G's is the best car shop around, hands down. I first went to G's for window tint, scratch repair, dent repair, and leather repair on my Land Rover LR3. He had the car finished up in three days, as he said, and did an incredible job. When I came to pick it up, he told me he did Land Rover repair (mechanical) if I ever needed it. To be honest, I was kind of skeptical at first, since Land Rover is a somewhat "niche" car to work on and because he had the shop labeled as a "custom" shop. Six months went by when I started to hear a loud squeaking noise coming from the front of my car, around the shocks, I had presumed. I figured it was no big deal, maybe a little grease and it'd be good to go. I took it to the Land Rover dealership. After they inspected it the lady working in the service department came back and began to VISIBLY LIE to me about what was wrong and presented new "problems". She couldn't look me in the eye and kept rubbing her neck as she read through the list: a full front fork and axel replacement - $1500, intercooler about to go out, needs to urgently be replaced - $1200, air-conditioning about to go out soon, needs to be replaced within the next several months - $800. After she went through her spiel, I immediately denied services and left the premises. On my way back home, I remembered what G had said and decided to give him a shot. I dropped off the next day and he called me back 30 minutes later. He said, "Man! The only thing wrong with your cars is that the bushings on either side of your shocks are dried out! This happens about every 5 years (I got my car in 2006, this was 2011). I'll order some new ones and replace them for a total of $150." After I came to pick the car up I explained to him what happened at the Land Rover dealership. He was shocked and said, "You should NEVER have to replace the front fork of your car unless you get into a serious accident!" Since then, I have had no squeaking, no problems with my intercooler, no problems with my air conditioning, and take my car to his shop for any and everything. Thanks G!

G's Customs is great custom and full service auto shop. G is incredibly knowledgable about cars-I have had work done there 4 times, and he can do anything. I've had body work done there including dent repair and painting, had my alternator replaced and fixed some A/C issues. The body work I had done there was half of other estimates I got. I will definitely be back!

I have had two of my vehicle's windows tinted here. G did a great job at a very reasonable rate. He can do anything to your vehicle... from washing your car, oil changes, custom body work, etc... if it has anything to do with a vehicle he can do it. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They done the ceramic tints on the Prius right. Ask about the difference between regular tints and ceramics. You can feel the difference.

I am leaving this review in relation to a purchase experience with G's Automotive (
). I located a vehicle I wanted to purchase on their website. I sent an email inquiry and very promptly received a response to my questions about the vehicle even though it was way past closing hours for the dealer!
Troy got in touch with me the next day and provided some of THE BEST customer service I have ever received while car shopping. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, definitely a straight shooter and all about customer service. He provided all the details I needed about the vehicle, including multiple videos of the car! He had no issue putting it up on a lift and showing me the underside.
Unfortunately at the last moment my decision to purchase a new vehicle at this time changed and I did not follow through with the purchase.
However I would have had ZERO issues buying a vehicle from these guys sight unseen. They even had arranged competitive shipping to my door.
Definitely give these guys a chance to earn your business as they provide what is more and more rare to find these days...outstanding customer service.
