We recently bought a 1986 Mercedes 300SDL that was in good shape but had been sitting in a garage for 5 years so needed some work. We were recommended to Duncan's European Automotive and we were not disappointed! The shop is very clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Ben did a fantastic job with diagnosing issues, giving us an accurate estimate of the work and going above and beyond what they said they would do. Pricing is great, much better than the MB dealership yet with the quality work of one, if not better! We will continue to use Duncan's and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

Im in sales at a large franchised dealer and use Duncan's when I have a service dept in house. Why, because of honesty integrity and they diagnose the issue correctly instead of replacing uneeded parts till the issue is fixed. In all my 28 years in the car biz I have never found a better shop! This is a class act. I have owned Aston martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini and I would use them for all. I'm so glad to have found their business card on my windshield a while back. Thanks again Duncan's. I started using Duncan's a couple of years ago to service my 1986 Mercedes 560SL and I'm glad I did. They specialize in several European manufacturer's and really know their stuff. Before Duncan's, I used my regular domestic car guy but it took them a long time to diagnose and repair problems and I paid for their lack of expertise in Mercedes. Duncan's is very thorough and quick. They fix what I ask them to fix and not once have they tried to "upsell" me. I am very happy to write this recommendation and have my car serviced with them. A friend of mine recommended them to me and now I recommend them to anyone I know that has a European car.

I called for a quotation on work I needed done, and I received a prompt, professional response with a reasonably priced quotation e-mailed to me for my review. I have had the privilege to have my cars serviced by the team at Duncan's Eutopean Automotive for close to 10 years. Every experience has been a positive one. The staff is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. From simple oil changes to in-depth engine work, I have no problem handing them my key and asking them to call me when it's done.
