I'm a little biased cause these guys are family, but I took my car to two different mechanics in CA to stop a squeaky belt that squeaked all the way on my way back to Tucson only to leave me stranded in Phoenix in the middle of the night. Made it back to Tucson the next day and they FIXED the problem without delay and it never gave me trouble again.

This is now going to be my go to shop the gave me a great price and could tell me around how much is might cost and lone be hold it came out under what they thought. I took my truck to another shop at first and they tried to stick it to me. But I had my truck taken here and these guys were a tight forward and honest about what they think they might need to do over all this has been a great experience. They were fare and they stuck to there word on everything. He told me that my truck would be done they say it was done. Plus they kept me in the loop the whole way. If I could give the a 10 on a 5 scale I would. I thank you all for taking care of my truck and me.

I've used this company several times and they are amazing. I'm not car savvy and they always explain things extremely well so I understand the problem. Mike and the team here are awesome!! Twice they helped me diagnose (for free) a complicated engine misfire and both times work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Also gave me feedback about a transmission code that the dealer I bought the car from was denying, to my face... as a young girl who lives far from home I felt I was treated very fairly and professionally!!!

These guys are amazing. After three months of battling transmission repairs with other shops and being with out my Jeep the entire time I took it to Tucson Transmission and they figured out the underlying problem as soon as the dropped the tranny. Reasonable pricing, great competent and friendly staff. I will never take my vehicles elsewhere. They deserve every bit of my business with how much they have helped me out. :)

I went to Tucson Transmission about a month ago for a full transmission rebuild on my Ford Expedition. Not only was their quote almost $1,000 below my other quotes(some places wouldn't even give me a quote!) but the owner Mike assured me on the out-the-door price with no hidden fees. 4 days later, they delivered for that price. Transmission is smooth with a 1yr warranty. My Expedition had also been having an intermittent vacuum/fuel pump issue before the transmission went out, so I decided to let them take a look at that last week. They diagnosed a cracked fuel pump retainer ring, repaired it and had me back out the door the same day. However, the vehicle died on me two days later, and this is the main reason I decided to write a review. Mike had his shop quickly set up a tow. They diagnosed a minor connection issue not related to the fuel pump repair and fixed it for FREE... they even covered the tow fee! I was amazed by their exceptional service and Mike's ability to build genuine trust. My family has a new shop for all of our future needs. Thank you Mike and your team!

I am very happy I discovered this family run business with years of experience locally, excellent professionalism, and really great customer service. They rebuilt my Honda van transmission quickly and on schedule, and with no problems after 2,000 miles so far. Mike, the owner, took the time to give me a tour of the place, which made it easy to choose, especially when the price seemed so reasonable compared with the dealer.

Went to Brake Masters with what I thought was a wheel bearing problem due to noise level.
It was diagnosed as a problem with the rear end differential. They recommended two places to fix it. Of the two, these guys were the only ones with web feedback. BBB said they were good too, so I called and talked with the owner Mike. Turned out to be a bearing in the differential in my 1989 Toyota Supra with independent rear suspension. They had a little trouble getting the bearing in a timely manner, however, they did a great job at a reasonable price. The car is so quiet now, I had not realized how noisy the rear end had become as it happens slowly over time and gets louder. I am extremely satisfied with their work. My Supra is stock and in excellent condition for 111,000 miles and 26 years. I was glad to get her back on the road. I was not sure that these guys could fix my Rice Rocket, as mostly GM backlog of vehicles to repair. Looks like they have a thriving business and now I know why! I highly recommend these guys for this type of work.

My car broke down on the highway and found this place online. AAA towed me here at my request and they even waited a few minutes after closing to recieve my car in the shop. The next day mike called me and told me my car needed a fuel pump and tune up. They finished the job in a few hours and the price was the cheapest around.
I recommend this place because they are honest and are willing to go the extra mile in helping you out and getting me back on the road the fastest possible but at the same time doing the job right.

This place is awesome. I purchased a lemon 3 years ago that had issues. Took it here and found out it needed a new transmission. I called around and checked prices and this was the best deal around. My vehicle was up and running in no time! I have since then moved towards Casa Grande but will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. It is well worth the hour drive (or tow) to have trustworthy quality service!

I got stranded in Tucson Arizona and Tuscon Transmission treated me right. They were much cheaper than the competition but still did high quality work.
