The difference between Wright ...

The difference between Wright Bet Auto Body and any other body shop in Henderson/Las Vegas is that the Scott, Frank and the Wright Bet team really care about their customers. Damaging my fender on my brand new 2012 Sonata left me frustrated and in need of a good body shop. Scott and Frank were very attentive to my needs and made sure I left as a satisfied customer. Their team does an excellent job at repairing and I am very happy with the outcome of my car. I would be more than happy to recommend Wright Bet to those in need of any type of car repair!

Amazing service!!!

I came in after being in a accident in my 2005 Bentley, I was met at the door by Scott the owner who took the time to listen and understand what had happened. He then gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when my car was ready. On the ride home he explained that they were now offering upholstery services. I asked him if he could take a look at my interior which he did and called me with a quote which was very fair priced, I didn't plan on that due to the fact when people see the car I drive they always want to over charge. When the repairs were complete scott came to my home and picked me up...I was shocked at the quality of work preformed and now refer ALL of my friends to Wright Bet!

I took my son's 02 Mustang in for some body work on Tuesday. The quote was better than other places so I gave it a shot but decided I would not set my expectations too high. Here's what happened: Scott the owner was easy to deal with and he called me and kept me updated on progress. Today is Saturday and, when I got the car back, I was amazed. I just couldn't believe how well the body work came out and how well they color matched the paint. And there were no last-minute up-charges. These days it's hard to find somebody that does great work at a great price and they haven't forgotten how important customer service is to us. If there was a 6th star, I would give it to them. This guy is going into my contact list and I'm telling my friends about him.

Took my 05 Superduty in for an estimate and was given a fair and reasonable quote. Delt with the owner directly Scott.. Great guy came to my work and picked up my truck did the repairs with in a few days. The job far exceeded my expectations truck was detailed and delivered back to me, was kept updated with progress of work never had to call to find out what was going on. Would highly recommend this place!!

I was so happy to find Scott at Wright Bet Autobody. My drivers car door was hit
by falling debris from a collision with two cars as I was stopped at a traffic light.
After checking Yelp, I felt very comfortable with bringing my 2010 Prius. His
estimate was extremely fair and Scott was very personable.
I had a few dings in the bumper and other places and he said he would take care of everything. I picked up the car yesterday and it looks brand new.
I can't say enough accolades about Scott and Wright Bet. As a senior I would
recommend him very highly to anyone who needs body work done. Five Stars.

My girlfriend's car was in an accident not too long ago and we were looking for a body shop that would be able to repair it quickly and do a good job. We were referred to Write Bet Auto. After 13 years of use and abuse, our car looked pretty shabby. Lots of dents, dings, and scratches. We took it to Wright Bet, and Scott said he could make it look "almost new." He was not exaggerating. We were thrilled with our car's appearance. He and his crew did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

Scott is absolutely amazing. I took my car to have some motor mounts changed out and they had it done in no time flat and great prices even the parts were cheaper than anywhere I could find. They were honest they didn't try to up charge or over price everything. Also spoke to him about fixing my side panel that decided it wanted to meet a pole and he gave me a great price quote and even options. Would bring my car back her for everything they can do. Get statements in writing before leaving your car. This is what I learned. I received three estimates for repair to the rear of my car. I also had damage on the "driver's side rocker"not covered by insurance. The rear damage was a hit and run so I had to pay deductible. Scott told me "I can fix the rocker for "between two and three hundred dollars. If you get the rocker fixed here we can negotiate the deductible." I was concerned that the insurance estimate indicated that they would not replace the tailgate, only pay to have the dent pulled and painted. My concerns, after a few years in the heat and sun, the paint fades and will not match. Scott opened the tailgate and stated, oh, this is creased, we will request a replacement of the tailgate." I believed Scott ad decided to leave my car at Wrightbet Auto, rather than use the other two auto repair shops because Scott stated 1) He would reduce the deductible if the rocker panel was repaired there. 2) He would replace the tailgate. Less than six hours later I received a call from Scott stating that it would cost six hundred dollars for the rocker panel to be replaced. I told him I would come down and get the car. He said I could not pick it up because it is in pieces...(.A very old trick I have since learned) I went to the shop to pick up the car and the bumper was pulled off. I regret not tossing the bumper in the back and driving up the street to the shop where I had the first estimate done. One of Scott's employees hand wrote an estimate that the repair of the rocker panel would cost $300.00 plus the full amount of the deductible!! I left the car. Five days later, the moment I drove into the drive, I could see the different shades of paint on the rear of the car. (White) One looked more yellow (the one on the hatchback) the bumper looked more of a grey white. Scott insisted that it was all the same color. I have asked three people, with not prompting "What do you think about the color on the back of my car?" All three mentioned that the paint on the bumper does not match the paint on the hatchback.
In addition, Scott told me he never stated that he would work with me on the deductible if I had the rocker panel fixed there. Had I known that I would be charged full amount for deductible and the rocker panel, I would have gone to another shop that offered to fix the rocker panel for $200.00 and was upfront about not replacing the tailgate!!! Be cautious...bring a recorder and bring a witness to the conversation....and of course get all statements in writing. I soooooo regret going to this dealership and not one of the other two where I received estimates. He is not honest. Scott used bate and switch tactics to get my are in the shop. Upped the price of the rocker and now everytime I approach my car to open the hatchback and see the paint shades, I have to remind myself to not hold onto anger....it will do me no good....

Fantastic service. Scott and his team at Wright Bet are excellent. My car was hit by another driver on my birthday and I was obviously not happy. Scott helped me through every step of the process from getting my estimate handled to even picking me up at the rental car location so I didn't have to wait. If you want service you can rely on and you enjoy working with professionals who treat you like a VIP; you can't lose with Wright Bet!!!
