This place is ridiculous, I was in an accident and decided to get an estimate from Steve's Collision. The person informed me that it is only going to take a half an hour or so to do the estimate. I ended up dropping off my car there because I was injured in the accident, and didn't feel like waiting there. I dropped my car off around 2:30-3 PM, and I expected a call from them shortly after, never got a call so 10 minutes before they closed I gave them a call they informed me that they weren't able to get the estimate done with my car and it was going to stay there over night, and they will call me in the morning and let me know the estimate for the insurance. Well they opened at 7:30 AM, and it was around noon when I called, and they were just getting started with the estimate for my car.

Wow!!! Great Job!!!!

I hit a dear on my way to Lassen National Park. After limping my car back home to Reno, I was lucky enough to be referred to Steve's Collision Center. They were kind enough to provide me with a rental car, as I did not have coverage. The staff was friendly and helpful. The repairs were excellent!! Funny thing about a month after I had my car back, a woman at the smog cert place thought my car was newer than it was because the paint matched perfectly and looked great! I highly recommend Steve's Collision Center!!!!!

Quick and Professional Service

Steve's Collision Center repaired my Escalade and I am so happy! I would recommend them to anybody who is concerned about their car repairs. The color match was perfect and it drives like new again! They worked with my insurance company to get me on the road again within a timely manner. They also provided our family with a rental car, at no cost. I would chose Steve's Collision Center in the future for any necessary repairs!

These guys were great, everyone there I had contact with were very professional and polite. They made the entire process painless and I was very surprised at how much they cared that I was satisfied with the work. They did a great job repairing and matching my paint. I would highly recommend them.

Vehicle not finished when promised. Did not accept responsibility and call rent-a-car agency to extend rental. Three days of transportation inconvenience. Terrible customer service. Find another repair shop.

They did a very lousy job first they said I can get my car in 4days but it end up 2 weeks of waiting and when I get my car there's a lot of scratches and it so dusty and you can see grease stain on the seat!! over all I don't recommend this auto shop!!!!!! Class D auto shop!!

Worst shop in town by far, missing pieces of my car, halfway done repair, and not to mention it takes them a week, maybe two to even return a call. this shop is a total rip off, i feel bad my insurance company actually paid them to do the work. Customer service, oh you wont get any of that at this company, especially not with Pearl working behind the counter. they scheme you into making the repair as cheap as possible for them and dont give you any say in how the car is repaired. as was said in a previous review i will be filing a police report if i do not receive the missing pieces of my car. I'm sure the BBB and a news channel or two may want to hear about this too

WOW!!!! Great service, great job on my car, couldn't ask for more! @ first I didn't want to go, but the shop I take my car to, said go to steve's, so I did. Will be back to this shop in a heartbit!!! They paid for my rental even though I didn't go through my insurance company. Jay was very helpful as well, and when I dropped my car, he explained everything they'll do, and when I came to pick it up: WALLA!!!! Awesome work on my car, & Jay walked me through & showed everything they've done and the change!!!! I personally will go back there, and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Steve's!!!!
