Amazing job!!!! I brought my car in with some pretty bad scratches from a minor accident and from putting my car in the automatic car wash. They did an awesome job matching the paint and repairing the scratches!! If I have any other issues I would definitely bring my vehicle back here. The only issue I had was that I wish they would have cleaned their mess in the vehicle and on the vehicle before I picked it up, it was clean when I brought it in, but dirty when I picked it up, other than that the work was excellent.

I had my front bumper replaced here. The paint on my van was a premium dealer color. The color match was awesome on my new bumper. Between the expert job done and the excellent customer, I highly recommend Chipz & Dentz Away to anybody.

Joey repaired my damaged bumper and scratches on my drivers side door and hood of my car. He did an amazing job! From when I stopped by to get a quote to picking up my car, Joey was professional but also very courteous. He gave me a reasonable price and I felt so comfortable speaking with him, that I left my car with him to be repaired immediately. I was actually quite in awe of how well everything turned out, he matched my colors perfectly. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Joey to all of my friends and family.

I am not impressed with the excuses as to why it took 2 days to detail my car and the lack of attention to detail and follow through. $300 to remove two door dings, touch up paint, wet sand and wax and I have to point out dried white wax in the black cracks of my doors, hood, and trunk? I have to point out all of the flaws that need attention when I pick it up? No phone calls when the car isn't ready when promised- twice? This shop needs help. Blame placed on an employee who is "so fired" and a doctor's visit by the owner. Next time I will be going somewhere else that does it right the first time and has the car ready when promised. UPDATE: After reading my review, the owner graciously refunded all of our money, sending a check in the mail to reimburse us for our trouble. Joey is a great guy, he just needs some additional help in the shop to be successful.

The owner and his wife provide excellent service and work. They matched the paint on our Lexus perfectly. Also, in comparison to another local shop which needed at least five days, Chipz and Dentz Away only needed two days. We are quite impressed and thankful!

I am a paranoid and obsessive car owner. I have taken two vehicles to Joeys shop. I recommend this shop for a very experienced car owner with extreme attention to detail, like process-checklist kind of detail. If you need extreme cleanliness for a paint job, go somewhere else. This shop has a dirt and rock driveway that makes a perpetual mess. Joey is great at working with you, and a great person in general, just stay on top of communicating what you want and everything will be fine. Put it in writing what you want, every detail, or Joey may forget something. He is always in a busy-tizzy state of mind. Joeys paint matching quality is pretty darn good. Be sure to ask him to use the expensive-exact specification factory paints, which he will custom order, to get the best quality. Especially on sports cars! Upon completion, inspect the vehicle meticulously to make sure it is done correctly. Check everything, with a car show judge attitude, like even sanding-buffing -polishing, panel gaps, fit, masking tape removal, overspray, fastener counts, alignment, emblems, clear coat on pin-striping, molding attachment, sanding compound all over the interior needing a vacuum clean...etc Joey will make it right if there is a problem. Joey takes his time, so if you need a car fast, go somewhere else. I was surprised how much the final quality of the job, which I expect to be perfect, relied on my attentive input. To some degree, all body repair shops share these characteristics. So I could be complaining about body repairs in general. My facts however are true and relevant to this particular shop. I did find issues that required rework. He reworked them, I was on the road happy. His prices are fair for what you get. Once again, time is what seemed drag on here, especially for meticulous rework issues. If you treat your car like any other appliance, like lets say a washing machine, then you and I don't see eye to eye, and my review is worthless to you, cause you would never know the difference in the final quality of a repair job, and by-the-way all automotive repair shops love you if this is the case! Cause the name of the game is push push push to get it perfect!
