Great customer service! Amazingly flexible and gets the job done in a timely manner! Always friendly and explains the situation, in terms you can understand. Keeps you informed as to what is going on with your vehicle and what he's going to do to fix it! If you need a mechanic he's your man!

I was very lucky to find Louie after my Nissan AC broke, and very greatful that he was available the next day. After diagnosing the problem, he explained my options giving me some insights on what other shops do. He is very knowledgeable and definitely wants to treat the customer fairly. He was a welcome discovery for sure, and I highly recommend his services. Thanks again Louie!

Meet Your Mechanic and Louie are the best! After reading the reviews of others, I chose to call and make an appointment for my Volvo's AC. I asked Louie if there was anything unique about Volvo's AC system (dealers would like you to believe there is). He said, "Yeah, it says VOLVO on it." Louie would not give me an exact total price as other places do and I was initially bothered by that. However, I understood and respected him for not giving in and telling me simply what I wanted to hear. Louie had integrity and my trust was well placed. My car's air conditioning is blowing cold now. My experience with MYM was great. He did what he said he would do at a cost below others and guaranteed his work. I am extremely satisfied and strongly recommend Meet Your Mechanic. I will be returning with my two other cars soon and have already referred a friend.

When I brought in my Escape, it was quickly obvious that Louie is knowledgeable and experienced. What I didn't expect is how personable and genuine he is. I didn't feel like he was pressuring me or trying to deceive me, which is honestly a relief as a female with limited car know-how! He talked me through everything he was doing and stuck to the price he promised upfront, which was very affordable. After I had paid for the service I brought the car in for (AC recharge), he said that if I had time, he'd like to put it up on the lift. He had felt some pulling when he drove it into the shop. For the first time, I became acquainted with the underside of my car! He checked various parts and found a lug nut that was loose. After he tightened it up and was satisfied it was safe, I went on my way, with no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about Louie's skills, experience and heart. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel like more than just a number and like they are in trusted hands.

Took my truck to Louie for him to find a leak in my a/c system. He told me it would be $80 to find the leak and i told him upfront that i would probably do the repair myself. After dropping it off i received a text with a pic of the problem he stated im surprised it would even last a week with a leak that large. He was confident that was the problem and told me the condenser line was worn and the condenser would have to be replaced. He quoted me a price of $550 for the repair. He had only had the truck for 30 minutes at this point so i decided to go back to see the problem myself. After looking at the problem and finding no wear on my condenser line l asked him if i could borrow a scribe and removed the incorrect retaining spring he had installed and replaced it with the correct one. I paid him the $80 dollars and serviced the a/c myself because his quote of a $150 seemed to high. After a week passed my a/c had leaked out again exactly the same amount of time it had took before. I called Louie to see if he wanted to finish providing the service i had paid him for and he told me if he wasn't going to be able to do the repair he would prefer i take it somewhere else. I asked him if he was going to refund the $80 i paid him and he said no i found a leak if you want to pay me $80 for each leak i find then you can bring it back and i will find a leak every time. So to make a long story even longer i would not recommend Louie for any repair and I'm going to take the truck to a honest repair shop today and pay them what i already paid Louie to do.
