I became a customer here after I was deceived at a dealership. They are very professional and I don't worry for two seconds that I will be taken advantage of. Today, my car needed an emergency repair. I was stressed because I had another place I had to be. They went out of their way to get my car fixed and me, on my way!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I went here to get a state inspection sticker. The kid who did my inspection was very nice, explained that I needed to get a bulb replaced to pass inspection, quoted me a price, and had me in and out in 20 minutes. While I was waiting, I was chatting with someone others referred to as the "owner" and another worker. They asked what I did for a living and stated that they should throw on an extra charge because "you look like you have money"... a statement I thought was a joke until I went to pay. When the person at the register went to ring me up, he charged me a different, slightly higher price for the bulb than was quoted to me by the original mechanic inspecting my car. The mechanic and the cashier proceeded to bicker--in front of me--about the price that they should charge me. While I understand that this is a seemingly small transaction, it gave me enough of an idea of how they run their business that I will NOT be purchasing tires (that they suggested I purchase) through this shop. I'm fully aware that single females are often a "target" for inflated price quotes for car repairs, which is why I do my homework, particularly in regards to researching where I take my car. While I appreciated the fast service, I won't be back to this shop because I don't think they're trustworthy.

One of the busiest auto repairs/gas stations I have seen. Amazing service and even better prices. Cheapest gas around the area with a great convenience store. The owner William will take care of you. I always recommend this place to all my friends.

Do not put your car in for service here, it will cost you and then some. I dropped off my car for new brakes. On my way home I realized my glove box was broken. Drove right back to Gulf; the mechanic Gus, admitted to forcing my locked glove box open and breaking it. They gladly took the bill paid and sent me on my way with out informing me of the damage done to my car. They did not replace or make up for their wrong doing. I will never give them another dollar, not even for gas. And I will inform everyone I talk to about their shady business.

Ask for Gus, My 03 Durango has been here for upper ball joints, lower ball joints, front end suspension, brake rotors, brake pads, passenger and drive side wheel bearings, CV joint boot replacement, axle replacement, oil changes, and general advice. I have not gone wrong yet and usually the job is done in 5-6 hours. Fair pricing and guaranteed parts and labor. I live in Boston and bring my truck down to Norwood because of Gus. It is worh your time and money to think outside the "dealership box".
