At first I was extremely impressed with the service. I took my truck in to have a hot-no-start problem fixed. He replaced a part that did not fix the problem so I took it back to him and he warrantied it and fixed the correct part. However, when I took the truck back to him to have much more work done due to cracked heads and head gaskets, the truck came back to me and had a cold-hard-start problem. I took it back to Jason 3 times after that, for the same thing, each time he told me he had fixed it. Eventually I moved away and could no longer take it back to heartland. Now, after I found out one of the parts he had installed was no good from the get go, and trying to contact him to see about a warranty, I have gotten no reply.

I have been going to Heartland since the day they opened. The Owner, Jason is as honest as the the day is long. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his workmanship. To find a great Mechanic that is also honest these days is worth his weight in Gold - Thanks, Travis.

Heartland Car Care is the ONLY shop I use. As a mom of four in a single-income household, I can't afford to be nickled and dimed by a corporate shop, and I certainly can't afford to be ripped off by a chump who doesn't know what he's doing. Jason is an honest, down-to-earth guy who is not getting rich off repairing cars. He's just earning a modest living doing what he does best, car repair. We have a minivan with 130,000 miles on it, so we see Jason often for minor maintenance. He has changed our breaks, replaced the gas tank after a nasty tire blowout, replaced the cracked fuel pump, replaced the catalytic converter, changed the oil, replaced shocks, and more. He's kept our car overnight on one occasion and was able to offer a loaner car which we didn't need. If you live anywhere in Dallas County, take your car to Heartland Car Care. You will feel like you are working with family or a neighbor.

Jason went above and beyond to take care of my truck. I have an '06 Nissan Frontier which is not an easy truck to work on. There were setbacks and delays, but he was honest about everything which is very respectable. He even made sure to discount me to make up for the setbacks. It's hard to find a good mechanic but I've definitely found mine!

Fair upfront pricing estimate which they actually came in under. It's rare to find an honest mechanic, but John and Ventury are setting a prime example. They replaced the shocks, struts and rotors on my SUV for a reasonable price given the number of hours and effort it would have required for me to attempt it myself. Will definitely be back if a need arises.

I Found Ventury Auto Repairs on Craig's List and at First was Skeptical, but needed my Car fixed. I meet the Mgr. John and he assured me all would be OK! They were very Prompt and did a Fine Job, I'll bring my Mothers Car next!! Thumbs up!!
