Eric's Wrench is the most trustworthy place to bring your car. They specialize in Lexus and Toyota and are the most skillful and honest group of guys I have ever brought my car to. I have been going there for years, my friends and family also go there.

Eric's Wrench is an amazing Toyota mechanic. Eric and his crew took their time to diagnose my 4runner. While I waited they made sure I was comfortable and Eric himself kept updating me what they were doing. I recommend Eric's Wrench for any Toyota/Lexus work you may need. I was recommended to Eric and made him my new mechanic. Im no longer going to the Toyota dealership for repairs.

I liked the owner the first Time i talked to him a real straight up guy Seems real honest. They worked on my 92 Mazda MiataThey did exactly what I asked them to do a quick and efficient did not try to charge me any other charges was very reasonable I highly recommend Eric's wrench

I had a Toyota dealer diagnose that my Camry needed a new rack & pinion for like 1,200.00. I never trusted dealers & was pretty sure they were trying to rip me off. I found Eric surfing the net & brought it to him for a 2nd opinion. His diagnosis, a valve cover gasket 150.00. I have been coming here about 7 years now & have purchased a great car from him too. I would not let anyone else touch my cars. He is honest & knows his stuff.

Eric's wrench is the best and most helpful mechanic I have ever used. He fixed my SUV another shop screwed up on and wouldn't admit to fault. I should have used Eric's shop the first time instead of trying to save $10. I also came back for another repair a few months later, which Eric took care of fast and fair. He even gave me a loaner car for the afternoon free of charge. When was the last time a mechanic shop did that? I have never had that happen to me before. While I waited, I talked to a number of long time customers of the business and they all had good things to say about the business. You could tell this place keeps customers happy and they keep on coming back. I would recommend this shop to any Toyota and Lexus owners.

Ok, wow, these guys are great. While I haven't used Eric's specifically myself as I live in Chicago, my in-laws have their car serviced there. They have done a great job in keeping my in-laws older cars running in top condition in a safe and reliable manor. I called Eric's to get information about one of my in-laws cars as the car is going to be sold to a different family member. Eric's clearly provided my in-laws great service, did the required maintenance and repairs, and not a lot of extra stuff. Besides not hesitating for a second to use them if I was in Florida...I'm trying to figure out how I can get my cars in Chicago serviced there!

I found Eric's shop via yelp! after my wife received a quote for a number of items that the Toyota service department said she must have done, at a tariff of almost $3,000. Considering the minimal use my wife's car gets and some of the recommended repairs I turned to yelp to find an independent auto shop to review their findings.
I arrived for my appointment and Eric's team went to work reviewing my wife's Camry and the items of the car that "needed" to be repaired. 45 minutes later the mechanic comes out and informs me that the vehicle is in immaculate condition, not a thing is wrong or any of the "needed" repairs are remotely needed. I thank the gentlemen and pull out my wallet to pay and he informs me there would be no cost. Wow! I've never had that happen at a service shop before.
I committed to him I would be bringing our vehicles here for the next service required going forward. Honest, professional and kind. I'm due for a major service on my Lexus and intend on giving them my business. After that service I will update again.

Super friendly, knew exactly who I was before getting out of my car. Eric gave me a warm welcome and told me he would have my car done in a timely manner. His waiting office has wifi which is a plus if you plan to hang out for a little while. Garage seems very clean and trustworthy, would recommend to a friend !

They saw me at the appointment time and completed the oil change and tire repair by the time stated. They complemented me on the diligence of maintaining my vehicle and since I use 100 percent synthetic oil, they agreed I could go 7000 plus miles before the next oil change. I always have concerns about being taken advantage of concerning vehicle repairs. Eric's didn't give me this impression at all. We discussed next maintenance repair at 90,000 miles, which puts me at 8,000 miles on this oil change. Sweet!!

I've been going to Eric's Wrench since I found out that my last mechanic was a con artist/liar/all-around bad person, who costed me $3,000 to repair my RAV4. A friend of a friend, Eric was referred to me as honest, upfront and good with Japanese makes. Years later, I've referred my ex-husband, sons and friends to Eric because he does a great job of keeping my car running, safe and in great condition.
He's literally saved me $2,000 when an warrantied transmission malfunction had him taking my car to the Toyota dealership. He looked up the warranty online, printed out all of the necessary paperwork and handed it to me with my receipt. I was reimbursed by Toyota a month later. He's also found my son two great used cars. His shop is clean; his technicians are friendly; and his wife is brutally honest when it comes time to pay. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. Period.

Eric is one of the best mechanics in the area. He has saved me thousands of dollars. He's honest and fair and respects that I need to keep my car running for a few more years. The Lexus Dealer in Pompano told me I needed a new power steering pump and hoses for an estimate of over $2,300 plus they charged me $125.00 to just look at the car. I brought it to Eric and he said I only needed the hose but it was expensive, $400, saving me $1,900. Today he put me back on the road again saving me money knowing I need to keep the car running without putting too much money into it. I think he's great and always helpful. I hope my next car is a Japanese car so I can keep going to Eric.

I was referred to Eric after I took my 2000 Tundra to a dealership in Delray who quoted me nearly 5,000 dollars worth of work for a small drive-shaft vibration. The dealership in question claimed that my entire drive shaft and rear differential needed to be replaced.
I took my truck to Eric, who diagnosed my truck free of charge. He determined that my rear differential was fine. In addition, my drive shaft was fine and only a small part needed to be replaced. He was able to fix the vibration (replace rear drive shaft center bearing) for a tiny fraction of the quote from the dealership. Eric saved me over 4,000 dollars.
I will be going back to Eric for all my service needs in the future!

After reading Eric's reviews I had to call him for my broken AC. I drive an old Avalon and don't want to put much money into it but hey, AC is not a luxury here. Eric diagnosed the probable problem over the phone and gave me a price quote of around $1,100. to replace my AC compressor. I told him I was thinking about replacing it myself due to the cost and he actually told me what to watch out for and offered to recover the freon from the system and then put it back in once I was done - FOR $70. ! I won't even think about going to the dealerships now - Eric is an honest mechanic and that is a rare find.

Eric's Wrench is an independent service and repair shop that specializes in Lexus cars. Eric and several of his techs used to work at Lexus of Margate, and you can tell that the really know their Lexus cars.
This shop is great because they are very good value, you get someone who knows Lexus well, and they are really providing high quality and attentive service. They are very nice guys.
I went there because I wanted to do some after-market upgrades that I don't like the dealer to know about. I had Eric install some Xenon fog lamps and also some LED lights to replace the halogen parking lights. Eric gave me a very reasonable quote, it took him longer to finish the job but he honored his original quote.
I was struck by several things
1) good value and very fair pricing
2) the shop is really clean. One of the cleanest mechanic shops I have seen.
3) they let you onto the floor to inspect the work before the take the car of the lift. This openness shows how seriously they take quality.
I think this is an A+ operation and a value alternative to servicing your car at the Lexus dealer, or (as in my case) for your after market upgrade work.

I've taken my car to some Lexus dealers and just don't get the quality of service I get from Eric. The dealer offers coffee, pastries, a gym, teeth whitening, massages, mani/pedis, cheesy resort wear etc but can't even fix my car correctly. Eric bypasses all that junk and gives honest service at an honest price.
His shop is small and clean and very personable. It's nice to be able to actually talk to the tech that's working on my car, just like if I go to the doctor. He's diagnosed problems with my car that the dealer couldn't, and saved me money.
Here in South Florida it's a constant struggle to find honest service and to avoid getting ripped off, or even worse, paying for someone to actually screw your car up even worse. I drive 40 minutes to get to Eric's, and it's well worth it for the confidence of knowing my car will be serviced right.
