Did a review already on another site, but the service I received was beyond fantastic. From constant updates to the full and detailed explanations on what was wrong and what needed fixed, to the mechanic finding an alternate way to replace the damaged part and saving me almost $200...I'm very satisfied with the service I received. I won't be going anywhere else to have my Jaguar serviced, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Watch These Guys

This shop is not an alternative to the dealer service center. Frank himself serviced my Mercedes twice very costly both times at or above dealership service pricing. His last comment to me was exactly this. Your parts and labor will cost approximately $1600. If you buy the parts I will need to mark-up my labor because I normally mark-up the parts and make money there too. If I don't do that it's like me paying to have your car repaired. I don't think so Its more like you being paid a fair price to install provided parts, it might cause you to make less but it certainly is not like you paying to repair my car. This backwards mindset is the problem with mechanics, accustomed to customers with no knowledge of the repair that they can take advantage of, in the age of the internet you can find reasonably priced parts and have them installed by a qualified mechanic you shouldn't have to be taken advantage of to have a repair done. Once again WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS THEY"RE NOT HONEST AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE YOU DRIVE A MERCEDES BENZ

I was skeptical at first like aniboty else that have being burned before and so many times My experience with them was astonishing. Just like America use to be. This shop is about as good as it gets. Friendly, courteous, professional & knowledgeable. Last & certainly not least... it's an HONEST shop! Are they the cheapest in town? No, but trying to save a few bucks with a "not so" reputable shop, is just NOT worth the savings. I just had a new Intake manifold in my Mercedes E350. Frank's European Service has a better warranty than the Mercedes dealer! He gives a 3yr/36k warranty! But what I really like about these guys, is how they take the time to thoroughly explain things to you, they show you any/all defects with photos that the tech takes while doing the diagnostics. Also, I was able to talk "directly" with the tech (Patrick), who so very patiently answered ALL of my MANY questions. And when the job is done, they remember to "thank you" for your business and for the trust you put in them. I can't remember the last time a dealership or any shop actually thanked me for my business. They just throw you the bill, and out the door you go. They also offer a great & friendly porter service. They drove me to my golf club in Summerlin after dropping off the car. I was chatting to another customer in the car who was also being dropped off in Summerlin and she said she's been a customer for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else because she knows she can trust them. I think we will now join their list of dedicated customers. And when you pick the car up, it is SPOTLESS! I mean a really thorough interior/exterior wash! Thank you Leonard, Patrick & Frank.

Experienced, and the only Mercedes mechanic in Las Vegas that I have found that will not screw you. Expensive? Yes, but I would rather pay someone honest, than getting screwed by any of the others. After all, getting screwed can be more expensive in the long run. I dont mind the first class service either.

I took my wife's 2012 mini in to get her seat belt fixed. I had them check a rattling noise I was hearing in the engine also. After waiting 3 days for my car on a simple seatbelt fix. They charged me 660 dollars!! For the seatbelt and for two diagnostic test. Wow almost 250 extra on diagnostic test. They explained two me that I was charged because the mechanic had to drive my car around the block. I would never set foot in this business again. I would rather take my business to the Mini dealership. I Owned a 5 series BMW before and dealt with Desert BMW, European Motor cars, and European House of Imports. Never have I felt so violated. If you're considering Frank's that's your prerogative but you been warned!!!!!!!

If you want to pay dealership service prices, go to your local dealership!!! Soon as I walked in to their 'showroom' lobby, I knew I would be paying for their facility. They did not fix my A/C because according to them it needs an A/C compressor. While waiting for estimates, I pulled up brand new A/C compressors for sale online for an average cost of $160. Their estimate is $1140!!! Seriously? That is over 7 times the price.
I took my car in for 3 different issues; unfortunately, none was fixed. Instead, they played a scared tactic on me letting me know that my car is unsafe to drive because the wheels might fall out due to the guide arm bushings need to be replaced. Estimated cost: close to $1800. Yes, I do own an older vehicle, but the issue was never showed to me.
I still ended up paying $258 for estimates when I was told it would be a couple of hours, it actually took seven hours.

They worked on the transmission in my 2006 Mercedes E350 about 5 months ago before I moved to South Lake Tahoe, and we had no problems. However, this last week I moved back to Las Vegas, only to get here and have the transmission not come out of first gear. Seeing how all this transmission work was done less than 6 months ago, I am hoping and praying that they will take care of the issue with no further cost to me. I am having it towed there now. We shall see if they can keep their 5 star rating with me. I will keep you posted.

Three fuel filters and a fuel hose changed left me $812 poorer. You decide whether or not I was taken advantage of.
I understand the fact that my car is considered a luxury car and it is several decades old, but even an imbecile would think something unscrupulous is going on when the quoted fee is so high for something so minor as basic maintenance like fuel filters. This is not to mention the three days it took them to diagnose a 'fuel delivery issue." To further explain why the reason the bill was so high for such a relatively minor issue was because I was charged for 3 hours of labor, with labor being charged a premium for a name-brand European car no matter where you get it fixed. However, I think this shop exaggerated the amount of time they spent fixing up my car in order to inflate the total bill. If you know anything about cars, you decide whether it really takes 3 hours to change the fuel filters and replace a hose, even on a "complicated," "specialty," "European" vehicle.
To improve the credibility of their practice, I would suggest that they credit the $100+ diagnosis fee towards work done at their facility as is the common practice among many other mechanic shops. Being so much in the hole before work is done makes one compelled to spend the remaining balance to finish the work at that shop. I understand that is the point, but I feel it is not a fair business practice.
If you need more than minor maintenance work on your car as was the case with me-that is, if you really need some serious work done on your car to get it to run (e. g. multiple hose changes, transmission, engine work, trap oxidizer, steering, suspension, or the combination of the above, et, I would suggest you ship your car to LA (where luxury cars are common, so mechanics have to keep their rates reasonable in order to compete in a market saturated with other luxury mechanic shops), get a hotel and lay out on the beach while you get your car worked on. That way, you'll still have money left over. You'll be bankrupt going to this place. Not only bankrupt, but also lied to, talked down to, and screwed over.
At least the facility is nice. Yes, it's nice. As though it matters. A nice facade to detract from their dishonesty.

WARNING! DESPITE THEIR CLAIM, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE EUROPEAN CAR EXPERTS. ALSO, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST NOR A BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY IN ITS CORE, DESPITE THEIR SLOGAN.
I took my 2009 Audi A4 for a diagnostic because the EPC and engine lights were on. You'll pay $189 which will not be waived if you have the service done. Industry standard is waive it, but fine, they did not lie about that. So they recommended replacing coils and plugs which I agreed to. Simple enough, done in one day. They called me back saying that that didn't fix the problem so they did a few more tests and recommended a SECOND set of repairs. I'm a reasonable guy and I understand that sometimes that happens, fixing one problem exposes another. I inquired about the second set of repairs and was assured that they've identified the real core of the problem. Ok, I agreed to get that job done and was assured my car will be ready on Monday. Monday came and it wasn't done and I was promised a Tuesday deadline. I had to inquire on Tuesday - car was not ready. They promised Wednesday with a morning call. No luck on the morning call and it became difficult to get in touch with them at this point. The original number they gave me was intermittently unavailable. Was it turned off? When they did become available in the noon time, they recommended a THIRD set of repairs which they assured will "solve" the problem. At this point I asked for them to wrap everything up and informed them that I was going to pick up the car. After a few minutes of discussion, I was assured the car would be available that day and will receive a call to pick it up. Guess what? No call came to pick it up but I expected that already so I planned on driving down there in the morning. I drove down to their location the next morning to pick up the car. The people behind the desk kept talking in hushed tones. They didn't expect me to pick up the car. I pointed to the car parked in the corner part of the lot to make sure they know I've seen it there and I told them that it looks ready to be picked up. They had no argument at this point and game me the bill and car keys. I drove the car out with the same problems I originally brought it in for but paid for repairs that didn't solve it.
I'm sure these folks know how to do basic repairs on a car such as oil changes and brake replacements. You'll be happy with that. However, I don't believe they are good with more complicated repairs and diagnosis. Also, the test of honesty and integrity is not when things are going well, it is when problems arise. Based on my experience, I DO NOT believe that this company is honest nor has integrity in its core.

I have been a customer of this place for over 10 years since moving to Vegas. Just recently I took my car there for repairs it needed. I dropped it off on Monday for diagnosis. On Thursday I finally got the results. The technician quoted me $8000 plus for everything it needed done. Keep in mind it's a 1988 model. I decided to give them permission to fix the major issues which came out to roughly $3500. On Friday I get a call saying that they needed half the money up front. This took me for a total surprise. All the 10 years I've been loyal to this business I have never left a balance unpaid and have always paid cash in full for all service rendered. I felt totally insulted. So I decided to pay them their $340 for the diagnosis and take my car elsewhere for my business. Upon taking the other shop my diagnosis sheet from Frank's, we went over the labor cost and hours. The other shop couldn't believe how Frank's came up with these labor prices for the job's I needed done. To put it short I saved almost half the money I was going to pay Frank's for the repairs. Ok Frank's hourly labor charge is $123.00 while the other place is $100.00. Still even with that it was not even close. Frank sent me an email explaining the circumstances of them asking for a deposit from SOME clients now and said it wasn't personal. Well Frank I found another reputable place to service my car. IT'S NOT PERSONAL !!!!!!!!!!

Overall it's fine. I use them quite a bit. Just never seems to go smoothly. The labor is much cheaper than going to a dealer but parts are still marked up quite a bit. They've dented my hood on two separate occasions and even had to repaint it once. Another occasion I was called and told my car was ready. When I arrived two hours later my car was still on the lift and wasn't even cleaned up. Never had an issue with the actual work done on my car. Just always seems to be a head ache.

Car blew up in Utah and AAA towed us here. They were closed but called me immediately the next day and began service right away. They were willing to haggle with my warranty company and keep the car stored safely when we needed to return to Los Angeles. We have since sold the Mercedes AMG because it was so well repaired at this auto shop.

The Halo headlight in my BMW X5 was out, so I purchased a new one at an auto parts store.
When I try to replace it, I found out that is not that easy.
I called Franks European Service and told the advisor that I would like to have the light bulb installed.
He said, come over and we'll take a look and if is just the light bulb, then we will install it for free.
So I took my X5 and they installed the light bulb for FREE!
This is great customer service IMO. The Facility is nice and clean.
I'll be using Franks for my future service needs.

THE WORST!!!!!!!!! Took my car there for a simple oil change. This oil change took TWO days (got the car to them in the morning of the first day)!!! Then they said it was leaking oil somewhere and they would have to diagnose it. Brought it back on a separate visit and this took 2 weeks for them to figure out and "fix" the problem. I then go to pick my car up and it has scratches all over it that they said I DID!!! On top of that they didn't even put oil back in the car which i had to go back to have them put in. Still to this day Im still having issues with a oil leak that was supposed to be fixed. They quoted me over 1000.00 for a break change that I went and got done for 650 at a actual certified mechanics shop!!!! Dont trust them with your car!!!! Ill never take my car there again!

After being lied to by Land Rover Las Vegas I took my 2004 Freelander to Frank's for a second opinion. Where LRLV told me I needed a $10K engine, Frank's diagnosed my car with needing a modern day tune up. BIG Difference! These guys were caring and talked me thru every question I had (and boy did I have a lot!!)
Frank's added 40+ miles to my car road testing it to make sure everything was in tip top shape before giving it back to me. Pricy but worth every penny I spent. I love these guys and I love the fact that my car is not just their next rent payment!
You have won my loyality!

I have to appreciate that Frank's gave me a call to improve my opinion of them, but unfortunately, I have moved away from the Vegas area. On top of all that, my car is having a hard time holding its idle after the work I had here. I'm going to have it worked on again....somewhere else.

We have been going to the Henderson location for a year or so. We were also at the Vegas location recently. We found the first visit was great in Henderson, then we realized it was a one off. Frank's bills itself as something it is not. We did not find them efficient, honest, or forthright with anything after the first visit. At the last visit (to the Vegas location) we were told we needed a new engine since we were late on our oil change and there was too much gunk in the engine for the car to run correctly. Two visits to a jiffy lube with 2 engine flushes fixed that problem, and it only cost us $360.00 as opposed to multiple thousands!
I think Frank's should be more honest with customers so long term relationships are built instead of trying to make as much money on visits.

While I have not have any repair work done on my 2010 GLK by Frank yet, I met the man at his soon to open location where Discount Tire used to be on the north side of Rainbow, just south of Lake Mead. You all probably know the location best as being between Joe Crab Shack, Daves Barbecue and Nevada State Bank.
I had the most refreshing conversation with him about the concept of the service business. He came across as being honest and dedicated to both his employees and customers. He said the new location should be open by February, 2013, at the latest and I, for one, am very anxious to have Frank's as an option before my warranty expires. I'll let you know how it goes.

I have to say there customer service is great, however I frown upon the fact that they charge $115.00 right off the bat just to look at something that needs a repair which binds you to have the repair done there or you lose your money. I wouldnt mind paying that on a large repair but for a small repair like a broken stearing wheel lock, it can be very pricey. Not sure if I want to go back to have this done.

My 2005 Chrysler 300C is really just a Mercedes in Detroit clothing. Frank's was able to align the front end to superb accuracy. While doing the service they noticed that the track arm/bushings were installed incorrectly by another repair shop. By relieving the torque incorrectly placed upon the bushings, Frank's guys eliminated the shimmy, too.
In short, I went in for an alignment and drove away with multiple repairs of other shop's mistakes for the same price. Plus they warrent the alignment for three years!
Frank's has my respect and I will not be going any where else for my repairs.

Terrible customer service. Long story short, I had to ask Troy, the sales rep, what services the $189 fee covered - I shouldn't have to ask for a detailed explanation - it should be provided. Troy said he'd call me in a little bit to give me an update on my car. I had to call him after over 6 hours with my vehicle to ask for an update on the oil change and brake inspection - he had no news. An hour later, he called me back with bad news - the tech broke the hood release latch - still no update on the oil change and brake inspection. By 4:30 (8 hours after I dropped my car off) I'm sitting in front of Troy who literally laughed as he told me that the broken part wouldn't be in for 9 days. I stared blankly at him while he chuckled, as if he found my inconvenience - caused by their mistake, comical. Oh, he also tried to suggest that it wasn't their fault. What a disrespectful, dishonest, unprofessional 'customer service' experience.
I declined all of the recommended services and I will only be going to back to Frank's to let them repair the part that they broke.
I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Even if they have the best prices in town and the best technicians in town, if Troy's behavior is an example of the way they do customer service - it is all wrong. To me, that outweighs absolutely anything and everything Frank's might do right.

I brought my car there about a year ago as it was running very rough.
They charged me $300 and gave me a sheet of paper with an estimate of $5000 some odd dollars of "needed" repairs but not a diagnostic of the problem I had.
I asked them how much to fix the problems only and they said you have to do what's on the sheet step by step in order to find the problem. What a joke!! I ended up taking my Mercedes to a "Non-Mercedes" shop and they fixed the problems I had for $150.00 this place is rip-off!!

I took my car here to have the left rear catalytic converter replaced. I was charged $635 and thought I was getting a deal since the dealership said it would be about $900 for them to do. Since then I've had the right rear converter replaced, which only cost $300! The muffler shop I went to this time (in California) told me I had an after market FRONT catalytic converter in the left rear. I called Frank's Mercedes Service to tell them of the situation, only to find out that they "purge" records. I DO NOT recommend for anyone to take their car here, and will think about changing my review, only if they make it right.

I took my wifes car to Franks for a regular service and was realy happy to find out that when I dropped off the car they gave me a ride back to work, then when it was done they came back and picked me up.
