My husband and I have only been in California for about 2 years now so we are unfamiliar with body shops in our area but this place took care of us and we will be lifetime customers so long that we stay in the area.
My husband took his vehicle here for quite a bit of body work and Kajla was awesome to work with. They did a great job with his car. Excelllent communication through the whole process. Very effecient and detailed with his vehicle.
We recommend all our friends to come here.

My main issue is lack of communication.
I was given a quote to replace my door handle, the factory door handle did not work. So I ordered an after market door handle from A-1 Auto who shipped it over night at no cost and had it dropped shipped directly to Critical Car Care.
I'm thinking the price should be under the original quote right, since I paid for the part!!! However they increase the labor estimate by 300% Without a curtesy phone call !!! )
This seems to be an unprofessional shop repair practice. The staff needs to go to Professional Customer Service Training Workshop.

Lol this place I understand family business in the antelope valley but this place was trying to rape me! I needed a left quarter panel paint job that was not done correctly by another shop. Mind you I only needed a left front quarter panel painted. They quoted me 934.00 lol I asked and said what do you plan on painting. They said just the panel I laughed in the lady's face got the estimate folded up and trashed it immediately. And mind you I rather go to local business in the area.

I will never, ever recommend this place and I will never take my vehicle there again. Repairs were from a front end collision that included interior safety equipment deployments (air bags & seat belt retentioners). I had issues with the repairs from the day the vehicle was returned to me. Front bumper never sat flush with the body of the car despite several visits and "corrections" and a final "that's the way it is" explination Paint job was bad enough that minor rock dings created bigger than normal chips in the hood's paint. Bumper was replaced and hood repainted years later but the other shop couldn't guarantee their paint work due to this shop's work (that new bumper sat flush and perfect with car's body, by the way, and rock dings were hardly noticable). Parts that were supposed to be replaced weren't, even though insurance paid for them. Insurance found this out years after the work was done and billed this shop. Vehcile was in a recent accident with major damage (entire front end was destroyed and vehicle was totaled) and none of the car's safety features replaced by this shop deployed. I've been told by several people, including the tow yard, that they should have. (I was not injured thankfully.)
My case may have been isolated, but in my experiece with other body shops who's goal is that the customer is happy with repairs, this place made that the last concern along with doing the repairs correctly the first time.
