My check engine light Came on and I called Mazda. I was a week out for them to even look at it, $100 just to see what was wrong. I called a better choice and asked if they could look at it. dropped it off after they closed. I got a call the next morning telling what was wrong, the cost to fix it. The price was not out of line, they fixed the car and I picked it late that next afternoon. Car runs great. I don't know how you could ask more. I was driving a fixed car 5 days before Mazda would have even checked to see what was wrong.

Excellent customer service! Engine light came on, took it down to A Better Choice Automotive, they got right with me on what the issues where and a reasonable quote. Babies back on the road.... Yes!!!

Don't trust these people. They are dishonest. Others have written negative reviews and they just delete them. They charge for work they didn't do and install used substandard parts that won't last. They are thieves.

Best service I ever received......They repaired my transmission for half the cost of aamco gave me a great warranty ...we have had or car at other shops and they said the people that built your transmission did a great job and we would highly recommend a better choice automotive .They do great work at a great price and the turn around time was fast it took 2 days and we where back on the road .. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORK GUYS KEEP IT UP

They have had my car for almost 7 weeks, 3.5 weeks to read the engine codes, 2 days to diagnose a programming issue, 1 day for the manufacture dealership to read the codes (The dealer read the codes and drove it around and said it is definitely a transmission issue and that it could not even be rebuilt it had to be replaced, not a code issue) I have a warranty on the transmission so I took it back to a better choice automotive, after a few days they have come up with another excuse and said it was an electrical issue and they were still troubleshooting, 1 week later same update, 2 days later they said it was a wire harness issue, 1.5 weeks later I am still getting the same answer it is a harness issue not a transmission issue, I am still yet to get a quote or a solution. I have only been called once in the last 3 weeks, I have had to call every time and have almost every two days, they have not returned any of my messages or emails when I try to talk to Jamie directly, all I have been able to talk to in the last 3 weeks are techs. I will update this if anything changes. I will pick up my car next week fixed or not. If it does end up being a transmission issue I will take them to court and file a claim with bbb. I don't want to let other people be taken advantage of like this again, I will not stand idle, I think 2 weeks would have been fair, 7 is obnoxious. especially since they have never reached out to me to give updates or suggest solutions. They have literally done nothing but diagnose if even that in the last 7 weeks.

Recommend it!! I had to get my jetta fixed i needed check engine light off to pass emissions i thought i was in a whole with the car but found this place, called took it in and got it done the same day and the price i think was great! Even fixed other stuff i didnt really ask for so that was a bonus. I ended up passing emissions and plate my car so that was huge! Will be going back soon to get abs light off already got an estimate for it. But so far its a great deal, im honestly glad i found a place that actually knows what they are doing with these models of cars. If you have one you should know the struggle, this place will keep you running
