I have been doing business with this company for 25+ years and all I can say is: GREAT! No issues whatsoever. If ever a problem did occur, it was quickly resolved and fair for both sides. They are very professional and courteous, understand the customer's needs, have competitive pricing and really do go the extra mile with no "upselling". Their diagnosis' are thorough and they recommend what needs to be done, but the ultimate choice is yours! Great customer service, great technicians and just a wonderful place to do business. I have been a customer at JW Auto Care for 10 years. And I, literally, drive 10 miles one way to have our cars serviced there. The owner, Johnny, has always treated me with utmost respect. And Johnny holds high standards for all of his employees, that they, too, treat all customers superbly. I needed to go to the dealership to have something repaired that was under warranty. Johnny reminded me that the dealership might suggest unnecessary repairs. He advised me to bring the repair list to him. At that time, he pointed out that some repairs really did not need to be done. He had every opportunity to go ahead and say, "yes you should have this serviced." I would've had two mechanics telling me I needed something. And therefore would've been more likely to believe that the work needed to be done. But Johnny is always honest with me. This shop is clean and organized. And everyone is hard-working. You are welcome to wait for your car where you can notice how well employees are treated and how well they get along. When I am there for regular service, they are nice enough to take me to a local restaurant where I can wait with my laptop and grab a bite. When I am ready to leave, I am given a comprehensive list of all items looked at, Items that received attention, and items of concern that might need attention in the near future. I would highly recommend JW auto Care for all your automotive needs.

I recently had my car repaired and serviced at J & W Auto. The superior customer service exceeded my expectation. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my schedule made it a pleasant experience for me. When my car was returned to me, not only was it repaired, but I found it in cleaner condition, with a flower sitting on my passenger seat as an added surprise. I would absolutely refer this auto repair shop. They definitely go "above and beyond".

No complaints. Called when they opened, got in 20 minutes later, Jeep was fixed by mid afternoon. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in detail.

My first experience with JW was out of desperation. My car did something crazy and I was scared and they were near my work. They fit me in same day. Although they couldn't find the problem, they provided me with information on what it could be (and didn't speak down to me or make me feel stupid to be a woman) and checked my car's fluids and brakes. I went to pick up my car and was not charged at all!
My car did the crazy thing again 3 days later (they warned me it would likely happen again, told me how to temporarily fix it so I could drive, and said that hopefully the computer would catch it the next time so they could fix the problem). I called today and they fit me in AGAIN same day, did some research of their own about the problem, explained what it is and how much it will cost, and then sat on hold for 30+ minutes with my extended warranty company to get the work covered. My car was fixed SAME DAY.
I moved to Arizona four years ago and until the other day hadn't found a competent, capable, caring auto place like I used to have back home.
I HIGHLY recommend JW to everyone.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Jim Winter Auto Care for all of their help with my Chevy Equinox.
Being a woman going to any garage I always wondered if the auto specialist was just telling me that specific things were wrong with my vehicle to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge but not at Jim Winter Auto Care!!
Johnny at Jim Winter Auto runs a clean, professional and honest shop. Since this is one of the few areas that I lack knowledge in to debate a repair man regarding the repairs being made I was very cautious but Johnny took the time to explain all the details to me and answered all of the questions that I had.
Just like everyone else, my car is my life and I must make sure that it maintains it's reliability. When I picked up my car from Johnny at Jim Winter Auto Care everything that was wrong was fixed and my vehicle was in excellent condition. On top of making sure that all issues are resolved I love the personal touch that they give which is absolutely amazing. When I picked up my Chevy was ready with the keys in the door and there was a purple carnation on the front seat waiting for me. I have never had a auto repair shop do this for me before so it stands out in my mind and I left smiling.
I highly recommend that anyone take their vehicle to be repaired at Jim Winter Auto care. You won't be disappointed!!

I first took my Civic to the Honda dealership when it needed service. After receiving one of the most laughable quotes I've ever seen (I know dealerships are bad, but this was worse than gouging), I drove it off the lot and took it over to Jim Winter.
Besides fixing the problem that caused the car to need service in the first place, they also took the time to check over everything that the dealership had quoted. Surprise, almost none of it was necessary. They promptly completed the services it did need and charged a fair price.
Clean office, nice garages, very friendly staff. When I got in my car, they had vacuumed my mats and left a flower on my passenger seat with a thank you card!
This level of service is seldom found in this day and age. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Finding an honest and trusted auto shop is like finding your long term hair stylist; it's not an easy process but when you find them it's the best. Thier entire team made the dreaded car repair experience painless with their outstanding customer service. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and kind. They were honest about the work that they had done and they didn't try and push any unnecessary work to be added. I will recommend Jim Winter Auto Care to everyone I know because this is the place to go for an honest repair and for the most outstanding customer service out there! Best auto repair shop experience I have ever had. I am usually really intimidated by taking my car to a repair shop but not here! I feel 100 percent comfortable with these guys. I have taken my car and my son has taken his car as well for service. Each time they do like a 40 point check on your vehicle. They do not call you and say that you need to purchase unnecessary things and try to upset you. I know if they tell me something is wrong it's really wrong. I appreciate this so much. And every time I take my car in they ask me if I need a ride and there is always a fresh flower waiting for me in my car. They are the best!

Fantastic place! I recently got rear-ended, and my boyfriend recommended Jim Winter to me. Everyone there from the receptionist to the mechanics were incredibly friendly and helpful. The estimate for my car was almost $700 to replace my bumper. Prior to doing so, they called me and said that they'd cleaned it up and, if I didn't care about the small crack in it, I could just pay $100 for the clean-up. My car is 11 years old, so I wasn't concerned with perfection. So, I ended up making money off of being rear-ended! I was so impressed because I feel that most places would have gone ahead with whatever work they'd make more money off of. I will definitely continue giving them my business!

After taking my 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV to a local Cadillac dealership and getting ripped off, I took it to Johnny over at Jim Winter Auto Care to take a look at all the "Recommended Services" (over $1000 worth) for a second opinion. Not only did they give me an honest answer about what really needed to be done (most of it did not) they found a few things the Cadillac Dealership missed and gave me a much better price on the work that did need to be done. Good, honest work at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that!!!

The reason Jim Winter Auto Care does not have many reviews on Yelp is because most of them are on another review website and they are all stellar reviews, just like mine.. After doing research and asking a native to recommend a good Honda mechanic I decided to give J W Auto a try. I could not be more pleased, they incorporated excellent customer service with excellent mechanical service. They explained everything to me clearly, located the issues, addressed them and charged fairly. I get the feeling that this is a family business with deep roots in the community and I always enjoy supporting a small business over a large corporation. Five Stars!

Took my car in for a repair a few years ago. This time I needed some major work done and seemed to remember a great, honest experience from years ago, so I figured I would try them again.
