Wonderful Experience!!

I recommend Carmona’s to all of my friends and family. The repair was great and the staff is wonderful. I called them for help and I didn’t have to do anything, they took care of my needs from start to end, they even set up my rental car. It was absolutely great to be as ease!! I will return to Carmona’s with any future needs.

Carmona's Collision repair has been a gift to me and my family. I got bumped by a bus on the freeway, dented my driver's door in, and the insurance company said my car was totaled. Their customer service left me with a dirty taste in my mouth and the body work and paint done looked like my high school mechanics class did the work. That being said they seem to have mostly good reviews so maybe I just took my car in at the wrong time. I personally would not recommend them.

My 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid was involved in a traffic accident in Tucson, AZ . I was hit on the drivers side by a person turning left while I was in the intersection. This resulted in both the left side doors being extensively damaged. I returned to California and immediately went to Carmona's for restoration. Rudy's employees inspected the damage and completed an estimate to make necessary repairs. My insurance company was notified and approved their evaluation. When the work was completed, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was no signs of the damage. The work was very professional, the two new doors close tightly and there is no noise while driving. Their expertise is second to none. I highly acknowledge the quality of work performed. The obvious integrity and professionalism surpasses what you might find in other repair shops.

I was honestly hesitant to leave this review because the more positive reviews this place gets.. the busier they might become and their service might suffer.
This place is exactly what you want from a repair shop if you want the job done well. They are not the ones to just fix your car fast and collect insurance money. They take their time to make sure the job is done right. My car had significant damage and the end result is immaculate.
They were good at communicating and were extremely honest in the way they do their business.

These guys were able to pop my bumper back in after a drive-thru car wash snapped it out of place. A quick fix where another place my have tried to sell me a new bumper. Whew!
Also, they did it in less then ten minutes, right when they were about to close.
Also, they didn't charge me.
Very fair! I'm a crappy driver, so I'm sure I'll be back...

Look no further!
Typically I'm very skeptical when it comes to auto work from a few bad experiences I had in the past. Prior to going to Carmonas I had a few estimates from local and outside body shops but never felt confident moving forward. The vibe with other salesman just didn't seem right. I seen the great reviews for Carmonas and decided to give it a shot and stop by. Day 1 I met Sergio and he was very informative and straight forward. I didn't get that," I'm going to screw you over vibe" if you know what I mean. Sergio told me they would need 3 days tops to complete the work.
3 days later my keys were in my hand. Job well done, superior service, and didn't break the bank. Thank you Sergio and Carmonas staff for setting the example of quality work, sales integrity, and follow thru in a timely fashion.

One of the nicest, most professional staff I've worked with!
Came by here because my rear right side had a pretty big dent from a minor incident not too long ago. I personally had no knowledge of how insurance works when it comes to accidents, but Sergio helped me a lot and was really informative and honest in answering all the questions I had.
Since day one, Sergio has been so helpful and all of their office staff were very friendly.
He took a look at the car and noticed that I had another major scratch and a few other minor ones, and said he would take care of those for me also.
They've made this chaotic event so easy and smooth, making sure I didn't have anything to worry about and it only took 5 days to repair everything (just like he promised).
Once it was ready, I went to go pick up my car and it LITERALLY looked like a BRAND-NEW car. I was completely satisfied with the finished job (and I'm usually a very picky type).
Even to the end, Sergio showed excellent customer service by picking me up from Enterprise when I went to go return my rental, which was honestly walking distance.
For sure, Carmona's has their customers' best interest in mind.
Hopefully, I won't have to have a reason to get my car fixed in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely be coming back here again!

We stumbled upon Carmona's Collision Repair because of an emergency. My little cousin was about to take her license test, but her brake light burned out and out of desperation, we found the closest place with high reviews on Yelp. We were in an out within 5 minutes but we received the BEST service ever from Gilbert and the mechanics. We both were amazed at the level of kindness and hospitality. I 100% recommend!!!

Honestly these people are amazing. My bumper was nearly going to fall off and needed some place close and I needed the price to be reasonable.
That's exactly what I got. Great customer service and great work. Rudy genuinely did not want me spending more money than I had to. He could have easily told me I needed my bumper completely replaced but instead he just made it work and I didn't need any extra parts.

Overdue review, but we needed to give this place it's well earned 5 stars!
So, long story short, a few months ago, my car was hit by a truck on the driver's side. After dealing with filing claims through insurance, and the other party accepting fault, the next part was to find a repair shop that will fix my car back to its' original condition. This is a hard feat because my husband hates repair shops, and I was sad my car would not look good anymore. He does his research, and we decided to take our car to Carmona's for repairs.
Sergio assisted us from beginning to end, and we definitely appreciated his honest and thorough communication regarding the insurance process, the updates on the repairs, and the fact that he was going to fix the car the way my husband preferred. For example, instead of trying to hammer out the fender (like the insurance adjuster suggested), which could potentially add unwanted bondo into the sheet metal, he suggested that the insurance pay for a new fender. This was my husband's thought of the best option prior to meeting with Sergio, so I'm glad Sergio suggested this, because my husband is picky!
Thank you Sergio and rest of Carmona's staff for repairing my car back to its' original condition, as well as the excellent customer service!

Read through the reviews and suggested my wife bring her car to Carmona's to get an estimate on repairing a dent (encoding the metal). She told me that a very nice man there by the name of Sergio was able to help her out. Apparently he determined that due to the location of the dent, it would cost several hundred dollars to repair which was my expectation. However the surprise turns out that Sergio proceeded to help my wife by sanding the dented area, painting it and applying a chemical of some sort to prevent any rust from occurring. He spent some 30-45 mins and did not charge my wife. She was shocked and so was I when she told me. The dent wasn't completely repaired but was given preventative measures from it getting worse.
To Sergio and Carmona's, my thanks for helping my wife out. This was completely unexpected and in addition to providing her top notch service as well.
I would definitely be coming back here to have Carmona's fix any dents. Highly recommend!!!

RAVE REVIEW! :) I live in Santa Ana and had a claim with my apartment complex for the gate shutting on my car and leaving a scratch and dent. I was in the area when looking for quotes and Carmona's popped up immediately. I went in, got a quote. Took about 10 minutes. LUCKILY my complex chose Carmona's quote since it was significantly less than the other one I received.
When I brought my car in, the owner explained everything to me and just made it so easy! They have a contract with Hertz, so they picked me up, dropped me off, and I received a discount on the rental during the time they were working on my car. Not only did they do a phenomenal job on the original damage I brought it in for, they also touched up some other scratches my car had gotten from a previous accident AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! It feels like my car is new again!
Even if they are a bit of a drive, they are well worth it! Absolute recommendations.

The service here was fantastic and the repairs were completed within the amount of time I was quoted.
I was very impressed by Sergio's professionalism and knowledge. He was able to get an adjusted quote for my car to complete the repairs after the insurance tried to short me! I had a really good experience working with the team at Carmona's. I brought my car in with damage to the rear bumper. They took care of working with the insurance company directly and saved me the headache I had been having trying to work with them myself. They did a good job pointing out all the actual damage that the insurance company estimator ignored or didn't see. They definitely took their time explaining the details of the whole process and gave me my options and were good to work with the whole time. I was satisfied enough that I even brought in my second car for a minor repair and paid out of pocket (for a good fair price) and I was happy with that work too.

Family run shop that is honest, and went above and beyond. Upon having to leave our car there and be without a vehicle, they offered to pay for a rental car for a week! Incredibly generous! He said how long it would take to fix the car, and it was exactly that long. When I got my car back, it looked brand new, he even fixed things that I didn't even know we're broken. If you're reading this, please come here. Carmonas helped me out from the start. I called if they can help me out with my car. I was in a car accident and my insurance suggested I find a body shop. I quickly go on Yelp. I decided to give them a call since they had great reviews and it wasn't far from my house. I first spoke to Sergio and he was very helpful, honest and professional. We scheduled a day I would have my come in to give me an estimate for my car. I came in and Rudy (the Owner) actually helped me out. Customer Service is great. They explained everything to me detail by detail. My car ended up being a loss and they were both very honest with me and helped guiding me in which was the best offer for me. The people that run and work at this place are good, honest, fair people, who take pride in their work and business.
I took my car in for some trunk door spring repairs. The repairs did take longer than expected, and during the course of the repair they realised the repair was more extensive than anticipated and was going to cost me more. Sergio called me to check that I was ok with the extra cost ($200 more than quoted) was very apologetic about and explained clearly the reasons for it.
When I picked up my car and settled the final bill, Sergio apologised again for the extra time and extra/unexpected costs, saying that he'd take $80 off the bill. I didn't expect this gesture at all, so I appreciated it.
This is a family business that takes pride in quality of work and customer service.

I got into a car accident and my car sat around for about 3 months having nothing done to it because Mercury insurance was being very difficult. My attorney found this repair company, Carmona's collision repair. Right when we gave them a call and told them what happened they instantly gave us an estimate and had if fixed before two weeks. Not only did my car look amazing and drove great after they fixed it so quick, they helped us out a lot and worked with my mom due to money issues in my family. A month ago I called and made an appointment here as my car door lock was not working, however, was not able to make it. I showed up exactly 1 week later, and they were able to fix my car. They told me there is a part that I would need, as it seems like a part had come loose and they were not able to find. They told me they will keep at it and finally found the small part lodged inside my car door and they fixed it right there. Took a few hours, but they were able to get me out of there with only about 1/3 the price they quoted me because they were able to find the missing part.
Needless to say I was very happy!
They are fairly busy, I highly recommend making an appointment (and keeping it)

"To cut to the chase"
I wouldn't come here if I wanted a flawless body job. But hey did quote a lower price.
Pros: Repair instead of replacement of bumper and fender was cheaper. Lifetime warranty with the shop as long as they're still in business. Took them 3 days which was faster than the time they estimated.
Cons: Under certain lighting could see that little parts of the sides of bumper and fender where they align with another is not fully painted. The verbal estimate given initially didn't match what another employee claimed. My chemical guys all purpose spray bottle that was close to new was left in the trunk when dropped off. When car was returned it was opened and all of the solution was spilled in my trunk.
To tell the whole story...
I have a Audi A5 2010. Had the front drivers side bumper and fender scratched. Carmonas prices were lower than other shops as they decided to repair the bumper and fender instead of replacing it. Tony was the one to greet me and gave me 2 estimates. One to fix the front scratch and the other to paint all around the car because there were other small dents and scratches I was thinking about fixing. He gave me out of pocket estimates.
After having dropped the car off at the shop the next day at Carmona's. I waited a week for the insurance adjuster to check the car and come up with their estimates. After hearing the estimate from the adjuster, I decided to fix just the front scratch of where the accident occurred and told Sergio that I decided to fix just the front.
A problem arises here as the out of pocket expense Sergio told me for the front was $150 higher than the estimate that Tony had given me. Sergio told me he was following policies and after about a 10min discussion over the phone told me Tony would call me back.
Tony called me back in about 3hours and denied that he gave me such a low out of pocket cost. He told me I had misunderstood and he had never said such numbers but I told him I wrote down all the costs he told me and after comparing it to different shops I decided with carmonas. After another 20min over the phone discussion he said they pride on meeting the needs of the customers and so he will make an exception and meet that number just this time.
Anyways after only 3days of the car having been started with the repair I got a phone call from Sergio telling me that the car was done and ready to be picked up. He estimated 5days but it was done before that and I definitely appreciate that part. I liked the initial repair job results too. Will have to see how the paint will age.
However, when I got home and popped the trunk I found out that my all purpose spray had been opened and spilled all over my trunk. Now my car smells good but there's foam all over the trunk creating a mess. Still don't understand why this happened as there's no reason for them to go through my trunk.
Also, after looking closely really small portions of the bumper and fender show signs of the damage and no proper paint work when exposed to light. If it gets on my nerves forevermore maybe I will go back and ask what could be done.

Carmona's saved my 25 year old Nissan D21 pickup...They used there Swedish auto frame straightening machine to save my vehicle that my Dad helped me buy when I was 16yrs. old- He passed away when I was 18.... (I am now 41)
Carmona's understood my needs and made sure they could take care of the situation and make the vehicle safe so I could pass this vehicle down to his grandkids......Carmona's Rocks!!!

I brought my Corolla into Carmona's to have the bumper fixed after I was in a fender bender and rear ended on the street. The guy who was at fault agreed to settle this with out contacting our insurance companies. As I brought the car in, I was quickly greeted with friendly associates. They quoted the damages at about a fair price of $1,000 but since my dad was a former customer they dropped the price down to $975 and the guy at fault agreed to pay it on the spot. Sergio helped me get a car rental for the 2 days that it was going to take for them to repair my bumper. Hertz car rental employee picked me up and drove me down the street to their office and was able to get me a car rental and it was FREE! 2 days later I picked up my car and it looked amazing! The employees went above and beyond my expectations by fully cleaning my car exterior and interior. They also buffed out my headlights! The bumper looks amazing and is covered by a life time warranty from their shop. Dont forget to check in and write a yelp review because they deserve the recognition for the service they provide!

I had a small fender bender recently on my company vehicle and I called my fleet company to get a recommendation on where to go. They listed a few places near where I lived including the local Ford Dealership but after reading reviews I was not satisfied. I did research on yelp and came across Carmona's Collision Repair. I got the authorization to take my vehicle there.
In about 5 minutes of walking in, I was taken care of and walked out with a quote. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. It is not often you find an auto shop where the staff genuinely enjoys being there, and they all had smiles on their faces. They even offered to arrange a rental car for me from Enterprise but I did not need one. The individual handling my repair was Sergio, he was extremely professional and listened to all my questions, answering them thoroughly.
They worked with my schedule for drop off when I was going out of town for 5 days on a business trip. Dropped it off Monday before my flight and I picked it up on Saturday the day after I returned. The vehicle looks great and they even cleaned up some minor scratches on the vehicle that were close to the damaged area. They washed, vacuumed and put tire shine on my wheels.
I would recommend them to anyone and I will bring my vehicle back there should the need arise.

I am grateful to the help of Carmona's and in particular, Rudy and Sergio. Sergio went over the needs of my car, how this would be done, and how much it would cost. I was initially upset because of the great damage to my car. I wanted to do the best thing for my car in the most ethical way possible. I went to other shops for quotes who offered deals at a much lower cost with a great lack of integrity and transparency. I didn't want short cuts done on the work for my car. Confounded by this, I went back to Carmona's and caught them right after they had closed for the day. Rudy was there and took his time to talk with me about the services my car would need and again explained how it worked. Inevitably, my car was in need of care that was costly. I understood that despite the cost, this was a place with integrity in character and in work.This was a place that could stand by their work in an ethical manner, and do a good job with my car. Carmona's helped with every part of the process. They dealt with insurance. They fixed my car beautifully and correctly, while showing pride and care for their work. It is important to find a place that is not about cutting corners, but about doing what is right and doing a good job, while taking care of people and their assets. I will first start of I am a new customer of Carmona's and that I have over 15 years in the auto body and auto repair business, so I do have a full understanding on what it takes to tear down, paint and put a car back together. I am also a full blown nit picker when it comes to my cars.
Secondly, the staff at Carmona's could not be nicer, professional and I felt pretty honest. I appreciated the fact that they had a long running history in Fullerton. I think that means a lot these days.
I give them 5 stars for professionalism
I dropped my car off on a Monday and was in no rush for them to repair my Mercedes. It was rear ended, not hard, but hard enough...I was supposed to pick it up on Saturday morning after 10. I received a call from Sergio around 9 informing me that his detailer called out and I had two options. Wait till Monday when the car could be detailed or he could blow the dirt off the car and I could get it that morning. First off...little shocked at any shop wanting to release a car that was not fully detailed. Second, just blow the dirt off? I don't know...little odd...but okay....(nit picking)
Picked up the car on Monday. The work done looked fantastic. The car however, looked like it had been blown off. It was indeed...filthy. The back looked great, tires had slurp on them and the rims looked good but the rest of the car looked like it had been sitting at a body shop for a week. It had been washed but looked rushed and with no great care. Granted, I had washed the car prior to dropping it off.
Upon further inspection at home, the stainless trim piece was misaligned. I loosened and put it where it should and tightened. Also, there was a ton of wax or something chunky in all the cracks between the trim and the bumper....I could just not let a car leave looking like it did and be proud of it. And I know I am nit picking. I just expect a car to look really really good when it leaves a body shop.
So...Here is the low down.
1. Very professional people there -- 5 stars
2. Repair work was good -- 5 stars
3. Finish work was meh -- 3 stars
4. Overall delivery of the vehicle --3 stars
I will rate as 4 stars but should be more like 3.5 to be honest.

About a month ago, I was involved in a collision. I was upset to say the least, being that the other driver was completely at fault (thankfully no one was hurt). This was my first major accident and I did not look forward to the insurance process.
I decided to pick my own body shop as the other shops recommended by my insurance had iffy reviews. I found Carmona's based on the positive reviews and decided to give them a shot.
The shop itself was unassuming and I almost decided to take my car to a larger shop based on outward appearance. However, since my first call to the shop, Sergio had been answering my questions promptly and clearly, and he seemed intent on providing good service. He asked me to give him a chance and I did.
From the day I left my car at the shop, Sergio maintained constant communications with me regarding the status of repairs as well as insurance related details - I actually never contacted him for updates since he was so consistent on reaching out to me. The repairs were completely prior to the estimated timeframe and I had myself a brand new looking car.
As far as I can tell at this point, the repairs seem on point. Unless you knew I was in an accident, you would not be able to tell that anything happened to the car. My only long term concern is if there are any mechanical damages from the accident, but there has been no indication of that and Sergio stated that the appropriate tests were conducted to ensure quality of performance.
I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Carmona's!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a body shop! The quality of work was impeccable! ... The customer service was (A+) ... I am beyond impressed by the treatment my baby and I received ... Keep in mind I am a "car guy" I love to modify ... I love to save money ... I love the highest quality work with out burning a hole in my pocket ... Now let me start my story.
I was hit by a drunk driver late Saturday night, my insurance got my car towed to one of their local body shops... This shop was my preference bc they have done previous work on my 350z... And I was satisfied. Well my car was at that shop until the following Thursday, in less than a week I was uncomfortable with my baby at that shop... I felt they were just after the money of insurance and didn't even keep me involved in the process ... Just got bad vibes ... I didn't like it. Luckily Coach Cam of CRS Sports & Fitness Academy referred me to his fathers body shop... Immediately I felt comfort ... I thought the Apple shouldn't fall far from the tree right? Boy was I right !!! Rudy took over and helped me not only get me get my car back on the road. Even with ALL the obstacles the insurance threw our way Sergio took care of it and I didn't have to do anything! Lol ... I received the same high quality customer service, care, and most important quality! I receive with Coach Cam... It feels good when you don't feel like a customer ... I just got back my 2009 Nissan Altima today from Carmona's and it looks Great! The damage cost over $6k but the insurance covered it all. Sergio had the honor dealing with them after signing some paper work. It was hassle free and the quality of work looks great. I was skeptical at first that this place had a perfect review but they really have earned it and kept it. They also guarantee a warranty for their work which gave me a peace of mind. I brought my more mechanically knowledgeable neighbor to the shop to get his opinion of them before initializing the work and he was convince that the shop was pretty legit. Carmona's Collision repair has been a gift to me and my family.
I got bumped by a bus on the freeway, dented my driver's door in, and the insurance company said my car was totaled. Every other collision repair place we went to gave us a high estimate, and then we found Carmona's! They were affordable, completely fixed and detailed my car, finished it in 4 days, and when we got it back it honestly looked like a brand new car! We could not have been more thrilled!
Took this car back to them a second time to make sure everything was running properly before getting it re-registered at the DMV, and they had it done within a day. They even washed my car because they had some extra time! How cool is that?
If you go to this place, you will be greeted with friendly faces and a staff of people who care about you and desire to do everything they can to restore your vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend giving them your business! You won't regret it.

Best repair service I've ever had. I saw the five-star reviews and went in with high expectations and they did not disappoint! I took my car in for some bumper and wheel well repair after running over some foreign object on the freeway. Sergio was very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He explained every detail including my options for what they could do for me if I used insurance or decided to pay out of pocket. He gave me a quote and an estimate of how long it would take (quoted me 3 days) and even advised me to take it home and think it over (I didn't, I was impressed with his level of service so I opted to leave the car in their care on the spot). They even gave me a ride home. When I returned to pick up the car, Sergio went over the work they did with me and even mentioned that the paint job on the bumper is slightly off (I didn't see any difference). I got the car back a little earlier than quoted (done in 2 days) AND in addition to the great repair job, they had cleaned the car inside and out! This place is a gem!!

Due a weird road trash mishap, I ventured back to Carmona's. Sergio gave me an initial estimate and asked me to bring the car back for a proper evaluation and repair a couple of days later. I went back, they took things apart and did the full eval and then came the news that the final estimate was even higher than the original! NOT TO WORRY. Sergio said that, due to my loyalty, he would honor the original lower estimate as the final cost.

My review: simple, friendly, efficient.
My visit: I read the reviews on Yelp and decided that I wanted to get my engine checked as well get an oil change here. My car had a light that read "engine service check"
The day I read the reviews, I gave them a call and made a casual appointment for 9am the next day. Today, around 9:16am, met Sergio, who greeted me with a smile and told him I wanted an oil check as well as a check on my engine.
He told me it would take at least 3 hours. I left my keys and entrusted him with my car.
I received a call at 11:42am informing me that my car was ready. I came to Sergio who informed me about the status about my car. (Mind you, I know absolutely little about cars and how they function). He took the time to explain to me about why my engine light was on and the cause of it as well.
My 2002 Nissan Altima looked polished and clean, co impared to how dirty it was when I dropped it off. The light was off and I paid the $45-$95 price for the total cost.
Comments: Sergio was so friendly, kind and willing to help me. He even told me that next time, in 3 months, for my next oil change, he offered to even clean my headlights (for free).
I loved the service and the quality. I definitely recommend this place.

I never write reviews, but the service was great here, so here it goes: I took my car in to get an estimate on some damage on my front bumper. I met up with Sergio and he was upfront and honest with me about what they could do for me and in what time frame. Since it was 4th of July weekend and I needed my car, I let him know that the next week would be best for me. I brought my car in on that Tuesday and they were able to both get me a great price and get the car back to me by the end of the day. Disclaimer: I don't normally write reviews and I don't believe in wiring negative comments for the sake of writing. As a matter of fact, this is my first bad review. I also believe that one negative comment doesn't necessarily represent the company as a whole. I've been in sales my whole life and understand what a customer service experience should be, and this is BAD example of how to treat customers.
I came to bring my car for an estimate. Tony is the estimator. I'm paying this all out of my pocket and my car is not worth all that much. I understand that a preliminary quote is preliminarily until the actually break down the car. He proceeds to quote me and also mentions that that they can usually fix my apron. Great, we make a deal.
When I finally come for the first day of repair. He tells me this work doesn't include matching the paint on both sides. Why didn't he tell me this earlier, I was agitated and said ok. He then proceeds to tell me when the open the hood that I can have further costs of $400. At this point, I was furious. I asked him why didn't you tell me that? He apologized, but reminded me of the value of my car and the repairs are less than that. What does that have to do with anything. So the fact my car is with more than the repairs justifies me paying more??
He sees me agitated and instead of being a problem solver (any good salesperson should have that ability and work with the customer), he says "I don't want to deal with you"? This is after he apologized for not telling me about the other repairs.
So, you admit you're wrong, but then you turn around to a frustrated customer and not want to help that customer? Where am I going wrong?
I then proceed to start putting my parts into my car. It took me 15 minutes to get my front bumper in my car. After several him and another sales rep pass me and not say a work to me.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experience in my life. After they know your not doing business with them, they don't care about you.
This is also before I had to wait for him for 20 min. to drop off a customer. He knew I was waiting and didn't take one second pit of his time to tell me what he was going to do.
DO NOT USE THEM! I will be more than happy to provide you with other auto body shops that would treat you better.

I brought my car in and had it back in 3 days. It looks as good as new even though the paint on my pearl white Lexus is difficult to match. This is the second time I've used Carmona's service. Carmona's is seriously amazing! I just got my car back today after bringing it in after an accident. Sergio gave me a VERY reasonable quote [which went to my insurance] and gave me an additional quote [also reasonable] for a repair that was not from the accident. I was so relieved that he knew how to handle the insurance stuff, that way I didn't have to. In fact, he really got the ball rolling and took more initiative in getting my car repaired than my own insurance company did, turning a very frustrating situation into an easy and stress-free one.
The result: car looks sparkling new, and I am seriously amazed since my car is a 2008 model. The additional repair was on a part of my car that another "auto mechanic" completely butchered, and yet they were able to fix it and make it look perfect.
I dealt with Sergio for the damages, but everyone at Carmona's seemed incredibly friendly [I believe they are family, and that is the vibe you get, which is truly nice].

I just bought my 2012 Lexus is250 and after vinyl wrapping my last is250 I decided this time around to paint it instead. I went to several different body shops. Some shops quoted me over $2,000. Which I would later find out were trying to rip me off. I was quoted $600 at Carsmetics but opted out because the employee quoted me a 2 day turnaround and I figured that estimate fishy so I then questioned the quality of work that would be accomplished in 2 days (rushed, end up being more than 2 days, etc). Carmona's met me half way on everything I was looking for pretty much. I painted the roof, door handles, and factory spoiler.
We'll start with the Con to get it out of the way:
-Was offered a Rewards Card so I could save $70 dollar, then the deal was rescinded, and then Sergio said he would look into and believed it was possible and would give me a call. After I paid for my car, I never heard from him again and I assume since I paid for my car, who cares about my deal? So be mindful about that if it is offered. This is the only reason I gave it 4/5 stars, money is money.
Now onto the Pros:
-Expedient Service, I was quoted a between 3-5 days and received my car in 4 days. I've had my car painted in the past and some places can hardly make the 5 day turn around.
-Family run business. I like to see regular Joe's operating a shop.
-Sergio was very upfront about time tables and availability to perform the paint job.
-Great advice. Sergio advised me to go around and look at different cars and their paint, then obtain the VIN number so that they could match the color.
-Sergio also explained different appearances (sparkling paint, gloss, plain) of paint so I could make more educated decision.
-The paint job is beautiful and is warrantied for life because they use Dupont paint products. #doublewin
-Pricing was fair, considering I shopped around. They gave me a small discount.

I called the shop a few times with random questions and the staff was always friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. when I picked up the car, it looked as good as new and you could honestly not see a difference whatsoever. Carmona's is a great body shop. The work is exceptional and the prices are fair. I have had two cars repaired here and the results were perfect.
I don't think I will ever take my cars anywhere else and will recommend Carmona's to anyone who asks me for a good body shop. I wish I knew about them sooner as I had one not so good experience with a body shop with a previous car.

This is the best place to take your car for any type of body work. I had gotten into an accident with my Lexus SC430 and needed a trustworthy and quality body shop that is affordable. Boy am I glad to have found this place on Yelp... The best quality about this place is not their work(although it's great) but it's their honesty and integrity. Just picked up a 2000 GMC Sierra, mechanically sound but the factory paint was peeling off. The hood over the cab and along the bed rails looked haggard. A friend of mine recommend I bring it by to Tony and Sergio at Carmona Collison. They gave me a date to bring it in and pick it up and they stuck to it. Day of pickup the truck looked brand new! The color matched up perfectly and the bed rails were coated with a spray on bed liner that looks awesome! Super pumped it came out so clean. I was rear-ended by someone who was probably on their cell. phone because I was stopped at a red light at the time & the damage wasn't that bad but it did leave paint transfer & two holes in the rear bumper of my new '14 Chevy Impala. The other driver didn't want to go through his insurance (I wonder why?!), so he was willing to pay for my damages out-of-pocket, I just needed to find a place to get my car repaired. I just moved to Fullerton, so of course I had to come here to Yelp & get all the intel I needed to make an informed decision on where to take my vehicle. I noticed Carmona's was like 5-minutes from my house & had plenty of positive reviews so I gave them a try. When I arrived there, I was met by Sergio, who gave my a preliminary estimate which I forwarded to the other driver. They told me they could either replace my bumper with an entirely new one (which would cost more overall) or repair my original. The other driver opted the latter since it was cheaper, I just wanted my car fixed, plus Carmona's backs-up their work with a warranty, so I had a little piece of mind. The entire staff at Carmona's was very friendly & helpful throughout the entire process, which only took 3 days total. They even spotted me a rental, which usually only is reserved for insurance claims. I highly recommend Carmona's Collision Repair to anyone looking for auto body work in the Fullerton area.

A friend recommended this place to me when I had mentioned to her that I was looking for a decently priced, quality repair shop, as I was planning on paying for all of it out of pocket. It is a family-run business, the customer service is excellent, and everyone I dealt with was so friendly and honest! In addition, their pricing and turn-around time were very reasonable, as I did shop around for other estimates. Plus they offer a lifetime warranty. They even buffed out additional unrelated scratches that they spotted near the damage at no extra charge! My car now looks even better than when I first bought it! I got rear ended by a 16 yr old kid in my 2012 Honda civic. Their car only had liability and i had full coverage. In order to help out the family we decided to not go through the insurance because it seemed like it was only bumper damage. We got everything notarized to make sure the third party would be responsible for all damages, we turned in our car and Tony got to work on my car. He included 5days of free car rental service from Hertz which helped out the family who hit us, and then in turn saved us the trouble in collecting more money from the family at fault.
The Carmonas went above and beyond in making sure my car look brand new. They even fixed a couple of scratches not included on the estimate.
They communicate great with their customers and are very particular about their wrote. Also, their prices are more than reasonable.
They used Honda parts and the entire job cost about $2300. Originally it was 1300 but they discovered some more damage which added on the other 1000. I'm rounding up on these estimates but you catch my drift.

Once again, Carmona's Collision Repair has exceeded my expectations! I referred my Dad to them and they took great care of him. My Dad's insurance agency suggested that he bring his truck into their preferred collision repair company. My Dad went in for a quote and brought the quote into Carmona's to review. Carmona's pointed out that the insurance companies referral, priced out the cost for providing an after market bumper, instead of a factory bumper, which my Dad absolutely wanted.
Not only did Carmona's give my Dad exactly what he wanted, the price was comparable to the after market bumper, the overall work was excellent and they delivered his vehicle to his home.

I took my 2005 4Runner into Carmona's a couple weeks ago...just walked in without an appointment or letting anyone know I was coming by. I was instantly greeted by Sergio. I pointed out the issues I came in for (front bumper and side view mirror damage), and within 10 minutes I had a quote. We negotiated a bit about the cost and in the end we settled on something we were both happy with. He ordered the parts and the next day I brought the 4Runner back to the shop. Someone (one of the owners, I think) gave me a ride home. Three days later, as promised, my truck was ready. Sergio picked me up, showed me the work they did, and everything looked great. It's been a couple weeks now, and I'm very happy I had this work done at Carmona's.

After a minor accident, my rear door on the passenger side was pretty banged up and would not open up due to a broken cable. I ended up taking my car to the shop just to get the door open again. Carmona's found the cable easily and I ended up paying less than $200 for the part and labor. I was only at the shop for about an hour, so the service was quick and affordable. I said in my review of 10/11/2014 that we would return to Carmona's "should the occasion arise." Well, it did - soon afterwards. I had my car back less than a week, all fixed and pretty, when a lady decided that the side of my RAV4 was just too tantalizing to resist. I ended up with some nasty scratches and a somewhat dented door when she missed the parking stall next to my parked car. Carmona's did another great job and fixed a couple of other things as well. They are the best! All of the repairs surpassed our already high expectations of them. Again, my car seems like it has a new lease on life. I was in a fender bender in a parking lot where my car was backed into. I went to a few different places to get quotes on the damages. I was quoted $1000+ everywhere I went until I was referred to Carmona's by the woman who hit me. When I pulled up I was greeted by Sergio who was very nice and honest. He took a look at my car and wrote up a quote right on the spot. He also threw in a couple minor repairs on the side for me. I was in and out of there in 10 mins. I was so please with the quote I immediately set up an appointment to go back and get my repairs done. After 3 days everything was fixed and cleaned for under $800 including a 3 day rental. I couldnt more please with the job. They were all very friendly and efficient with their work. I would recommend anyone to go back there! They're were great.

Great service! I brought my truck in to get the frame straightened after a recent accident. Rudy, the owner walked me through all the options and offered me a great deal on a complete repair. Their back-alley location doesn't do them justice so don't judge a book by its cover. Straight-forward dealing with one person. I just returned from getting my Volkswagen repaired at Carmona's. Man! I really just cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and quality of workmanship I experienced there. I think, like most people, I went in after my accident wondering about how the insurance company would screw me and then also possibly end up with repairs I wasn't satisfied with. Carmona's has renewed my faith in the fact that really good, honest, hard-working places do still exist that treat you right and do great work. This place is "Da Bomb"! They gave me an estimate and stuck to it, in spite of it being a bigger job than what they estimated. Friendly service and an honest deal. Very clean little shop and best of all-fantastic work! Yes, these guys do rate 5 stars!

Went to Sterling Collision and was quoted an exorbitant price to repair my husband's Maserati door scratches. I know, money should not be an issue when you own a Maserati, but, these were scratches and should not have cost thousands to repair so I found Carmona's online and took the car there. Yes, the staff were genuine and friendly. The work performed was absolutely perfect and they did not have the car for more than five days as quoted by Sterling; we received the car back quickly. You could tell they cared about their work. They have a customer in us for a long time. This is the place to go to if you want the job done right. This is where my Maserati is now being taken as we speak. I know it will be returned good as new.

I brought my Infinity G-35 to Carmona's to have a laundry list of things done to it. (Dents, Scratches, Faded Paint, Interior Fixes and even Brakes) When I picked it up I was blown away. They did an amazing job! They even completed my car ahead of schedule which was a nice bonus. They also did all things things at a great price.
I would highly recommend Carmona's Collision Repair to anyone.

Thank you Carmona Collision! I could not be more pleased with my experience with them. They handled everything from the start to the finish, acting as a middle man at times to make things go smoothly. The repair time was quick, as they said it would be and the car looks great. They even washed and vacuumed it! Truly a top class establishment. If you want a quality and hassle-free repair, take your car to Carmona's.

Taking my car to a repair shop is something I dread. So, after my car was hit while parked in front of my house, I was not looking forward to getting it fixed as I always feel like I am going to get ripped off.
However, after getting quotes at two other local shops, Carmona's beat those quotes by about $200 and the service was great. They accommodated our schedule, had the car ready when promised (cleaned and vacuumed!) and even repaired another small dent for a fraction of what it would have cost elsewhere.
I have nothing but good things to say about Carmona's and will definitely return in the event by bad luck with cars returns!

I know one of the owner's, Rudy Carmona, personally so when a semi truck backed into my car I insisted on Carmona's. I was an emotional wreck after it happened so I called up Carmonas and even though Rudy wasn't in, his worker calmed me down and even had a rental car waiting for me when I arrived a couple of hours later. It turned an aweful day around. He assured me he would take care of my car and would even touch up other scratches and wash my car before return. I will tell you that Rudy is an honest guy and so is his team. As I knew would happen, my car was fixed BEAUTIFULLY...and they even detailed my car which was a plus because it was in need.... 5 stars from me and it looks like from EVERONE ELSE too... Don't hesitate... You can trust Rudy!

I'm not rich!! That's important to know because I have spent over $400 at 2 different locations trying to fix a "simple" leak in my car. I decided to google collision repair close to my home and found Carmona's. I read ALL the Yelp reviews and decided to trust my fellow "yelpers" and I'm SO glad I did!! Carmona's did a very thorough estimate and found a bolt was missing. They are the only company that took up the carpet and took off the door plastic trim thing and because of this they found the problem, called me, and with my permission-they fixed it for $80 which was music to my ears and my wallet!! Upon my arrival they showed me pictures of what they had done and they washed my car and made it smell amazing (I was worried after having a leak that it would smell musty but it was this light almost cherry scent which was PERFECT!!) I love that it's a family owned & run operation and I couldn't be happier with my experience today...yes today!! I'm so pleased with how professional and kind everyone was that I had to return the favor of a yelp review to encourage other people in search of an AWESOME place to take their vehicles. I had faith in yelp reviews and I hope you do as well. I don't give everyone all 5 stars but if there was a 10 star option-Carmona's would have all 10!!! Just call them, you'll be glad you did-I know I am!
