This is my first yelp review.
The experience with Borker is awesome.
As a customer, I was treated very well through the whole process.
My Audi A4 got some strange noise which other car fix places cannot resolve. But they recommended Vito to me and I got my car fixed in this place.
Vito and his team spent a whole day on diagnostic and fixing. But finally I was charged with a very reasonable price (actually much lower than my estimation). Very honest business!
5 stars with no doubt! Thanks Vito!

Called in two days ago and the guy on the phone took my info down, as well as when I'd expect to come in to the shop. Cool, it sounded like I had an appointment (even if an informally scheduled one).
Next day, my car battery dies and I wanted to let these guys know not to expect me. The guy on the other end seemed confused as to why I was calling, then he started talking to me with this horrifically condescending tone, asking me why I was calling them when they don't offer jump services (which I knew, but he clearly wasn't listening to my explanation of calling them). Never let up his rude behavior through the rest of the call.
I'm sure the others at the place are great and the service is wonderful, but some of them need to work on their customer service skills. The fact that I'm reluctant to go there on my own without a male is NOT okay. Avoiding this place as long as I can help it.

After returning to Borker Mr.Vito spoke to me and fixed the problems.. He went out of his way and I am more them satisfied. Truck runs like new and hopefully no more problems with my truck . thank you Vito and borker transmission job well done
