I have a car with over 260,000 miles on it and have taken it to M&L Auto Services for sever different things over the last year including having my engine replaced. The workers are friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, and straight forward. They do not give me the run around like most auto shops and the prices are very reasonable. The owner of the shop stands by his word and guarantees his employees work. I have recommended M&L to several individuals and will continue to do so in the future.

There are no true mechanics here. I had a job done on my car that clearly they were not able to handle.They didn't even know where they part was that needed to be replaced. I returned it 3 times for mistakes that were made. As mentioned below the owner is not a mechanic and does not know how to handle issues other then promising to fix for free the mistakes they caused. Bad business management

This is an hangout for under graduate mechanics. I have to constantly return my car for so called free repairs after they ruined my car, they did more harm than good. none have a degree in mechanical engineering . owner is unqualified to work on cars sure of work and just tell me he will have his best guy on the job, and his best guy don't have an degree either. i'm fed up and need a new car. with this group you get what you pay for free and cheap!!!!!!!!!!! is not worth it.

Very Nice People! I was looking for a local mechanic to service my 11 year old Hyundai that needed an oxygen sensor replaced. Most places I called quoted prices that were double what M&L charged, but their reviews were not that good. Not only were M&L's reviews very good, but their prices were reasonable and their customer service was really nice. They even returned my call after I left a message, inquiring about their service! I wasn't expecting that. Thank you Troy and Brian. I now know where to take my car for service in the future. I would have given 5 stars, but the credit card machine wasn't working and I had to go to the cash station - minor inconvenience.

This place is amazing! They have the best customer service in the South suburbs. They explain what is wrong with the car and everything. They are very reasonable with their prices. Initially I would only get oil changes here, but they did such a great job, I have since gotten my breaks fixed, radiator work, and everything else done here. Everyone in my family and friends all come here, and they make the drive from Chicago to do so. Don't waste your time or money at any other place, M& L is the only place you need to go to get your car repair done.

Very good service, and so professional the Staff and Owner. I was referred to them by a friend when I needed help. They were there for me all the time, no matter what questions I might have or what ever the problem was. I tell all my family and friends about them. They are like a new family too me , they really care about their customers . Thanks guys

I am so grateful for M and L Auto Services in Park Forest, Illinois. I have 11 employees and we all frequent services from tire repairs, oil changes, and engine repair at very reasonable prices. They analyze the problem, give us estimates and do the work I'm a timely matter. They have even shuttled my employees to and from work until the vehicle was ready. We would like to thank everyone at M and L and we will continue to use the services!

I initially was going to give this business four stars, because there was an error on my auto repair. However, the owner actually went above and beyond to make it right. Basically, the original repair didn't completely fix the problem and wasnt the main issue. Therefore, he did a whole new repair to fix the problem and didn't charge me for it because he said they should have caught it the first time. Honest guys, they know what they are doing and I will continue to bring my car here.
