UPDATE: So I wrecked my Beamer. :( However, I went back to see my buddies at CarSmart and this time, they hooked me up with an even nicer car - again, after I told them EXACTLY what I wanted- I am now driving a 2008 Mercedes C230, 6 speed, black, BADASS, and just under $400 a month with a full extended warranty until 100K miles.
Thanks again, CarSmart! (Hopefully I won't crash "Miss Daisy").

Absolutely loved buying my car from here. Wonderful customer service and there is a no pressure to buy environment. I would send my grandmother here to buy a car alone. The CarCare however, that could use some improvement in customer care and personality but hey, you can't expect too much pazazz from mechanics and "car guys". It's not their job to be friendly I guess. I can't say a bad thing about this place.

These guys are awesome! Our entire experience from finding exactly what we were looking for to signing the papers was a pleasure. The dealership is beautiful and very comfortable. This is the place to shop! Everyone from my salesperson " Big Lew" to finance were exceptional. They are professional, friendly and down to earth. I was nervous about this and everyone makes you feel at home. I will be a repeat customer and I will and have recommended them to several people since I stepped foot on the lot. Bought a car here, and multiple family members have done so also from Andrew. However, when I went to get a key made there, my cup holder was broken and I was told by Andrew it would be replaced and would be mailed to my home due to not living in the area. It's almost been a year later after multiple calls and I have yet to receive my part. Very unhappy and frustrated with the unprofessionalism.

I can not say enough about the service we've received at Car Smart. Guy, Andrew and all the customer service reps there have been wonderful to work with.
