Two days ago I took a used subaru tribeca for diagnostics at this shop before I decided to buy it from a dealer. Scott and his mechanic did a thorough diagnostics - test drove, hook it to computer, and lift it up - explaining to me each step and taking their time. I am very impressed with their professionalism . The diagnostics cost $99, took 45 minutes and it gave me a peace of mind knowing exactly what I am going to get. Scott also runs a local radio weekend show on cars which is cool. They deserves 5 stars for the diagnostics service. Thanks

Very friendly people..Scotty is the man. Good with costumers. I had water pump done. Done in good time. Jason was good mechanic and friendly. This my best shop for my cars mechanical needs ... well worth the money, and enexpensive. Scotty also great radio host of Crusin 1430 Car Doctors on Saturdays from 3 pm to 4 pm . Listen in.

I am so happy I have found an auto place that is honest and fair. I have been going to Scotti for car care for over six years now. IF SOMEONE IS GONNA LEAVE A ONE STAR RATING AT LEAST TELL US WHAT WE DID WRONG ! AND IT IS REALLY BAD WHEN THERE NAME DOESNT EVEN COME UP IN OUR DATA BASE , SO WE NEVER EVEN DID ANY WORK FOR THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. LIKE JOE BAYLON , WE HAVE NEVER EVER DONE ANY WORK FOR YOU AT ALL , NEVER HEARD OF YOU BEFORE THIS ONE STAR REVIEW YOU LEFT US. I called asking for a quote on a brake pad change so i tell scotty or what ever his name is, the vehicle info so he asked me more questions after asking him to repeat something twice he wispers under his breath 'oh my god 'i just hang up he calls back says 'we got disconnected' i said 'no i am taking my money else where to people that professional' before i even finsh the sentence he getting all loud so i just hung up

I am sitting in a spotless waiting room enjoying the energy and verbal exchanges between the owner and his teammates. "Scotty" is kind, soft spoken, humble and knowledgeable. I feel like I am a guest in his home.
I dropped in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on one of the busiest days of the year (The day before the 4th of July weekend). No problem-they will squeeze me in. And they dud. My service experience here has me so excited that I cannot wait to return. I will be insisting my family and friends bring their business to Arvada Auto Tech!

They charged me almost 2k to "fix" my Suburban. When I got it back it was running really rough and even stalled a couple of times. We looked under the hood & they left all kinds of empty part boxes & pieces of paper under the hood of my car. I took my car back to them & they said they didn't know what was wrong but wanted to start by giving it a tune up and throwing other parts ect at my car to the tune of another 2k. SERIOUSLY!!!! My car still isn't running. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to give your money away. No guarantee only give us more money.

These guys were my savior. Autonation wanted to charge me $2000 for a replacement of a flex pipe, catalytic converter etc. Scotty and his crew, got me a flex pipe and weld it on and viola, I spent under $250 and my car does not sound like a Sherman tank any more. Will go back to have my rear shocks replaced.

My one and only mechanic shop from now on...I was getting no where with a shop down the street that peddles false christianity and lies galore. I called Scott, told him my predicament and he got me in that day. I was dismayed to discover that many things the other shop told me were a problem were, in fact, fine or not nec to fix. Now I'm trying to find a car for my oldest daughter after being scammed by a seller back in March, so far they have seen 2 different cars and both of them looked like excellent cars. Sadly, they were not. Scott felt so bad for me that he gave me a break on the cost even though they still did the work of inspecting. Their prices are always fair and they've never tried to make me do unnec fixes. In fact, they've told me not to bother with some things until needed. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!!

If you're female you will get ripped off!!! I was charged a 100 dollar diagnoses fee and a 100 dollar labor fee and my car was only worked on for fifteen minutes in total! On top of that, they accidentally disabled one of my airbags! It was absolutely unbelieveable how bad this place was!
