I was a bit nervous to use this place because I couldn't find much about them online. However, I'm very glad I did.
The owner, Juan Reyes, answered the phone after-hours as I was leaving a voice message, heard me out about my Dodge Charger's awful hard water stains (sustained from years of sprinkler water in Hawaii), and the fine scratches on my windshield and windows from me stupidly scrubbing them too hard with a cleaner.
He quoted me an impressive $100 to remove them and polish it all out. He noticed I was unable to go without my car all the next day, so he told me to bring it in, drop it off that night when I could (if later, just give him a call), and it'll be ready the next afternoon.
He had his guy come pick me up at my motel the next day and bring me to the shop. I saw my car and I was in absolute awe. It looked brand new-- no hard water stains on anything, including the tire rims, and the windshield was clear as hell. He buffed and polished 'everything,' and I mean 'everything," and did so rather carefully. I was very impressed.
He let me know when I dropped it off that the water stains were tougher than most that he had seen, so that it'll probably be a bit more. And to be fair, he was right. So although he knew he had quoted me a hundred, he asked for $150, but it seemed fair and a bit negotiable. The guy did such an amazing job that I easily agreed to $120 + a $20 tip.
Would have been 5 stars, but you can tell that he is still moving into the location (which is actually a second wing to his original shop further back in the complex). So, he didnt accept cards, but politely agreed to let me go and get cash. Lost one star for lack of professionalization, but the services themselves were stellar, honest, and affordable.
I might go back to have the inside detailed when I can afford it. They offer quite a wide range of services, and they speak fluent Spanish for those that would find that helpful.
