My wife and I have bought two vehicles from Bad Credit Auto. First purchase was May of 2014 and was so satisfied with how they handled business we purchased our second vehicle the following year in December. We have had nothing but excellent service from them and their vehicles. The only problem we came across was with my automatic door and Tim had it fixed the same day free of charge. I'm not even sure what the problem was because it was fixed so fast. My major point is when I called there was no hesitation to get me in for service and I definitely appreciate them not ripping me off by pretending something else needed to be fixed. I'm definitely a customer for life and truly appreciate Tony and Tim for all the help and hard work they have done for my family. I recommend Bad Credit Auto to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

These people are evil, cheap, and do a horrible job! There paint is cheap and it chipped a month later! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 3 weeks later I was involved in an accident and my truck sustained some front end damage. Tim and his staff offered to fix it with no problems and they worked with my insurance company through the red tape. They were quick and efficient and the repairs were professionally done They went over and above the normal customer service experience at car dealerships to make me feel at ease. I would definitely continue purchasing future vehicles from them and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I paid cash for my vehicle and he worked with me on the price. He was friendly and not pushy at all. He let me shop and ask questions and was supportive of me making my own decision. If it were any other way I would have been gone.

Since my fiancee and I are preparing to start our life together. We figured it would be a good opportunity to get a car. We ended up purchasing a black 2003 Infiniti G35. The car was taken care of very well. The interior is a tan finish, with not even one scratch. Air conditioning is in impeccable condition, and the exterior if there were any repairs needed were taken care of. Bad Credit Auto, not only has a lot of used cars, they are reasonable in price. As they know purchasing cars are a fairly ultra-expensive and risky investment, they have a body shop on site where they do all the repairs prior to you taking the car off the lot, as well as offer an extended warranty for any car, with cars ranging anywhere from 1 mile to 100,000 miles or more. We met Tim Elias and his brother, Tony (briefly), and Tim took very good care of us. He is excellent with communicating expectations clearly, follow up, and follow through. He took care of all the paperwork for us, sold the car to us, as well as made sure his staff allowed us to the leave the lot as happy, satisfied customers ensuring that everything was properly fixed. We truly believe this car could last us another 3+ years as the miles are pretty high. It's in intermediate to excellent condition (more so excellent), and we wouldn't have bought a car from anyone else. He handled not only us, but other customers on the lot with respect, empathy, and true concern. He has an excellent business, and I'm looking forward to doing business with him again!

Me and my girlfriend went to a few places on cavecreek to find a used car that was decent. We had not but bad luck and horrible service around there. The last spot we tried was Bad credit auto! And let me tell you that it was one of the best choices I made. They have many cars on the lot, service were friendly and helpful. They didn't push us to buy a vehicle. That's what made us even happier! When we did buy our Chevy from them, I couldn't believe how easy and fast it was. I referred a few relatives to check them out! And they got the same service as we did. It's hard to get this service now days. I am a fan of this shop and will always use and refer people to them.

Had a great experience with these guys! Bought a lot of used cars in my day...This was the best used car lot experience by far! It's family own with a mechanic on staff, All are friendly, plus the cars come with an extended warranty! Since it is always a risk buying used, i checked them out for the warranty provided on a 2002 Toyota Echo.
The car run perfect! If your thinking of getting a used car from somewhere else...DON"T!! Do yourself a favor and check out Tony and Tim at Bad Credit Auto!

I can't help but wonder if these good reviews are plants. My experience with this business was terrible! First, he wouldn't provide a carfax, said he would give me all of the repair records and after I left, I discovered he had removed most of the paperwork. Then, instead of sending my paperwork to the Arizona DMV as I had requested, he sent it to a 3rd party dmv office on Bell Road with which he has a cozy little arrangement. They wanted me to pay them $112 PLUS the cost of the title change, registration, tags and plates. Keep in mind these 3 party offices charge as much as 3 times what the state DMV does! When I refused, they wouldn't give me my paperwork and he avoided talking to me, so I did what everyone should do, I reported him to ADOT and was assigned an investigator. Did he stop trying to scam me? No, he called and said he had paid for my paperwork and demanded that I come down there right away to pick them up and give him money for them (twice what it turned out they had cost) or he was going to charge me late fees, etc. We pointed out that he had just told us his office was closed for the day so we couldn't come down there now and he made comments that we seemed to have plenty of time to go to the MDV and complain about him. He agreed to let us come down the next day. Meantime, we called the investigator, who was furious! He had instructed the sales person (owner's son, by the way) to mail the papers, tags and plate to me and that he wasn't supposed to be charging customers for them and the investigator told us he was calling the guy back and that he was also meeting with the owner the next day about the whole situation and that if the owner didn't show, there would be action taken. Two days later, I finally got everything. I should have been charging THEM late fees because I had to purchase a 90 day permit when they would send my title, etc. to me so that I could drive my car and I shouldn't have had to do that. Please don't use this company to buy a car. If you already have and they are screwing you over, call the Arizona Department of Transportation and they will assist you. Remember - you do NOT have to go to a 3rd party DMV and pay for your paperwork, then your title, registration and plates. You have the right to insist the papers are sent to the Arizona DMV, which is much cheaper. Note - the 90 pay permit cost me $15. I bought a 3 day permit at one of these 3rd party offices once and it cost me $22! They are NOT cheaper - they charge up to 3 times what the AZ DMV does.
