I dropped my car off for insurance work due to being rear-ended. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, keeping me updated on progress. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and was nice and clean, inside and out. I did return my car shortly after picking it up due to continued noise but they remained open until I returned and promptly corrected the matter and then some. I would recommend Olson Autobody to all of my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Outstanding!!!

Having your vehicle repaired is never a great thing, but I have to tell you, Olsen Auto Body is truly a top notch outfit. Service, quality repairs and amazing service is what they provided. in a nutshell: spectacular service, fantastic body work and outstanding professionalism! an impact with a deer destroyed the entire driver side quadrant of my '07 prius; from the initial call to olson auto body to the time i picked up my perfectly repaired vehicle the entire process was seamless, flawless and a complete pleasure. i was given timely, courteous and thorough updates on the status of my body work and i was given absolutely fantastic treatment when i picked up my car by pete, eileen, matt and the rest of the olson auto body family. eileen and pete warmly greeted me in their office, thanked me for my business and repeatedly and sincerely stated that if i noticed or experienced any subsequent problems to give them a call and they would do whatever was necessary to assist. matt very pleasantly took me to my car, showed me the outstanding repair work and explained that he had found additional, necessary repairs which he handled flawlessly with my insurer. i was very impressed with every staff members calm, warm and professional demeanor. in addition to the body work they carefully detailed both the exterior and interior of my prius. my car looks and runs great! if i ever need repair work again i won't go anywhere else and i will highly recommend olson auto body to anyone seeking a reference. a perfect five out of five stars all day long. I have had 3 vehicles repaired...

I have had 3 vehicles repaired by Pete and his crew. Service is excellent and the result is amazing. I have had one car repaired from Deer impact - perfect, and two vehicles repaired that were "totaled" -- the second one was really totaled with bent frame plus sheet metal and interior damage. After wrestling with the insurer, who needed to use new, OEM parts and therefore couldn't come close to repairing the vehicle with the dollars available from the settlement, I bought my damaged vehicle back from the insurer. Pete said he would have my car back BETTER than the day before the collision and under budget. He did exactly what he promised. My Kia now drives BETTER than it has in3 years -- tracks perfectly straight with hands off the wheel for a half mile and is smooth as silk at 90 mph. As for standing behind his estimate and work, when I noticed a small bit of damage that we had all missed and pointed it out to Pete a week after I picked up the car, he didn't even hesitate and said that kind of damage happens in air bag deployments all the time and they sometimes miss it (the covered visor mirror was cracked but not noticeable until you lowered the visor and opened the cover). He ordered the part right away, no questions asked. Olson also repaired non-collision damage and rust spots and returned my Kia looking better than it had since is rolled off the assembly line! It has been like this every time I take my vehicles to Olson. Hye Pete, no offense but I really hope I don't see you professionally for some time now! ;)

I took my wifes suburban to Ol...

I took my wifes suburban to Olson's to have the frontend fixed from a collision. They took us in without an appointment and fixed the frontend. They also found an issue with my wifes truck that was not accident related and informed me about the issue. I had them repair it and was very happy with the work they performed. I could not make it to the shop the day the truck was finished, so once again they went above and beyond my expections by delivering my wifes car to our house. Great people to do business with and I will highly recommend to my friends and neighbors who also have used Olson Auto Body.

Olson Auto Body did a great job matching the paint on my vehicle, it definitely looks better than before. Not only was I pleased with that outcome, they have provided us with great customer service. They were very good at explaining things and extended customer service beyond what I expected, or typically receive these days! They seem very willing to go the extra mile and put their customers first. I was even picked up at my house and given a loaner to use for the time I needed it. I can recommend Olson Auto Body with confidence. August 5th, I have to add... now I know why Olson Auto Body has been in business for so many years. They have proven excellent customer service and satisfaction is their top priority. Thank you Matt, Pete and Ilene!
