They are pretty good and appear honest but not sure. I paid a lot for my car to get fixed for something I had no idea about. They were probably right about it though.

I wish I didn't even have to give it one star. Took my car there and was quoted 199.90 for a new starter. When my daughter went to pick up the car it was $345. Apparently, they forgot to mention the #123 labor. I'm not opposed to paying labor. I've researched it and know that's a fair price. I am opposed to not being told the full amount of the quote so that I could budget and make an informed decision. I looked up a started at O'Reillys and the part is $70 retail. They probably get it wholesale. That means they mark it up 3-4 times as much. When I called to tell them I wasn't given the right quote the owner said they could take it out and put the old one back in. I asked if they could give it to me at the quoted price (they would still make labor and the wholesale price of the part) he said he would talk to his brother about it. If this is the way they do business I will not reccomend them to anyone. And to add insult to injury, when my daughter picked it up the power steering would not work. She filled the fluid and it was gone the next morning. I had to have it towed yet again. I used a different garage that I feel was fair and honest.

The guys at A1 will help anyone in any situation. They dont do any work until they have called you with an estimate and made sure you want the work done. They help with daily drivers and rebuilding hot rods, they can do wiring, transmissions, exhaust, you name it, they know how to do it. They are all very experienced with the drive and determination to find the problem and fix it quickly, and make sure it will stay fixed! They explain what the problem is instead of saying "oh its this" and trying to scam you out of your money. They are all honest, hard working, and VERY smart and know their way around cars. Definitely recommend taking any cars, trucks, anything to A1 for all repairs. They do emissions tests now too!

The guys are honest, fair priced, and super friendly. They don't try to constantly upsell services, but do let you know if there is something that needs to be looked at or fixed in the near future. I take my personal and business vehicles there. Thanks!
