Taken several of our family vehicles there and referred many friends of mine to this body shop! Never have I once been dissatisfied nor have my friends!! I refuse to ever go anywhere else! I took my car there 3 times, now I have just given up and will fix it myself. To the untrained eye the car and bodywork were excellent. I am very happy with the body line repairs. The paint work however was a joke. Trash in the paint, over spray on the other side of the vehicle, dents that were never there before in the door. The biggest thing is nobody seemed to care, nobody was apologetic. The bottom line is this place is a joke, two weeks without a car, and still over spray everywhere. This place does not take pride in there work.

Jerry Rhyne and his entire staff are extremely professional, friendly, fair, honest, hard-working people and they happen to be the best at what they do, in my opinion! I recently took my Acura in with damage to the front bumper and side panel. I couldn't believe that they were able to repair all of the damage instead of simply replacing the damaged bumper and side panel. They made my Acura look brand new again. My car was ready within days of dropping it off. I was also expecting the bill to be much higher than it was, having used other auto repair services in the past. To top it all off, Jerry's staff cleaned the interior of my car so well that it looked like it did the day I bought it. I am very thankful to Jerry and his staff and have already recommended several people to Jerry Rhyne Collision already. Our family will never use any other auto repair business again.
