We were within 10 miles of the Ohio/Ind.border, heading towards Michigan on a late Sunday afternoon when our cars gauges started lighting up!!! We had thought the Serpentine belt had broken. Brian from Superior Collision who came to toe our car, highly suggested we have the car taken to Lloyd's Auto Service. Well it was the water pump that failed. Even though Lee, the manager had a full service schedule for Monday, they were able to make repairs and we was back on the road towards home by 12:30pm. that day. We can not give enough cudos for the friendly service and the ride from hotel. Thanks so much again. :)

Honest, nice, and excellent customer service! Our car died at 5 am (alternator and battery went) on our way back to Georgia. Lee not only had us and our children taken to a McDonald's across town while we waited, but charged a more than fair rate and had us back on the road within two hours of taking it in his garage. Thank you all again so much!! What a blessing!

I'm from out of town and had break issues. I went here and they worked me in, and got me back on the road! They gave me a ride back to my motel, and picked me up when my truck was done. They even programed my telephone number into my phone so I could find my cell number. I was treated like family, and my bill, was WAY under what I expected!! Thank you for the excellent service, wish I was able to give you 10 stars!!!

Absolutely the best garage around! Super friendly service! My husband is in Van Wert working for the next few weeks and we live in Pennsylvania. One of his brake lines broke, they took my husband back to his hotel, fixed the truck, and picked him back up to take him to the garage. They even fixed his phone for him, lol, he doesn't know his cell number by heart. We were expecting a large bill but it was amazingly small! I picked Lloyd's because of the reviews on Google and they are dead on! Can't ask for better service than Lloyd's Auto Service. Thank you so much!!!

Thought I would need a new exhaust and a new exhaust gasket so I took my beetle in to have it fixed and when we came back to get it he had explained to us that he had found that he didn't need to replace my whole exhaust. Just repair part of it and replace what needed to be replaced. He does great work and it saved me a lot of money!

This is a midwest station with southern hospitality. Was stranded at 10:00pm with a bad tire, 2 tired kids and a small budget (was moving my son to an out if state university). Two different locals recommended Lloyd and spoke so highly of him. I sent him a FaceBook message and to my surprise, he messaged me right back, told me he'd be happy to help . First thing in the morning he opened early, tracked down the tires I needed (used, in amazing condition, from Ohio City Salvage (also great guys) ) and had them mounted and balanced in a flash! Saved me a fortune, got me back on my way and gave me lot's of info about their friendly little town! I would highly recommend this shop to locals and any travelers in need of a honest and hardworking auto shop! Thanks, guys!

I must say to anyone who is considering Lloyd's as their auto repair place, they went above and beyond this time. I was driving it to them for a window and A/C repair when the car coolant line broke. I had to call them and let them know where I was.... They came and trailered my car to the shop and fixed it and made it all better. Lee and his team are the best in the business. They have the best business practices and have the highest ethics around. If they tell you how much a repair is, that is how much the repair is. They do not sugar coat anything, they let you know what they recommend. Do not doubt their ability to diagnose any problem, they have the experience. Even if we move to a different state, we will continue to do business with Lee and his team because in the auto repair field, you cannot find anyone as honest as Llyod's Auto Service. If you have not figured this out by now, I highly recommend you take your vehicle(s) here to get your service needs done. And no, they did not ask me, or pay me, or give me anything to write this review.

Lloyd's deserves every bit of 5 stars. We were heading back to Georgia when our car completely died at 5 in the morning. They showed exceptional customer service, drove us and our young children across town to McDonald's to wait and had us back on the road within two hours (replaced an alternator and battery). We expected a hefty bill but it was more than fair!! Wish we lived in Ohio so Lee could have all our business!
