For anyone who needs glass or bodywork for their car, this is the place to go! Hector and his team are very professional and most importantly very affordable. I had a nice seamless experience here. They did a great job and for a great price! I needed my windshield replaced. I called in the afternoon and Hector got me in first thing the next morning. I was able to wait around as they did the work efficiently and quickly, but they did offer to drop me somewhere if needed. Hector handled the whole process very professionally. He was friendly, polite, and courteous and seemed honest as far as I could tell. I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off (being a female by myself) and in fact I feel he gave me an exceptional price and discount. They speak Spanish and English and all communications were very clear. Also, the office is very clean and nice, so I was quite comfortable while waiting there. Thank you Hector and Car Tech Auto Collision!!

Ok, I have to say I really trusted my intuition on this one! My car had damages that needed to be repaired...After calling around local body shops, Car Tech Auto Collision gave me the best estimate and the best customer service! Hector was very professional over the phone and took the time to explain to me my options.
Once I took my car to the shop, he further explained the details of the estimate and the process of the repair. He answered all my questions with no hesitation! All the staff were very professional from start to finish...
They explained the process thoroughly as it progressed, from the time my car was dismantled - to the time it was put together; explaining in detail which parts and paint they were using.
Furthermore, they would send me "preview" pictures so I knew what I was looking forward to, Now that's a touch of excellence!!! My car turned out looking like NEW! I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the outstanding customer service Car Tech Auto Collision provides, I strongly recommend this business to All!
To top it off...they included a Life Time Warranty on the paint, which gives me peace in mind. Now that's PRICELESS...like icing on the cake!

If I could give this auto collision shop 10 stars I would. I have a 2011 328xi Black BMW, and not so long ago I rammed the side of my car into a poll.The side of my car was dented and the blue paint from the poll had rubbed off on the car. I called Car Tech and they were able to fix and order the parts for my car in a very timely manner. The service was impeccable!
In addition, I am from San Jose and I found Car Tech on Yelp, and I am so glad that I did. Regardless of the distance, I would definitely go here again!

I have had two cars worked on with car tech auto collision and I must say the work has been great! I took my sons Volvo in after a collision and it came back to me looking better than it did before the collision. I took my car in for some repair work and what I got back was prompt service, excellent workmanship and a warranty!! Good thing because the part that they replaced was defective (to no fault of theirs) and when I emailed to let them know - they cheerfully told me they would reorder and replace as soon as I was ready!! No questions asked - no trying to find ways the warranty wouldn't cover - I appreciate that!!! Oh - did I say they were reasonably priced as well? Well they were - quality work without breaking the bank. Thanks Hector for your great service!

Our car got broken into. The thief broke the passenger front side window and took off with my wife's valuables. Obviously we could not drive the car without a window as we felt it would invite more vandalism. Called my insurance and the best they could do was next day service. That meant I could not drive my car so I got the phone and started calling shops. Safelite, other shops etc. Took me quite a few minutes to find Car Tech.
I explained the situation and they let me know they would check their inventory and call me back. 15 minutes later (or less) they called me back and stated they could do the job that same day. Great sigh of relief. Oh and I said, by the way my wife needs to pick up my daughter at 2:20 from school and it was 11:00 already. He said no problem just bring the car by 12:00
My wife drove the car, they took it apart, installed the new window, settled with my insurance and my wife was out of there by 2:00 as promised. Man it was like a Luigi's pit stop. Fast and with great customer service.
Wow, great job. I do highly recommend this shop. If my experience is representative of how this shop works you can't go wrong. Good prices, deliver on time with great attention to the customer. I am just sorry I do not remember the name of the technician that I talked to personally thank him on this review.

Great Shop! Took my vehicle in after an accedent, and can't say enough good thing's about their service! Quality work, responsive, and had my vehicle back in my garage within a week (faster than I expected). Would highly recommend. Thank you Car Tech Auto Collision!

Good body shop. Nice work on my vehicle. It's really big damage when I send my vehicle to them, big damage at the rear bump, and they fix it really fast, the estimate time need 15 business days, but they just use 2 weeks, that's really saved me lots of time, and I like what Hector said:" your brand new car". Thanks hector!! Well done! I will recommendation all my friends!
