Went to Lou's and was disrespected when I asked about why my rear catalytic converter was removed without my knowledge and told me "it works better without it" my thing is if nothing was wrong with it why remove it. Then I was told to take my business somewhere else. At the end he put in a aftermarket part and told me that's because he's a good business man ! How professional was that. There will never be a next time. If I could leave a No stars I would of.

Only Lou's Custom Exhaust in Brockton. I brought my 2008 Volvo C30 in for installation of Borla 140366 and they did an excellent job. Since it was a bolt on, and they're fabricators, they hated it! lol. The installation took no more than 30 minutes. I came back today since I was experiencing some rattling and they fixed it no problem. The rattling is a common issue with Borla when it is installed on the C30. All they did was cut part of the hangers that was hitting the heat shield. Overall, I highly recommend them for any kind of exhaust work. I will be coming back to them to add on the downpipe when I have some more money. On a side note, they could have made a custom exhaust but I'm not a big fan of going custom since not much R&D is involved. I am willing to stay away from the dreaded drone!
