I brought my 1970 Buick GS 455 to MCA for a variety of problems. Not only did they address my concerns and repair them, they treated this " collecter car" with kid gloves. Both partners Keith snd Joe showed concern regarding my emotional attachment to the car, ( it had belonged to my son who passed away a week after he bought it). These guys are great. They're knowledgeable, very professional and extremely courteous. I own two more family vehicles which I actually look forward to bringing to them when they need servicing. Kudos for MCA!!

I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I came in to get a wheel alignment. They had previously told me it cost $99. My car had issues with multiple codes coming up. After inspection and a call back stating the problems, Troy and the MCA team delivered on fixing my car. Always an amazing experience at Middle Country Automotive! The AC on my wife's '03 Trailblazer-EXT was blowing luke warm air. Being a gear head...I threw my gauge set on the AC system & saw that the low side had very low pressure. I attempted to add a charge to the system & was able to bring the low side pressure to nominal spec & it was cooling a 'little' better BUT not as robust as it should. Enter Middle Country Automotive. I setup an appt. to bring the vehicle in. After Keith & his crew had a look at the system, they asked if it had ever been fully recharged & it hadn't. So Keith suggested a full recharge & I agreed. They recaptured all of the remaining refrigerant in the system, then evacuated it for approx. 30 min., then held it in vacuum for approx. 15 minutes to check for leaks which were non-existant, then added fresh compressor oil, followed by a full recharge of refrigerant (approx.3lbs). The whole process took almost 2-hours. This is because MCA is extremely thorough! Some repair shops would have it done in 30 min. however to do this job correctly, it will take some time & I understand this. -->The end result...the front & rear AC system now blows so cold even on the 90+ degree days we've been having, you could hang meat in it :) My wide is extremely happy as I am. I highly recommend MCA for ALL of your automotive repair needs!

I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I came in to get a wheel alignment. They had previously told me it cost $99. I left my car at 8am and Troy told me it would take about 1 hour and a half. 9:30 he calls me and says that because my car has a little bit of negative camber on my rear tires because I lowered he needed to get them aligned otherwise my tires would wear unevenly and it would take 30 minutes more. I said yes do it. He didn't tell me it would be $50 additional. I get to the shop at 11:30 and my car still not done. Im asking the girl on the counter how much longer it would take for my car to be ready and she gives me and attitude and tells me that Troy stepped out and it would be ten more minutes. Keith comes out and says to me that is taking longer to adjust the rear because my car doesnt have a way to adjust the camber. So why would Troy suggest that he adjust the camber on the rear tires if he knows there is no simple way? Because he wants another reason to charge me more. He already knew that the only reason I needed a wheel alignment is because I replaced the FRONT steering knuckle, so only the FRONT needed to be adjusted. But he wants to charge me more thats why he pushed to do the rear. If he would've said to me when he call me that I would be $50 additional to do the rear I would've said no because I had already asked and knew that is $99 for all wheels. He still charged me the 50. So at the end of the day THEY LEFT MY REAR TIRES WITH WAY TOO MUCH TOE IN, I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 FOR NO REASON AND I WAS ONE HOUR LATE FOR WORK. So Thanks Middle country automotive for screwing me over. I will never bring any of my cars to your shop again. There has been more times were they tried to over charge me and I will update this post to share with everyone, I just dont have the time right now. UPDATE: Joe took care of me after my complaint. Fixed the alignment on all four tires and gave me a $50 store credit. I expected cash back but I guess is fine. He is a gentleman.

Got work done on my 2011 cheavy impala. Radiator repair, coolant flush and a few more things. They were great and even came out and gave me some recommendations for the next 6 months. Unfortunately I'll be seeing them sooner than that because i just got a check engine light and traction control light saying reduced engine power which is not MCA fault. I trust them so I'll be going back to get this problem addressed.

I was there today with my Chevy Suburban. Keith and everyone there were very professional, and patient when explaining the different observations they saw when inspecting my truck. The work was done quickly, and at a very reasonable price. This was not my first or second visit, and every time I'm there, everyone shows their professionalism and care for my cars, my safety and my time. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
