Greg is the mechanic you have been searching for! Knowledgable and friendly, fair and honest. I took my 1971 C10 to him today for some work and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this business.

I know Greg's is known for working on classic cars, but he also does a great job on newer cars. I brought my '06 Nissan Altima to him after getting an estimate from the Nissan dealer that the total repairs would be $1300. Greg did everything the Nissan dealer was going to do, including a new set of breaks, for half the price. Greg is honest, straightforward and everything you want in a mechanic. The only minor issue I had is that it was ready a day later than it was supposed to be because they got the wrong part in, but I'm gladly willing to look past that due to the work Greg did at the price he did it.

I am an owner of a hot rodded '63 Ford F100. Being new to the area, I was skeptical of taking 'er in for a tune up to just any ol place. After doing a little research, I stumbled upon Greg's and couldn't be happier to have found the place! Greg was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgable about classic cars and trucks. I will definitely return for any future maintenance!

I was pretty uncomfortable about switching mechanics when Lawson's in Belle Meade was no longer in my 'hood. The transition has been fairly painless, though, thanks to the owner of this auto repair shop. Greg calls my cell before pursuing any expensive diagnostics because he knows I'm not a millionaire. He offered for one hi guys to drive my car to my house when I was having trouble with the logistics of picking it up. I don't think he even charged me for replacing a hose that got pulled out when trying to get my battery out myself (i didn't do it but I'm not naming names!) . His labor is a bit higher than my previous mechanic, but the customer service makes it worth it. He even has a model truck for the kids to play with, and he gave my son a baseball the last time we stopped in.
The only drawback is the location, which would prevent me from being there at night by myself (to pick up a car); but I don't have qualms about being there during the day. It seems like THE place to go in East Nashville if you have a classic car.

Greg is very honest, personable, and you can tell he is passionate about his work. I was looking for someone who could help me out as soon as possible with a small issue just to make sure it didn't cause any bigger issues and he was willing to work with my schedule. I am so grateful for Greg's willingness to squeeze me in when I was stranded in Nashville with car trouble. He send a tow truck and replaced my fuel pump in about five hours, making it possible for me to continue my trip the next day. I really felt he went the extra mile and his price was very reasonable.
