Can't say enough about these g...

Can't say enough about these guys! Took my BMW to the dealer in Nashville and they told me I needed over $3000 worth of repairs when my car wasn't running right, I wanted a second opinion, took it to these guys and they looked at it and it only needed a few hundred. Been driving it for a while now and still runs perfect after they fixed it. I am a small car enterprises lover!

Took my mini to have it servic...

Took my mini to have it serviced because I live in Clarksville now and the closest dealer is in Nashville close to an hour away. Can't judge a book by its cover that's for sure. It was an older place but the service was great, friendly and I didn't pay near as much as the dealer. Got my car done pretty fast also. I'll be going there from now on.

Took my Mercedes to this place...

Took my Mercedes to this place because I heard good things about them from a colleague. My car was driving funny and running a little weak like I put some bad gas in the car. I pulled up and walked into an old kind of shop that was a little dusty and kinda rustic, and started talking to a guy named Rick or Rich I think which was very nice and he immediately asked one of the mechanics to come take a look. Bob the Mechanic came out to my car and listened for a minute to how it was running and then he asked how it was acting and took my car for a short drive. When he came back, he told me what he thought was going on and he asked if he could check a few things right fast so of course I said yes. After about 10-15 minutes Bob comes out and my car is running perfect again. He said it was a temporary fix but it would stay fixed long enough for them to get the part the next day. He also mentioned it could use a tune up because it clearly hadn't been done in a while so I brought my car back the next day and Bob fixed the problem and tuned it up for what a normal service would cost me at the dealership. I will never go back to the dealership and wait forever to be seen or wait a day to get my car back or get over charged just because they are the dealer. I am a small car customer for life.

Miguel, Nathan, and Dennis were extremely helpful when my daughter and I broke down on our way through town. They came in on their day off to get us back up and running and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. A topnotch small local business that I would recommend to anyone! THEY PUT USED PARTS INTO MY CAR AND CHARGED ME RETAIL PRICE!!! Please please PLEASE do NOT take your car here! I took my Volvo S60 here for them to replace the fuel pump and not only did the mechanic tell me he put in a USED fuel pump that he pulled out of an older Volvo 850 from yhe JUNK YARD, but also had the audacity to charge me FULL PRICE and KEPT THE NEW PART HE ORDERED FOR MY CAR the shop. Idk why he even told me that in the first place... My father told me not to take my car there and I didnt listen...1 year before that, he dropped his Volvo 240 off for an oil change and they replaced his water pump and timing belt WITHOUT ASKING HIM and demanded he pay for it, or he would not get his car back. PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR CAR OFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT USED PARTS FROM A JUNKYARD PUT INTO YOUT CAR AT FULL PRICE!

Took my Mercedes SLK280 in for a new battery and oil change. Found all the people friendly and helpful. Work was done timely and well done for much less than a dealership. Will definitely continue to take my business to people that I trust! Thanks! Went in just to get some VW specific coolant topped off on my car. When I first walked in a felt like I was bothering them. It took about a minute for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. They tried to sell me a gallon of coolant when I needed less than a half of a pint. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to finally bring up a jug of coolant they use in the shop. After using this to top off my car MYSELF I returned the jug and left. I own nothing but european cars and this place is the only shop that specializes in them. I will be taking my cars to Nashville to a real specialist with a higher level of professionalism. To add, I also work in the automotive service industry and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop.

Last month I was making a move from Florida to Colorado. A little over 700 miles into my trip the transmission cooler line on my 06 Audi burst and I thought I had blown the transmission completely. After staying the night and searching the next morning for a repair place I came across small car enterprise. To make a long story short I will always be greatful for the help that I received. Yes I had to pay the cost of repairs but I was half the amount I thought it was going to be! If I'm ever in Clarksville TN. I will make it a point to stop by again and thank them. These guys know what they are doing!

Took my Mercedes in because it was driving really funny, making some strange noises. I thought it would be very expensive but they looked at it and after they told me it was a pretty easy fix and drove away and it was perfect. Since then I have stopped taking it to the dealer and saved so much money in the process. They are always so nice to me and don't try to sell me crap I don't need. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
