Unbelievable service. I brought a 2005 Hyundai Elantra over that had just lost all of its coolant. I knew the car wasn't going to last too much longer, but if I could have it repaired for a reasonable amount I was planning to have the repairs done. After checking it over, Jeff informed me that he could fix it, but he wouldn't know if the head gasket was blown until after the coolant system repairs had been done. He gave me a couple of days to figure things out, didn't charge me anything for checking it over or for leaving it at his garage for a few days. Service like that deserves to be publicly noted!

So over a month ago after receiving some overpriced worked compared to other shops in the area i was stunned to find that they had stolen my 300 dollar dash camera/rear view mirror from my 2009 impala! Jeff the owner answers the phone and because i didn't relies this till after i left on the count of the camera fits over the factory mirror. There's no point in me ever removing it so it had to be there when i brought it in! Jeff was very rude and denied the whole thing saying just claim it on insurance...... Who says that! it wouldn't be worth the claim and he knows it. I will tell everyone i know even outside of south portland about jeff waterman.

These guys fix my car and don't bullshit around. They explained to me how to keep my car well maintained and have even done little quick fixes free of charge when I didn't know what was going on. Highly recommended. Hard to find a good mechanic these days.
