy.
