Today, at "Royal Motors North" aka: "RM" I immediately found the Owners, Robbie & Lisa, and EACH employee I met, (Eli & Andy), to ALL be: "VERY Professional, Highly Courteous, and, from my 1st contact, Sincerely Likable! A culture of "Willingness to Truly HELP Customers" is so obvious!!! Me, being too new to the area to even THINK about finding a NEW machanic, siddenly needed one immediate, like today! WHY? Because my E320 Power Steering Presure Hose suddenly began to spray ALL my PS fluid everywhere, at the worst time: On the day before my Son's "Angeliic", "1st Girlfriend's" HS Graduation... 250 miles away! RM, did NOT disappoint! I expected to be the 1st (and only) person giving a deserved 5 stars (with DESERVED positive comments)... but ALL their reviews were 5 Stars, with an occational 4. 4.9 prior to my 5 star entry! This Auto Repair Shop ROCKS! I've 8HAPPILY composed this, my first Google review, from scratch. I say HAPPILY because I'm smiling in spite of my clunky phone, LOL... I could easily say more great thing about RM (for example: Great, "like new" hard cover books, like "Cars of the 1960" published recently, featuring all those great USA 1960s. Cars from GM, Ford, Chrysler, AMC, & Studebaker. & more! PLUS, Their "Waiting Area" has confortable, COLD AC, loaner cars if available, etc, etc.. Im just an ordinary 1st time customer who struck GOLD when I needed IMMEDIATE, Reliable & Honest service for my MB E320. I just had to infom others that a GREAT, 5 STAR EARNING AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS, does exist! YOU need look no further for the REAL DEAL. RM is truly worthy of earning & keeping You & Me happy owning our exceptionally fine autos. The "ROYAL MOTORS NORTH" Owners and Employees ALL worked as a team to satisfy Me. Hope this helps YOU & Others find an OUTSTANDING place that's BOTH Reliable &, Honest... They COULD have replaced pumps, etc, to make a "QUICK NICKLE"... Instead, they noticibly go for the "SLOW DIME" instead. I'm glad i choose ROYAL MOTORS NORTH. I sincerly think you will too! Mike E320 MBenz

Our BMW 528i's battery died and had to be reprogrammed! We called Robbie and he said he could fix it, even gave us a number to a good tow truck company (Cool Runnings)! After only about 3 hours later it was reprogrammed and ready to go! He didn't charge us an arm and leg like the BMW dealership would have! This is the second car we have brought to fix here and have been satisfied customers both times. I will definitely return here again if need be. Thanks guys!

Robbie and his team are the best! He did wonders with my Aston Martin DB7 in getting several items working well including chasing down an elusive short in the courtesy lighting. I have an older 1999 500 sl Mercedes. Robbie was very familiar with my top problem (leaking hydraulics) and gave very good advice on completing the repairs. Far more reasonable compared to a registered dealer and from what I was able to determine more thorough and with less possibilities of further service. I will take my car to him for any future repair issues as well!!! Jim Williams

I put my gl mercedes in to Royal Motors and their attention and care for the car was really royal. Robbie is a gentleman who knows his stuff. I would highly recommend them.
