My daughter's Saturn was brain dead. I called Floyd's for a tow to the dealership, but the lady at the desk was so knowledgeable about cars, I had them take it there., 3 days later, our little car has a brain again and runs great. Horrible Service

I recently took my car in for 2 tires, as soon as I left my whole car shook, and the steering was horrible, and the steering wheel was VERY wobbly, and the alignment was WAY OFF! Well, have to go back 3 different times because I was given BAD TIRES!!!! Needless to say they didn't fix the problem, and said I should buy 2 more tires! No thanks!!! I was referred by a friend to this company but will never ever go back nor recommend anyone to as well :(

Gave me junk tires which were way over priced then when they went flat charged me more money to have a guy drive across the street and made me jack my own truck up so I could use my compresser to fill it bought another tire shortly after and it had a broken belt left me stranded again won't go back

A friend of mine recommended Floyds about 6 years ago and I'm glad he did. I have an older car that has needed a good deal of repair work done and I've never been disappointed with the work done by the mechanics at Floyds. They've earned my trust over the years and frankly I won't take my car anywhere else.

Motor blower went out, they originally put on a defaulted part that prolly came from AutoZone hahaha!! I took it back they replaced the piece same day now it's working just fine
