Carlos is the man for the job! He took care of the rental to the insurance company to going above and beyond!!! My car is mint again after being rear ended! I smashed my bumper up pretty badly. I was devastated as I had just purchased this vehicle. Carlos did an excellent job in repairing my bumper, looking for hidden damage, etc. He truly takes pride in his work and you can see first hand that he truly goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. When I picked up my car I felt like I was picking up a brand new vehicle. Not only did he fix my bumper but he hooked me up with a detail and wax on the vehicle. I had never been to ACP, but my insurance listed it as the number 1 body repair shop in my area. I stopped by, met Carlos, and set up a repair date. When I arrived, my rental car was waiting for me. At this point I should mention that there were numerous body problems with this 2013 Hyundai Sonata. At the approx. date he called to tell me it was ready. When I pulled in, I spotted my car and couldn't believe this was the same one I dropped off ! It was not only fully repaired, but was also professionally detailed ! It looked like it did when it was brand new. And it was done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price by a man who is very detail oriented and has a great personality ! Another job well done, Carlos .

About a month ago I was hit by a old lady driving into work. It was my first automotive accident I've ever been in. I decided to bring my car to A.C.P collision. When I was there Carlos walked me step by step of how my car was going to be fixed. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had about the process. I knew when I dropped my car off at the shop it was going to be left in good hands. When I returned to pick up my car I was speechless it looked brand new. You could never tell it was in a accident. Carlos work speaks for its self. If I ever have any vehicle damage again on any cars I own they will be taken to A.C.P collision. It's truly hard to find someone as passionate about his work then carlos is.

We have used Carlos in the past to detail our cars. They have come back cleaner than they have ever been. His attention to detail is top notch. When I got into a fender bender I knew immediately who I would take my vehicle to. Carlos set up the appointment, set up my rental, took me to get it, ( I only needed to sign and pick it up), fixed my car, and detailed it, all within a very reasonable time. He worked around MY schedule. Nobody does that anymore. When I brought it home my husband, who is also very picky, commented that is looked like I just drove it off of the showroom floor. My car is the 2008 Pathfinder that he has pictures up of the before and afters. I recommend Carlos to anyone I see or who needs work done. Take your vehicle to him, you will not be sorry!!!

Carlos is a magician when it comes to paint and bodywork. He transformed my beloved Civic from 'mangled mess' to 'showroom new' after a recent run-in with an F250. Having had bodywork done before, I know how corners get cut in an effort to save money on a job but Carlos did no such thing. He even detailed my car for me before I picked it up! You'd never know there was ever any damage to my car and now I'm proud to drive Civic Steve again! Great job, 'Los!!

A.c.p.collision did an amazing job making my car look brand new. I got in an accident, my first one and didn't know where to take my car and a Co worker told me to bring it here so I did. They made sure the rental car was all set for me to pick up the day I brought my car and even dropped me off there so I didn't have to bring someone else with me. After my car was finished they made sure to meet me at the rental place so I could drop off the rental and they picked me up to bring me to my car. They were very helpful and nice about everything and made sure to make this accident as easy and painless as possible. They also cleaned out and detailed the inside, so my car feels brand new. Ive had Carlos at ACP Collision fix 3 of my wrecked cars. Carlos is the utmost professional, and takes great pride in his business and his workmanship. ACP Collision was prompt, and detail orientated. When I received my vehicles back they were spotless, and looked like it was just taken off of the showroom floor. If you need Body work done on your vehicle i wouldnt recommend anyone else but Carlos at ACP Collision, he does it right the first time and you never have to worry if anything was forgotten. Carlos is a one man shop but he has got it going on. He can take your broken, battered, dented and scratched vehicles and make them look brand new again. He will fight with the insurance companies, make sure you have car rental and make your car new again without big dealership delays. I was amazed with the quality of work exactly how he does it all being just himself. I hope I do not need him in the future but if I do I know who Ill be calling.
