Was recently in an accident and Frank's Collision in Warren HOOKED me up! Fast, friendly service and the car was done faster than expected, they even gave me a FREE Loaner car! Would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in the area!

My husband and I took our Matrix to Frank's for some scratch repair, our lease was up and we needed to turn it in looking flawless. We were worried that matching the paint would be difficult.
We met Frank Jr. who took a look at our car and let us know exactly what they would need to do. He was a super nice guy and just had a really great attitude that made you feel like you could trust him. We told him our concerns and he let us know not to worry!!! He quoted us based on if we were paying out of pocket and it was a really great price considering what needed to be done. We actually had the passenger side and the drivers side needing scratches and I'm not talking little scratches... these were huge gouges in the side!
We got our car turned in on a friday but they had let us know that they wouldn't be able to do the work until the following week which was fine. They called us on wednesday to let us know the car was DONE!!! It looks amazing and you cannot tell that anything happened to that car... nope, whatever jerk off decided to hit our car and then gouge the paint out in a straight line is no longer there.
I have to say also that they do offer loaner vehicles in case you are in need of one.
Frank Jr. is a really great guy and I would recommend this shop for repairs above anyone else!! We looked at a few places in Ferndale that were close to us but they were ridiculously high.
GO TO FRANK'S COLLISION!!!!

These guys are wonderful! I recently took my husband's Honda Civic there because the driver's side door wasn't latching correctly. Frank Jr. looked at our car and said he could fix it that day. When I explained that I didn't have anyone at home to pick me up and take me home and then do it all over again when the car was finished, he said that he would be happy to do so. (I live about a mile away from the shop.) Talk about service and with a friendly smile too! The door latches perfectly now. We'll be taking our other vehicle in to him soon to fix a minor fender bender. Thanks for a job well done! I definitely recommend Frank's to anyone needing body work for their car!
