As a small business owner with a fleet of trucks I had been looking for a local company that I can trust that is affordable for our truck repairs. After my first experience with Kevin's I knew I had found what I was looking for. They are more than fair and and very honest. A couple of years ago, I first went to Kevin's Car Repair for a distributor issue in an older Honda I had...since then, he's been my go-to mechanic for every mechanical need I have had (including an engine change) and I gladly drive from Lima, OH to visit his shop when needed.

Jeff did an awesome job on my sons S-10 Tailgate!! After I backed into it, I knew I had to call Kevin's Car Repair....AND Body SHOP to get me a replacement and they found a great replacement, painted it to match perfectly, even transfered the bed liner. It looks better than the origional!! I will be bringing all of my car body needs to you from now on! Thanks Guys!!

Great honest mechanic. Kevin called with an estimate of things he suggested, told me what was important to fix now and what could wait. His prices are lower than other shops I have been to. I will keep bringing my car back to a shop I can trust to get the repairs done right.

The company claims to be a VW specialist do my wife and I brought our passat station wagon there to get the A/C fixed. He had replaced the compressor and said he had tested it and that it was good to go. The day I picked it I quickly realized it was no better than before. At this point we had spent $900. I told Kevin that I was not pleased with the results and he told me that there was nothing he could do without tearing apart the dash to fond out what was going on which could cost another $900-$1200. I felt that it was ridiculous to have to pay that amount of money to fix my A/C.

Reasonable prices and Kevin is a very honest guy. Amazing shop for maintenance and basic repairs, but stay away if you've got a complicated issue which requires troubleshooting.
