nice work done

a simple rear end job was repaired on my truck fast and reasonably priced. Great work ,too they even wet out of their way to find the part they needed calling all over town till they found it.

Highy recommended.

Took my car here on a recommendation to have the rear quarter panel and bumper repaired/replaced in Dec. 2009. Excellent work that still looks great over a year later. Not a big fancy body shop, but their work is top notch.

Great place. I went to the shop in hope of not paying $500+ to dealership for replacing the tailgate spoiler of my Acura. I asked for a quote on Yelp and Chris responded back quickly.
I went the same day and he assured me that he could fix it by putting just the clips. The work was completed in 15 minutes after the clips were received from dealer and i paid 10% of the cost i had estimated based on what dealer said.
I would like to thanks Chris for all the help, he was excellent. Had some conversation with Mike( the owner) and he seems to be a very had working man.
Bottomline- This place is awesome, i am not going anywhere else for any body work and telling all my friends to come here.

Chris at Mike's Body Shop did a great job in helping me out. My BMW's front bumper needed repaired and Chris and his guys were able to get it done in less than an hour and at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from other shops. This shop is all about great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was really hoping to give this business more than 1 star...I just can't. I had minor body damage to my driver rear door and went here based on reviews and word of mouth. Don't get me wrong...they were nice enough. Said my job would take 3 full days. Bring it on Tuesday morning, done by Thursday late afternoon. Nobody called me Thursday so I finally called at 5. A guy told me it wasn't done, they got behind and would need it another 2 days. Long story short, they kept it 2 more days. The next day, in the light, I noticed the repaint job on that door was significantly darker than everywhere else. THey also told me a piece of molding had been on backorder and they would have to replace that at a later time. Hey, it happens. 2.5 weeks later they called, said the part was in. I took off work, went in, sat there, they opened the part and noticed it was the wrong one. Seriously? You don't confirm when stuff comes in? At the same time, he notices how much darker my door is and says, "Yeah, they didn't blend it like they should have." Back it goes again for another 2 days. Finally got the right part and the door is lighter, but the paint isn't even and whatever they did, it made my door handle whitewashed. I'm done...it is what it is. I wish I had a better ending.

Came in here to get a spoiler put on. I payed $120 for the spoiler already painted and another $120 to put it on the car. I had them put it on. It took less than an hour and they were the cheapest in all of chandler. I will come here if i ever need any body work again.

I won't lie. There is nothing fancy about this place. No coffee bar or any of the perks of a big chain. But, the work is impeccable. Sadly, I should know. A certain family member ran into my new car last year and did major damage to the back of my vehicle. I took it to one of those flashy places. After considerable hassle and time delays, they did a so-so job. Sure they guarantee their work, but it was such a hassle, I didn't want to deal with them again.
Another family member (lucky genes, I guess) hit the front of the same vehicle 2 weeks ago. So this time I took it to Mike's bc its close to where she's renting a house for an extended visit. To be honest, if she wasn't paying and didn't recommend this place, I never would have even noticed it and would have driven right by. And that would have been a mistake. The work was absolutely perfect and my car was pristine when they were done. They quoted me an amazing price and quick turnaround time. Both, shockingly, were met. As good as the price and service, I cannot say enough about the quality. My husband is...umm let's say 'picky' and even he couldn't find a thing wrong with it. They even fixed a scratch in another area for free. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I will do my best to keep my family members away from my vehicle from now on, but God forbid someone else hits me, I have no doubt where I will take my car.

WOW!!!!! Just WOW!!!!! The best words I can possibly think of are HONESTY, INTEGRITY, PRIDE, QUALITY, and the list goes on and on. I had the most amazing experience at Mike's. Mike owns the place and he works with his son Andy and his grandson Chris. The place is not your typical HIGH overhead fancy body shop but dont let that fool you. They did a repair on my daughters car and when they got it done they noticed a tiny little spot that did not turn out the way they wanted, they pointed it out to me when I got there and trust me it was tiny, they informed me the spot may grow and spider into a larger crack but i can take the car if i want and if it gets worse they will take care of it. Not only that but they took 300.00 off the repair as well. Keep in mind they were trying to save me money by repairing the current bumper rather than making me purchase a new one. The next week the repair did spider and get larger, i took phots and text them to Chris the grandson, he said Shane do not worry about it, we will order you a new bumper, then paint it and you can pop in some day and we will have it all painted and just pull off the old one and put the new one on so it will not take long as it will already be painted. I said ok lets do that. I was fully expecting that i would have to obviously pay for the new bumper as they tried to repair the old one and save me money. I went to pick up the car and not only did they put the new painted bumper on they would NOT allow me to pay for it as it did not turn out the way they wanted in the first place. I would have been more than happy to pay for the bumper as they are good honest people and they would not take my money. It is so comforting to know that there are still good HONEST people out there that strive for happy customers. Their service is second to none. They are AWESOME!!!! . Remember, do not get caught up in the not so fancy shop, Keep in mind the more of a fancy shop you go to the more overhead they need to cover which they pass on to you. Thank you so much Mike, Chris and Andy. I will send anyone i can your way.
