I give more stars if I could. The people there are awesome, amazing, stupendous, wonderful and other adjectives as well. I've had several cars repaired there and sent friends and family, most recently my son and his Dodge Caliber (which, by the way was repaired flawlessly.). The whole experience is always top notch, from the lovely and talented Shauna up front to the king of body shops, Mr. Jason Boone. Thank you thank you thank you.

This place is the best. Every time I come here They take great care of me and my family. They have excellent customer service and they take pride in the work they do. Jason has always taken really good care of us and made sure our cars were fixed properly. Even when the insurance adjuster try to be shady Jason took the time to make sure we got taken care of and our cars got fixed properly.

Took our Dodge Ram 1500 here to get fix after a hit and run. Jason helped us and he's great totally makes you feel like your buddy's. Office is nice and clean. They did an great job on repairing our truck. Jason made sure everything my husband asked about was answered and/or fixed. When we took truck home had a issue returned it turned out a part we replaced prior to accident had trouble. they ran a diagnostic and informed us of issue,we bought cap they replaced it and we left happy will totally use again if needed.

I was rear ended and chose Signature 2 for my repairs....It was a Geico recommended shop and close to home....My car was in Wednesday and back Friday....I have not received such AMAZING customer service in a long time!!!! They got me a rental and kept me posted every step of the way. Extremely professional, from the office to the shop....I would HIGHLY recommend them...But hope I never need them again!!!

Their customer service and professionalism go above and beyond. I would highly recommend. Norma my adjuster kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I live 4 hours away from the shop and Jason came into the office on a Saturday while they were closed to deliver my car just to help us out. They did a great job on my car. I am so thankful for this team and what they did.

I must say they did a pretty fine job. I tend to ask tons of questions... even the same questions over and over to try and understand... But overall, David Scoobe did a great job with my car! Both him and Shauna (office mgr) had the best patience with me and maintained professionalism throughtout my whole experience.Thank you guys for staying under budget and for the most part, on time. I went here after my car had a paint spill. The people are great and very informative. They showed nothing but kindness and answered all questions and called with updates. If we called they made time to get to us and let us know what was going on. They didn't make you feel like an inconvenience or like you were taking time from them.

Great shop with friendly down to earth employees. I come here to avoid driving down the hill to the Volkswagen dealership. They recently helped me with replacing my gas cap which caused my check engine light to come on. Got the part in 1 day, no more light!

Had some hood damage when someone backed it into my 98 Honda Accord on a recent trip. The insurance company for the at-fault driver recommended Signature 2.
Jason was a great guy to work with. His crew replaced the hood and blended the paint around the front of the car so well, it made my previous Maaco job have a reason to go back to Sig2 and have the rest of the car done. The front end looks like new and the rest of the car has a fine "orange peel" to it.
The only flaw in the whole job were two hairline scratches on the front and right corners of the "bumper" area. He mentioned that he didnt notice them during QC and he would fix it....I didn't bother him about any rework - I was too happy about the smoothness of the paint job. Living up in the mountains, that bumper will see enough damage in the upcoming months.

Being an insurance agent and former claims adjuster, I know when a body shop is excellent. This shop is excellent.
It's where I take my own cars, my mother's car, my sister's car...
Also, this is the one shop I send my clients to which speaks volumes as to the level of trust and confidence I have in Signature 2. Ryan, Jason, David and the rest of the folks there do it right, the first time.

Signature 2 Auto is an amazing company who firmly stands behind their work! I took my Dodge Charger to have some paint issues fixed and they did a GREAT job. Most of all Jason is such a great guy to work with! He was always upbeat and very customer focused! You would be a fool to go anywhere else! I will tell everyone I know to take their cars to Signature 2 Auto!!!! David was also very great to work with! The whole crew is so friendly and professional! I was extremely impressed with the quality of service. We were involved in an auto accident during a trip to southern California, and my car was towed to Signature 2, at my insurance carrier's request. I live in northern California, so I was not able to visit the location, but the staff spent a great deal of time on the phone with me and thoroughly explained each step of the way.
