RUN, DON'T WALK, FROM THIS PLACE!! These people are CROOKS. Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. It is costing me HUNDREDS OF $ to fix what they messed up on drive train of my car. They even stabbed a hole in my cv joint boot to release the grease so that it would eventually fail. The car only had 68000 miles on it. I was stranded on 290 coming i...

I was stranded on 290 coming in fron Austin late one evening, and A wrecker service (Tex Wide Towing) recommended me to this place. The owner (Craig Campbell) greeted me even though they were closing, and stayed open to fix the belt on my car then had me back on the road in just over an hour. I would definately recommend this place to anyone who wants great service at a great price. I was expecting to be raked over the coals because it was 7 pm and I was a stranded female from out of town, but to my surprise I was treated like a queen. Thanks Campbells auto Care , and Guy Buckley from Tex Wide Towing for taking such good care of me.

Brought my bmw in recently to have my brakes replaced and Bryan was very reasonable and knowledgeable. He got the job done completely and thoroughly without any residual problems. I will definitely bring back my bmw for any further servicing needs. Very reasonably priced.

It is very difficult to find someone you can trust to work on your vehicle. My Dodge Challenger is my baby! Campbell's Automotive was very trust worthy! Pricing was fair and not outrageous! He made it easy for me to understand what my Challenger needed and how long it would take to complete the repairs. They were so easy to deal with and so quick with my repairs! That's how it should be! I will definitely go back if I need anything else done to my car! Oh! and Amanda in customer service was very understanding of my need to have to my car back asap so she went the extra mile to make sure my car got in and out! I cannot thank her enough! She is the best! Thank you Campbell's Automotive I will be back! :)

Campbell's Automotive is a top notch auto shop! After I took my truck to several other shops that could never diagnose the problem but guesstimating thousands of dollars, Campbell's Automotive found the problem fast and got me back on the road again. RUN, DON'T WALK, FROM THIS PLACE!! These people are CROOKS. Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. It is costing me HUNDREDS OF $ to fix what they messed up on drive train of my Mazda. They even stabbed a hole in my cv joint boot to release the grease so that it would eventually fail. The car only had 68000 miles on it. When I got it back there was grease covering everything behind the drivers front wheel. There was so much grease that it could even be seen from the outside of the wheel. On closer examination with the wheel removed I saw the puncture that appeared to be made with a screwdriver. I change my own oil regularly and there were no cracks punctures or grease anywhere until the day I got the car back from these !@#$*&%$. Since I got it back strange noises occur when driving over any type of irregularity in the road. They did not tighten my spark plugs either, causing poor performance, bad gas mileage, and rough idle. I'm really worried what else is going fall apart on my car due to the sabotage from these criminals. I cannot fathom all the 5 star reviews! Don't believe any glowing reviews you read here. It has to be friends and relatives or people paid to post lies. I never write reviews btw, but people need to be warned about these con artists.

These guys are Awesome! They were very kind and explained everything to me along the process. They were several Hundred dollars less than what the Audi dealership quoted me. 5stars all the way! If you drive a European Car bring it to Campbells auto care! Don't let the building fool you they do great work!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. if you value your car in any way, please don't take your car here. We took our car in for some warranty work, and THEY NEVER FIXED THIS ISSUE. Instead of changing some hoses, they just taped the old ones back together and charged the warranty company. THEN my friend took his truck to here for some maintenance work (transmission flush ) AND THEY PUT THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID IN. so now he needs a new transmission. The owner is sketchy as hell, and so are the employees. They will make up a price before they even look at your car. They also have a sign that says "$50 off all services with a 5 star yelp review " so if you see any 5 star ratings, now you know why... I have a million other reasons on why you shouldn't take your car here, but I want to keep this some what short. The owner will probably have the crack head in the office delete this, but it's worth a shot. I just want to save at least one person from taking their car here. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!!
P.s. check the work you have done prior to leaving the shop. I can guarantee they didn't actually do anything to your car.
