I purchased a used car from them that was in excellent shape and with low mileage, and I left very pleased. Unfortunately that car was totaled in an accident and because of my experience I went back to them. That was my first mistake. They put me in an Impala that they claimed came from the local government and took very good care of it. Suffice it to say, the struts need replaced, the tires are going out, the stereo works 90 percent of the time, and the transmission needed to be flushed 3 times to clear it out. Not only that but little odds and ends seem to be wearing out like the dashboard speedometer and power locks. Yes it is my fault for not taking it into my mechanic 30+ miles away, however I had hoped to build a good honest relationship with this company. Never again will I go there.

Excellent service! Purchased my new car there a couple months ago and had the best customer service I've ever had buying a car! They took care of everything while I was at work and I only spent a brief time signing papers! The service dept is exceptional as well and I won't take my car anywhere else! Highly recommend Mildenberger motors for your next car or just an oil change!

Special thanks to the folks at Mildenberger motors. I had a great experience when I needed to refinance my vehicle. Their Finance Dept was able to knock my payment down a solid $200/mo from what other Dealerships and banks were offering at the time. I am from out of town, and they had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. Making my trip not only worth it, but painless. I didnt have to wait around for hours, and everything was in line and what I was expecting. I was able to work with them remotely, schedule an appointment, and get my deal done and out the door with no time wasted. Much appreciated. While there, I was able to speak to a couple of the sales team members. They were simply appreciative of my time, and willing to help in any way they could. I will be buying my next vehicle from them.

Ray was very helpful, helped set up OnStar and showed me what every button in the vehicle was for. They were able to get me a better interest rate than the credit union. Very responsive if I need to call in. Love my Buick Enclave.
