Very poor work. First time seen the car (2010 VW Golf) there were many paint defects (dirt in paint, orange peel, fish eye, ect.) and had to send it back to have everything fixed. Second time was much better and at this point I was just happy to have my car back. But upon closer inspection a few days latter, there is still excessive orange peel, a few dirty spots in the paint, and a couple spots of fish eye on the fender. On top of that, there is polishingredients compound dried and crammed into ever Crack, crevices, around the wiper blades, under the hood, all over the engine, and in the door jambs. The interior is still covered in body dust from the sanding. All in all, the only nice thing I can say is they did an okay job at matching the color. I would not recommend this shop to anybody and will be taking my car back again (3rd time now) this week.

My car looks better then new, you would never know it had gotten into an accident. They vacuumed and cleaned the interior, helped me get an upgraded rental car through the other guy's insurance. The car was ready in 3 days as promised. Olsen also took my car to the local Honda dealership for an alignment and I fixed and open service recall my dealership had not told me about. I am beyond thrilled with the service and results, Brittany and Dan are fantastic, well worth the drive from Seattle.

They did a fantastic job with my car and the GIeco adjuster who works there was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend taking your car here especially if you're running your repairs through a Gieco claim. My only complaint was that they told me the repairs would be done in 8 days and it actually took them 10.
